I just returned from the Walgreens located at 404 Rt. 73s, Evesham, NJ. I had a medical emergency for my child and needed over the counter medication. m. to be greeted by a young lady who was locking the door 13 minutes before the advertised close time.

I knocked calmly on the door, as the young lady turned her back and walked away, cleary seeing I was at the door. Several things were wrong with this, beginning with her lack of consideration, as well as, closing the store well before the advertised close time.

I was not the only customer who was turned away early, as another woman pulled up as I was leaving to be turned away as well. The young lady was caucasion, thin, with glasses. I would like to be compensated in someway for the inconvenience of being turned away from the closest…

My wife and I live 2 minutes from the Walgreens at 10000 Bustleton ave in Philadelphia. On and off for the past year, a front desk associate named Reggie has sexual harassed my wife. The first time my wife let me know of the incident was about a year ago when Reggie continuously complemented my wife's appearance and asked her to remove her mask so he could see her face. The pharmacy at 568 W. 125th is closed between the hours of 1- 2. Not having this information in advance after Walgreens called me to inform me that my prescription was ready for pick, I arrived around 1:25 pm. Upon asking the pharmacist why she very rudely & abruptly stated we're out to lunch.

A pharmacy that is suppose to serve the community is closed during a busy time? I don't understand. This doesn't happened downtown but in Harlem?

Your company has to be about the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. Today I was on hold for 70 minutes trying to get through to refill a prescription. Every single time I deal with your store I have a problem, but today was my breaking point.

After all that time on hold I finally got to speak with someone in the pharmacy only to be put on hold for another 10 minutes (she never got back on the line to talk with me) then the phone was ringing for a count of 57 times before I was cut off.

I have heard so many, many people complaining about your Hyannis Walgreens at the Airport and now I understand why. You need to check into the quality of help over there. I'm thinking about changing to CVS Pharmacy. Your Hyannis branch (508-771-6511) is a total NIGHTMARE!!!

This walgreens on Precinct Line road in Hurst has the worst pharmacy drive thru personnel I have ever experienced.

Every single time my family comes here for a prescription, we have an issue and the issue is never handled appropriately.

Whether it's a billing issue or otherwise, I always leave feeling abused by the pharmacy technician in the drive thru. They talk down to their customers, act arrogant and entitled, and are no empathetic or just plain nice.

Today, I went to the doctor for bronchitis and came to the drive thru to get my scripts. There wasn't a single other car in the drive through. Walgreens pharmacy was always my pick-up meds pharmacy. End of September I went to Walgreens pharmacy at 4668 south and redwood road Taylorsville UT, to pick up my prescription med. ( Bupropion) prescribed by my primary provider. The pharmacy gave me the wrong medicine, which is not my med.

they provided me with different medicine which is not mine. The bottom had someone else name and his address. I didn’t find out immediately since they are my pharmacy and always pick up medicines from them. And I didn't verify what I was taking for a week, since I always picked up all my meds from them.

I'm a full time employee in healthcare. What I pay for insurance, pharmacy benefits (THAT COVER LITTLE) and taxes. I SHOULD NEVER be told by walgreens pharmacy that a medication, I cannot go without is out of stock. That the inventory was "messed up" and she has no idea when it'll be in or can advise me on what I need to do because of this.

This is after I've been waiting on another Rx for over a month that's "on back order". I understand to an extent the supply chain issues, but not with life altering medications or the non compassionate employees, who cannot put a sentence together to offer you a helpful tip.

This is my conplaint to Walgreen store at 1804 Hebron Parkway TX 75010 and the manager David about customer service efficiency, rudeness to customer, making the customer pay for more than what they have to, and inefficient solution.

I placed an online order that costed me $16.89 Walgreen Cash of 8 Pamolive 20 fl oz. However, he prepared for me all 8 bottles of 8 fl oz only. I came back to the store just to exchange because on my receipt it showed 20 fl. Instead of doing easy solution by just change the bottles, he made it complicated by return/refund and re checkout. Using the pharmacies in my area has been a truly awful experience. My doctor called in a prescription on 11/21 and today is 12/4 and I only got a partial fill (not even half). It took 4 phone calls with over 30 minute holds each time before I finally went in to speak to a pharmacist in person at my local Highwood Walgreens.

