I ordered some business cards and a coffee mug. The email address on the business cards was incorrect. The cards was printed using the "@" twice. 4955 and spoke with a person about correcting this issue, and I was told that I would need to reorder the cards because they would not replace them.

I was impressed with the coffee mugs and was considering them for my organization, but now decided otherwise. I will not do any further business or recommend this company.

Vista print service is poor at best the customer service is absolutely absurd I couldn’t cancel an order after only entering it an 1 hour into the order, there excuse is that they shipped it it at four o’clock, I explained I’m a Canada post employee and I know everything that is shipped in and out of this country, what vista print does is generate a shipping label to show you that it’s on its way, any one can generate a shipping label at any time but

I have purchased my Christmas cards with your company for a little over 4 years I believe. I love them. I love the idea I can personalize it but this year when I opened up the box I was not thrilled to receive my package.

Last year order 7JPHD-66A68-2D2 I received the wrong size cards--- but I had received beautiful cards to hand out but I had the Stickers which I thought were super cute. but didn't get to use half of them due to the wrong envelopes being sent.

I then got the envelops late but my mailing list received their cards late. So this year I ordered 100, copies again and I received the right envelopes but 90 and I only received 30 of my cards. So I was livid.

I chatted with a rep on live chat and she said apologies apologies but she will send them to me and printing and shipping…

Vistaprint cancelled my order without any clear communication. The order was placed on 3rd November, 2022 and approved with an acknowledgment confirming their acceptance. The expected delivery date was 7th Nov, 2022 and due to no communication from their end I called the customer support who apologized for the delay and ensured an escalation and delivery of my order as soon as possible.

Post that call, after a couple of hours I received an email stating, and I quote "your request was un successful", which due to my bad luck I was unable to follow up on. 10 days past, I called the customer care again to seek clarification on my order, I was informed that my order was cancelled as the text on the image of my order (a poster) was illegible.

3 months ago I ordered 2 flags, and want to order a lot more other stuff, I don't know where they are, don't know when they will be printed, have rung countless times, spoke to different people, have a documented time line, dates, times I called. Have been told on 2 occasions and have emails as well, yes they are printed , waiting for shipment from Melbourne, when in fact they have not been printed

I just want my flags, when can I expect them, can I please have an Australian that can tell me the truth

I wish I can give this company negative stars! They outsource!Their tech support is what they pay for!Nada! They acquired Webs and I got stuck with Vistaprint!I had a website and and email hosting through Webs and now I ended up with these bozos.A bunch of lying incompetent folks,they migrated my emails to wix without migrating history!I keep on calling asking to have the job done,"Managers"respond and reassure me that the job is done and a month later I still dint have my email history or can open new email accounts!Stay away from them!!!!!

I have email hosting through them. I was transfered from Webs to them since then non of my email functionality works. My incoming or outgoing emails are almost daily delayed or not coming. Stay away from them

Had ordered a photobook in thr beginning of Jan. When the order passed it due delivery date, i followed up with them and they said production issue and to reorder. Did that . Again after delivery date was not met, i called them and same reason was given and i recorded.

Belive it or not, I did the same thing again and right now currently waiting for an answer from them as they keep saying give me some more time. This order is a precious order to me or else would hv canceled it.

It contains some precious memories of my mum who has passed on and don't hv the pics saved anywhere else. I honestly don't know what else to do. I'm truly disappointed with the company. Really appreciate if u can look into iy and expedite it

They took my website down on 11/24/21 to migrant it to their new platform -- no advance notice! So far after chat rooms and and dozens of e-mails they have not completed the job and what they published is a mess.

I have had this site for 11 years an publish every day so this is not a minor inconvenience. i worked in Data Processing for years this migration should have been done offline and they should made sure it was correct before publishing it.

I did parallel testing for years In a Fortune 500 company) and I made sure everything was correct before a program went live. They need to get their act together. They are very pleasant but I want action not talk..

This complaint is regarding how poor customer service Vista print has provided & how rude their staff is working in that Windsor manufacturing location. I ordered my cards with express shipping which does get shipped to me early but the picture looks completely different that what I had ordered.

