2 months ago, I went to Woodlands Vodacom For You store , the consultant (friendly male) helped me to renew my Vodacom contract on cell number 0609025519, I spesifically asked that the contract stay the same, and needs to be top up,although I was helped with a new device, Samsung Note 20, he was in such a hurry to get me out of the store, that he kind of neglegted to help me with the rest of the new phone stuff. Never the less...
A week after I got the new phone, I wanted to top up some data and airtime...to my confusion...my contract was upgraded to the Red package,an openline, with 100min and NO top-up features.
