I complain against Virgin Mobile for accusing me of using their service in the past and asking me to pay 25 GBP. I discussed the situation in the past with Virgin Mobile and they accepted that there was no outstanding balance .
I requested them many times in the past to send me a letter as a proof to close the situation completely. They instead reported me to another agency. Now, if the Virgin Mobile think they are right, I need a proof of any phone call or message or a contract or any means of communication.