They informed me they were working with my insurance on the drug and would get back to me. A full week went by and I didn't hear anything so I went back to the store to ask in person. The pharmacist told me insurance covered days ago but they don't have it in stock and needed to be ordered.

Your store on Main St Manteca has been closed for 4 days. I have a prescription for my husband and I could not pick it up. I was told to go to the next town, which was in Lathrop. They were able to fill part of the order, but said they were out of anti biotic tablets, which I find amazing for a Hugh pharmacist.

A very dear friend of mine, Patsy Perkins always goes to the Walgreen's located at 7551 W. Alameda Ave. Lakewood, CO for prescriptions. She has numerous health issues and was due for surgery which required a medication a week before the procedure.

This location called and said her prescriptions were ready on 11/19/22. " at 10:00 AM. No warning, no nothing. " She finally spoke with the main number and was told they were closed. This has happened several times. She finally received on 11/25/22 only because her daughter went to the store and told them she would not leave without them.

" This is not the case. She has prescription eye drops, pain meds and of course the ones needed for the surgery. Something must be done about this location and it's service to customers.

This Walgreens has the absolute worst customer service i have ever seen. Today i witnessed the cashier being rude to an elderly customer. The customer was trying to explain to the cashier her phone number was in the system and wasn't working to give her the discounted price.

The cashier kept talking over her and even grabbed her cash card out of her hand. I stepped in and told the cashier she was being very rude and the lady was trying to tell her she was part of the rewards program.

The cashier then snapped at me that she was not being rude and that there was something about how we should listen to her. I told her she was being rude and didn't need to talk to people like that.

My husband and I have been Walgreen customers in Bellevue, Ne since 1974 when we moved here and I've been having to drive to a walgreens in Papillion about 10 miles away at times because meds out of stock in Bellevue. My husband received text that his prescription ready for pickup in Papillion, since it was out of stock in Bellevue, so I drove there to pick it up.

no one was behind me. She couldn't hand me my prescription so that I wouldn't have to go back for another 20 mile round trip. I told her that I'd driven from Bellevue and she simply said she was sorry and left.

I'm upset that they didn't have one other person who could relieve her for a half hour and customers have to stand and wait or come back!

Last September I needed a refill on my blood glucose test strips and lancets, after 4 separate trips and several phone calls (one of which was to Stephanie Gram) I was finally able to get my strips. This time I called the store and asked for a refill and was told it would be ready in about 2 hours.

Soon after I received a call telling me that the prescription was ready, so I went to the store (corner of Martin Way and Marvin Road). My local Walgreens is having staffing issues. Every time I call I speak to a different pharmacist who doesn’t know me. The pharmacist this week is very rude and very hard to understand. On Wednesday she told me I could pick my codeine prescription today.

Being a controlled substance, I can pick it up every 25 days; which is today. I called the pharmacist this afternoon and she said we could pick up the prescription any time. I sent my husband over at 4:45 and after waiting in line for over 10 minutes, the pharmacist said my insurance rejected the coverage as “too soon”.

Hello, I am a Walgreens customer for the last 20 years. On 12/1/2022, as I was entering the Walgreens store #12460 location (617 W 7TH ST Los Angeles, CA 90017), I was rudely confronted by a security guard (Justin) who is contracted by Walgreens thru Watermark Security Group.

I am very upset with Walgreens pharmacy at the Stanton Delaware. My husband Patrick Kane 's pain medication prescription was sent over on Monday November 28 2022 & today is Thursday December 1st 2022 I called to find out why it's taking so long to fill the prescription.

The pharmacist told me they don't have any & waiting for more. Well they NEVER called us to let us know this. It's the second time this pharmacy did this to us. They need to let the patient / customer know what's going on .

My eye doctor sent in my prescriptions I needed after my eye surgery. When I checked one it I was told it was to early to fill. I did previously get these prescriptions for my right eye the new drops were for the left eye.

As of yesterday day the were still out of stock. I will not have drops needed for after my cateract surgery. Looking at reviews I am not the only one with complaints. For a while it seemed to be getting better. Sorry for the complaints.

Poor customer service. Lack of training by staff, having staff tell you to call customer to get Walgreens cash that wasn’t credited , having to speak to 2 seperate people, being transferred to second person with out notifying 2nd rep this is a transfer which results in having to repeat the same information 2x.

