Property had exposed wiring in both bedrooms. A hanging bare lightbulb above the shower. Oven had not been cleaned in months. Dirty pans in cupboard. horrible dangerous listing and could not pass a safety inspection for a cerificate of occupancy.

I rented a yacht through Expedia/VRBO. The rent was August 10 and 11. I discovered that the posting did not indicate that the boat was not docked. At that time, I shared my concern about requiring frequent transportation back and forth from the yacht throughout the day, and requested cancellation or refund. I received a message from the owner, "I don't do refunds", followed by another message "sorry, wrong person!". I then wrote to clarify and again requested a refund. I received an email from the owner stating I could receive a half refund for cancelling Wednesday, August 10. The Little Milky Way VRBO, dba Top Water LLC I have a chemical sensitivity disability. I become very ill when exposed to various chemicals such as scented cleaning products and dryer sheets. I asked the owner of the Little Milkyway VRBO if these products were used at the unit I wanted to rent.

She didn't respond to my first two queries (the first was about Covid cancellation, the second and third about chemicals), but did to the third. She told me they only used natural cleaning products and bleach (the bleach doesn't bother me as it dissipates). I decided to stay.
