Did a sim swop on the 5th Desember on one of my phone lines. Explained to them that the specific number is in use for business purposes. Spoke to customer service on several occasoins. Was told on every occasion the will submit a request for authorization.

I've been waiting for this for almost 97 hours to be done.

I have at least 6 contracts with Vodacom. I have been a customers since 1994. I have been battling to cancel ALL INSURANCE premiums on my contracts to no avail and this is going on since March 2020. I am now so fed up.

In August 2021 3 of my contracts were due for cancellation or upgrade. I requested Vodacom to cancel these contracts and keep the numbers as pay as you go. STILL NOT CANCELLED. I want Vodacom to refund me all insurance money paid since March 2020 on all my contracts and CANCEL MY INSURANCES WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. I am so fedup

Im very dissappointed the service im getting from Vodacom. fibre installation was done on 2021-09-12 and till date after numerous service request no internet connection is available. 15. For fibre that was never used or till date no connection. The broadbrand and service light on the frogfoot blackbox is not on aswell as the internet light on the rooter is still flashing so how can i be billed.

Trying to get a technician out to check Fibre and install new fiber has been a nightmare. My husband has tried for the last week to get a simple act of getting a technician out to assist with fiber installation. a simple matter of getting vumatel out through vodacom has taken hours on the phone and explanation after explanantion. we have been passed from call centre agent to call centre agent each with empty promises. unbelievable. each time it is escalated but no joy.

I am trying to cancel a contract that I currently have being a router for the 2 year contract. I just called the customer service centre and wasted 24mins on the call (and my life) basically not getting any assistance whatsoever.

I was told by the agent that they cannot pick up my contract details which is shocking yet I'm billed without issues. I will never take another vodacom product and will advise anyone I know to do the same

I visited a Vodacom 4u store at Mall @ Carnival on Sunday 5th of December 2021, the consultant who assisted with our queries was highly unqualified and did not listen to what we were requesting, to a point where we asked for the manager. This gentlemen had such an attitude and was clearly not interested to assist us.

After leaving the store and being assisted efficiently by MTN I had to return to do a sim swap. The power went out and they closed the shop asking everyone to leave despite their system still being fully operational. I have been a client of Vodacom for 10 years and regret staying with them.

I will definitely be moving my business elsewhere. Ridiculous and unsatisfied with them!

My contract was R569 all inclusive attached and signed.

Free red insurance 4 months. Hidden charges unknown added to date insurance R33, R9.99, R0?81c, R230 as attached they talk right and walk left.

Inappropriate deceit insurance free yet now suddenly charged what happened to the free red carpet. Inappropriate deceit.

I went to vodacom repair center canal walk on Thursday looking for the iPhone 13 Pro Max. I was assisted by Anwar who seemed not to be intrested in sending through a contract application for me as he will only get an answer for porting the following day.

I settled for not porting because I wanted the phone the same day but still there was another excuse about the computer being slow and not being able to submit my application. He than promised to keep the phone aside for me and I opted for porting my number since I was going to get the phone the following day anyway.

After waiting for a month for my fibre to be relocated, and getting it installed I still have no fibre connection, I have lodged close to 15 queries all esculated yet still no connection. I ahve have now cancelled my line yet still received a bill for 1500 for services rendered as well as the rental of a router WHICH I DID NOT RECIEVE!!!

I have upgraded to 100GIG home LTE, the package that came with Router & UPS. On connecting the UPS was faulty but Router was working 100%. Logged a call and Vodacom and they said they need to collect the entire package which they did on 8th Nov 21 .

I removed the sim card so I can put it in my old router whilst I'm waiting for a replacement uni. The sim card failed to connect and I have called Vodacom to make them aware, they asked me to do a sim swap which I did and that did not solve the problem.

In our conversation I told all the agents that this is an emergency issue since I cannot do my job, I am working from home. I was forced to take unpaid leave because I cannot work. Not today is full 7 days and no one can give me the exact status of this query.

Upgrade done without client agreement. Vodacom called to discuss an upgrade, however, we did not agree to it, the agent was suppose to follow up to find out whether he can go ahead or not. Needless to say no call was received, and if the agent called we missed the call.

Attached herewith the sms messages received from Vodacom to inform us that the order was placed and the phone has been sent to the Courier company. The Customer Care number on the sms to call is 082111. This number does no longer exist.

This is absolutely mind blowing that a company like Vodacom's records is not up to date.

Hi There. I did an online application for the LTE 800 gig(400+400) promotion vodacom had over the weekend on the 6th of November. I went to the vodacom shop in town but they as could not assist me again and said I must do the application online which I did.

After applying I received a confirmation message for me to accept the deal which I then accepted and send it back to them. I received then on the Monday a message that someone will contact me within 72 hours. I waited for them to call me and never did and when I phoned they said there was a cancelation error on my application and have to apply for a different deal that cost moreand as the specific deal was only for that weekend.

