My employment ended on July 5th 2023 I contacted Voya for my 401k to be issued because I'm having a financial crisis!

First they claimed my termination hadn't been entered, then it was a problem with having a pin I never received, after filing with the BBB I received a call from someone who's supposed to be helping but she is also dragging out the issue! Due to the emotional distress this has added to me I have spoke with an attorney who handles cases against Voya and he has agreed to represent me!

I feel I have been discriminated against because I'm black by Voya. It's been almost two weeks and Voya is making more excuses after I have faxed proof of identity and my address! Please release my check so I can bury my mother-in-law or I will be forced to carry on this issue with the BBB,…

I filled out a Loan Request and Agreement on 2/7/2023 and I am still waiting for them to put this loan through. I have made several attempts at finding out what the hold up is and each time (there have been 5 in total) I am told that it's being processed and I should get my check in the mail within 5-10 days.

I call back to get the status and they give me the same story, so I wait again and nothing. On 3/7/2023 I received a letter stating that per my request, my premium was being reduced to be paid once annually.

I called to inquire about that and my loan and was told that they could not find the letter in they system and my loan was being processed (yet again) and that I should received my check within 5-10 days. At that point I requested to speak with a supervisor to find out what the…

I made an appointment with one of the state financial advisors and never got a call back as they don't answer there phones, and only call you back 24 hours later at best. Terrible customer service and response to customer needs.

When tge state used Fidelity. We were charged less and got immediate service.

I cashed out my 401k and requested my check be expedited because I was late on car payment due to my job loss. They cancelled my request and told me to deal with it thank for making me lose car

YOU GUYS SUCK!!! I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO PAY ONE OF MY LOANS OFF AND I CAN'T. I HAVE NEVER EVER HAD THIS MUCH PROBLEMS PAYING OFF A LOAN. I TALKED TO 4 OR MORE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO ONE SAID ANYTHING ABOUT ADDING EXTRA ON MY LOAN.
