I purchased a VISA gift card for my son. He is unable to use the card. The response from merchants is that it is invalid.
However, he did use the card initially for a $50 gasoline purchase, so we know that it was properly activated. I have tried 5 or 6 times to talk to someone about this problem and each time, I am cut off, without being able to talk to a representative.
I won't ever buy another VISA gift card, but meanwhile I am out $150. Your customer service stinks and I am disgusted.