I signed a new Data contract last Friday and after several phone calls because my sim is not working I got a phone call on Wednesday saying that Vodacom made a mistake and the contract isn't available. My contract will be cancelled and I will have to pay more to get less data.

The insurance claim declined based on the number of days usage. I disputed the decision and i was informed that they will request the recording of the sale and it will take 7-14days. 7-14 days come and passed with no feedback from them, I followed up again on the 29th October only to be told that they haven't received the recording.

Followed up again after two days told be told that they have received the recording and they have escalated it and some will call be back. Followed up again two days later, the Barbra (agent) informed me that there was NO recording and the only document they have on the system it's from M-sure of which the m-sure is they previous insure underwrite.

I agreed to a contract over the phone, however once received I canceled within the specified days given by vodacom via email and phone. I was told the box would be collected. It never was but I was still debited end Sept.

I emailed again and they said the call was not logged, but I had canceled via email and phone which they found recording of. I was told again box would be collected and I would be refunded. Yet again box was never collected and I was debited again.

Called and emailed again but surprise surprise nothing has happened and my money still has not been refunded

I've been trying to get hold of Vodacom wrt FTTH contract for over a week now. Eventually, via Facebook, I was given the email address of Vodacom Business as our contract is a business account. 4 emails since Thursday 4th November not answered.

I want to CANCEL my contract with them due to the appalling FTTH service - completely unstable and unreliable; more off than on, slow and creaky. Vodacom are happy to take our money every month, but refuse to assist in this matter.

I just want someone to CALL me and tell me how we go about cancelling our contract.

I was contacted by vodacom last week telling me that because i have been with them for 25 years i was entitled to a mercer laptop & 10 gigs of data for 399 per month. I first told the sales lady that my id had bee stolen & i have a certified copy or drivers licence.

The sales lady Naidoo S 30 said they would except a copy or my license so i proceeded with the contract. Ram came to deliver the goods & refused to except my copy or drivers licence. i tried to speak to vodacom but they just gave me the run around until they eventually cut the call.

Why does vodacom allow this just to get a sale. They are pathetic. I will be cancelling my phone contract because of this.

I have spent more than an hour on the phone with 3 different call centre agents none of whom were able to assist me with the simple request to change a wifi password. When I asked to speak to a supervisor the agent unilaterally decided that another agent should call me.

I am honestly disgusted by the service received by your company and representatives in regards to my merchant machine.

I applied for it on 02 October 2021. I was told the process would take 3-5 working days, it has been over 20 days and I have received no feedback from your consultant who insisted they have called me to inform of the progress and the only feedback I get is the email that constantly states that it is pre-approved.

I applied for a sim contract at Vodacom Thavhani mall on the 29 October and within few hours I decided to cancel due to my personal challenges. The consultation gave me a customer care number to call for cancellation where I didn't get help and referred back to the branch.

When I go there they told me it is not possible for me cancel I must wait for a month to cancel. So I want to cancel this now. I have been in and out for the service but still not been assisted by both customer care and branch.

My fibre worked fine for 10 months, but the last 5 weeks have been a nightmare. 1 Mb up and down. I have filed several Service requests namely : SR 211007-149074, SR 211012-168267, SR 211013-175879, SR 211028-238016, SR 211031-246282, SR 211031-246436.

Whilst the customer staff are generally friendly, they seem unable to fix the problem. I have had a SR closed as connectivity has been restores only to have it fail again 5 minutes later. The Technician (076 494 8888), who had phoned me previously, then refused to answer his phone to deal with it.

I've been a Vodacom customer for the past 14 years or so and never have I been so let down as I have been in the last 3-4 weeks.

I sold my property and tried to transfer the ownership of the fiber account to the new owner. But for some reason Vodacom decided to cut the fiber line. I've now paid for 2 months since the new debit order went off today and I've not received the service I've paid for.

It's obvious that they've lost a customer in the new owner since they cant resolve a simple issue but I'm seriously thinking about cancelling all my contracts with them as well.

Im hoping that you can urgently assist me, I had a 3 year contract that was ending in March 2021 and in December I changed my debit order date to the 1st of every month, but the agent did not so my premiums was listed as unpaid.

I recently upgraded my Vodacom contract and when I received the confirmation email about the contract the amount of the contract increased. I requested to change the contract because of the change of the amount. A Vodacom consultant called me back and when I asked them why the amount changed, they advised that insurance was added onto the contract and I would need to contact the insurance department before the 1st if I want to cancel the insurance portion.

I contacted the insurance department and they advised that there is no insurance. I called Vodacom upgrades back and spoke to another consultant who advised that I have two other things which were included from my current contract which will be moved to the new contract. ).
