I just canceled my account when asked why I told them was sick of all the spam. Was informed they had free spam would I like to turn it on. Several years ago my internet speed was getting slow Comcast came out for $75 found out it was my Vonage box.

Called Vonage was told I had a out dated box they would send new one (had to pay freight) This is not how to treat customers who has spent thousands of dollars for their so called service As a further note get your phone thru cable it’s a lot cheaper

Vonage apparently renewed my 2 year contract with a second 2 year contract unknown be me or approved by me at any time. I received a call from someone who told me that I would be charged for terminating my service with them when I did not approve the contract renewal and the person I spoke with was going to have someone contact me on a Thursday and

it has been 2 weeks since I have been able to speak with anyone but this "VEE" I have been trying to contact them and their communication system and Voice assistant "VEE" is absolutely useless with no options to speak with a person at any time. I have attempted more than 6-8 times to speak with someone to no avail.

I have ported my lines away from Vonage and blocked them from collecting any payments from me. There were charges on my account…

In 25 years of business i have never encountered such an unorganized, irresponsible and unprofessional entity. We made many may attempts to get our fax issue fixed. We contacted the Vonage support in mrach 2022 reporting failing incoming and outgoing faxes.

Today is 6/6/2022 its not resolved. Every time we contact them its like a new issue to them. They cant trace our previous communication, they keep escalating it to the higher level. Believe me, noone should consider receiving service from Vonage.

FYI, this is my first time ever reporting a complaint, it had to be bad, believe me this is BAD.

Hi my name is Eugenia Carnucci I need help on a problem with vonage, I`m week without a phone, and I depend a lot on my landline, I called vonage with my mobile phone which is costing me an arm and a leg because I don't have many minutes. (I am in an area that has no good reception) I am on the phone every day with people for hours and hours who speak little English I followed and did everything they told me to do, they sent me a new device I called them again for help because it doesn't work again they tell me do this do that but

still nothing has changed, when i signed with vonage it was them who worked on the landline now they refuse to come and check the landline they say they have no technician to come to check the line, since they were the one install everything. They take my money…

We have been getting a lot of marketing and scam calls on the Wantage number and they have not been helping us to do anything about it the block feature is awful please let us know what we can do about it

com as instructed by him in his email to this company on 10/4/2021, regarding issues that we are having with the phones. Later that same day on 10/8/2021, I sent another email to Randall. Here it is now on Monday, 10/11/2021 at almost noon and no answer from him on either one.

So I tried to contact Vonage in a different way, I tried the Chat method. I filled out the registration with my credentials from my work email and my work phone number. I received an email back saying that I cannot be helped because I am not a Vonage customer.

Let me tell you something. At the current time, Armsco Doors and Docks IS a customer of Vonage, but at this rate, we won’t be for very much longer. If you wish to keep this customer, I VERY HIGHLY…

For 3 years my residential phone was not working they refused to repair it but they charge me each month and now trying to ban me from using my old number that I bought from Bel south. 60 years ago by turning my number back ATT.

At present I am unable to use my old number. They misspelled my name on purpose to keep my business account, I got out of it by using my misspelled name. Never got a refund! Customer no service!

Customer service who represent vonage are terrible so incompetent. I alredy filled a complaint with BBB but I havent heard back from vonage yet its was March 24 th. its unreal and so unprofessional to treat customer like that...

My contract with Vonage is set to expire in the next month and if it is not cancelled will auto-renew for another 12 month term. I have been attempting to cancel my account for over a week now, sending multiple emails and "contact" submission forms online.

Each time I have called in to customer service to cancel I have been on hold for more than 1 hour so unfortunately I have had to disconnect calls to due to business that had to be attended to. Yesterday, again after holding for almost an hour finally got in touch with a customer service representative.

At that time I informed the rep that I would like to cancel my account, the call was transferred in order to process my request and the call was dropped!

Furthermore at the beginning of the call the rep took my "best phone # to get in…

I signed up for Vonage home phone service thru a promotional ad . 00 dollar Visa card. 00 dollar Visa card and met the eligibility requirements of keeping service past 90 days. They are a bunch of liars and scammers !!!!!!!!!

I have been having problems with the Comcast Internet and Vonage working together for several moths, called the Company several times, and they sent a signal to the xfinity modem, I am currently renting from them. Still the same problem existed for several months, and the Vonage Telephone (device) was unable to connect to the Internet! I often was interrupted when checking my emails, had to start up the PC again several times with AOL not responding. On October 4, 2016, a tech. came to the house, checked the modem and some lines outside, and came to the conclusion that it was a signal problem from Comcast.

During the last four days, I had to use my cellphone to make calls, calling the provider up add several hundred minutes to my account (note I am only using the cellphone for emergencies…