I had to complaint & told them specifically I am leaving the country and needs my cards before Nov 25 2021. The agent assures my cards will be delivered by Tuesday ( Nov 23 2021). Nothing comes in but an email that shipment has been delivered to me & it was no where to be found in my mailbox.

Ordered 500 business cards, signs and stickers on 4/14. 4/22, I get notified that my business cards are cancelled with no reason why, just cancelled. These were ordered time specific. " Well Vista Print, that was not the agreement that I paid for.

Apparently Vista Print does what they want, when they want and we as consumers have no choice but to accept it or not (by cancelling the orders). No time for printing uncertainty- I cancelled my entire order and will print cards somewhere that can complete the same day.

I am very upset right now! I placed an order for 3 shirts and its been almost 2 weeks and i still have not received them! The order said it will be here today and when i checked the order it says it wasn’t even shipped! I spend a lot of money with this company and this is ridiculous! I Spoke to 3 reps and nobody even cared about what happened. The first person was very rude and cancelled my order. The second person didn’t even care. The last person put me on hold and never came back to the phone. I’m assuming this is how vistaprint teaches their employees to help customers now. In this day and age if this is how your customer service is you will lose a lot of customers.

We have been customers of this company for almost twenty years. Initially, it was a business account to order print materials for community work. Then. we added another personal account to do more not-for-profit materials and ceramics plus T-shirts and caps for family and non-family.

Our original designs were well-researched with properly credited images, etc. Whenever a purchase had been misdelivered. ) to resolve the matter. We did not abuse requests to redo designs replace lost or damaged goods. In fact, only the specific item was addressed, and if Vistaprint offered to or insisted on doing the whole order, we still stressed that only the minimal be done.

I am owed money from you for a website that was ordered and charged on my credit card for over a year. I first contacted a person at your company in July 2018 about this and she said with it being that large of an amount they would credit my charge card back as much as they could and the rest would be mailed to me in a check.

I have been a Vistaprint customer form 15 or so years buying items for three different businesses and up to now have always been satisfied. I just received my credit card billing and saw a $10 billing from Vista Print.

I knew I had not ordered since last summer for my B&B and could not fugure out what the charge could be for so I called into customer service. I spoke to a rep and she said it was for a monthly some local marketing and on line service which I knew nothing about.

She sent me to another dept where I spoke to someone else but in the meantime, I pulled the last few CC statements and saw I had been paying it for past few months. Your rep then confirmed I had been paying if for almost a year (10 month x 12) and i got real pissed off.

I ordered my checks weeks ago. I sent in a check for payment and even though the rep told me they would go ahead and print my checks, they would not be shipped until my check cleared. So once that happened it was still another week before my checks shipped. Then it said on my customer care email they would be here by Oct 13. Didn't come so I looked on the website and it said the 14th. Didn't come so I chatted with a Vistaprint customer service rep because at this point I have been out of checks for over a week and had bills to pay.

When I'm uploading image from my computer a pop up comes up saying upload error, File transfer error. Even photos I have previously uploaded . I contacted your help line and after about 50 mins was able to get the upload by e-mailing the photos to you.

Although the rep was very polite and tried to be as helpful as he could. the problem still remains. I have done a fair amount of work with you and have had no problem uploading before. Nothing has changed on my end.

I used google chrome and always have. So I have to assume something has changed on your end. Please have your tech people look into this and correct the problem. My busy season is coming up and I cannot be e-mailing photos every time.

I was not sure if I contact the right department to complaint about my car door magnet. When it came in the mail the first thing I notice was the Phone number was not on it. I look Forward to hearing back from you all to see if there is something that can be done about it.

I purchase a car magnet which do not display my complete phone number on it. The car door magnet should have the same information the cards have on them. I have already registered my feedback with support and have not received a response yet.

I had ordered cards and marketing materials with no issues with vistaprint, but after I took up their "free 30 day trial" for websites within 2 days I started having successive, constant debits off my card almost like an attack that I had to have my card shut off. I could not reach anyone.

I never knew when the next charge would strike and for how much. , and even now I won't even return to buy anything, I don't trust them so naively with my financial information.