Being told br 2 nd rep that corporate advised them not to do this anymore- crediting Walgreens cash that wasn’t applied when pickup order fulfilled. Having store managers not giving information so they have to deal with a complaint by passing you off to customer service, not receiving Walgreens cash for prescriptions when picking them up in store.

Your store and pharmacy is horrible. The one in Louisville, Kentucky on Eastern Parkway. Long lines inside and out. Store shells barren. I need to speak to the pharmacy by phone and was on hold for aver an hour. You need at least two pharmacist there at most times.

I am a nurse and I am surprised you have not had a law suit for wrong medication given as busy as they are. If pharmacist is sick then pharmacy is closed. This is no way to run a successful business.

I plan to search other drug stores and tak my business elsewhere. I have used you guys for 50 years and same with my deceased parents. What a shame.

I have been on Remicade Infusions for 3 years every 8 weeks. I use Walgreen's specialty pharmacy for this prescription. Up until this year there were no issues. For the past 3 or for deliveries they Remicade has not been delivered on time causing me to miss my infusion date.

The most recent was on 11/30/2022, I received a call from my doctors office that the prescription was not delivered. I called the Specialty Pharmacy and spoke with Supervisor Sheila and was advised that they have not been able to verify my coverage.

I explained that I have a 12 month authorization from Blue Blue Cross Blue shield. They told me that they have to confirm coverage for the order every month. I asked her when they attempted to confirm the coverage and she stated they had not prior to today.

The office in Laurinburg NC is horrible. You finally get your insurance to release and approve a prior authorization which isn't Walgreens Fault, but when I asked then to rerun the prescription and insurance once the Prior Auth was approved and

released, now my app says Walgreens is filling the RX but the insurance won't cover it. I call the insurance company back and it has been approved nothing else they can do. Insurance states Walgreens isn't doing something correctly. Customer service with these big companies is Garbage.

I'll go back to the small locally, family owned Pharmacy. Never have these issues and it doesn't take 4 and a half hours hold time to speak to someone.

I got in line to check out with 4-5 items and there was one lady checking out in front of me. I patiently waited for about 15 minutes as the associate tried to fix an issue they were running into.

I politely asked if they had any other associates in the store that could help the 6 customers in the line that had formed and that had all now been waiting at least 10 minutes. Of course there were 4 other associates there that were just socializing and roaming the store, but when I asked for help, the associate accused me of being disrespectful.

Oct 28 i pu my Gabapentin and arrived home to count the pills normally i fill my rx every 3 months 180 pills.. Well the pharmacist filled the rx with 55 pills instead of 60. I called back and spoke to Shrudy and told me that they count the pills in 5"s.

While i was in the store anothe pharmacist said there is another customer coming in for the same pills . So the rx showed 60 + 3 . The problem started when i went to get a refill the cashier was training and told me i could not get a refill till 12/13.

I'm 68 and disabled I get monthly hydrocodone monitored by a Pain Management healthcare. She sends a fax every 2 months with a specific dates to be filled. Every month I have to remember to call for them to fill and the next day to find out when it can be picked up because "It's only in a file".

This is so inconvenient and frustrating.. It is never ready at the time they tell me . It is an hour round trip for me to pick up the prescription. Today it of course wasn't ready and I got 15 pills out of the 90 prescribed.

I have to make another trip to pick up the rest of them supposedly tomorrow. And I will have to make another phone call. I've been getting this prescription from walgreens for a very long time- years. At the Franklin, WI store and now that we've moved the Antigo store.

I had surgery today and I had medication sent to Walgreens in East Hartford Ct. on Connecticut Blvd. I called and they said it was going to be 30 mins. so I called back to see if my medication was ready 45mins.

later and then a ride lemployee name Cindy told me it was going to be after 3pm. So I decided to come in and speak to the head pharmacist and the rude employee Cindy started acting rude again telling me that she couldn’t do nothing for me.

Then the head pharmacist decide to fill my script. This employee Cindy doesn’t belong working in the customer service business. She very unprofessional very rude and doesn’t care not one bit about anyone’s well being.

Also adding that the power went out and she shouted yes no work and that they will definitely not able to fill my medication and…

On 11/10/2022 the manager at 30th and Kessler n. Dr. Followed around store for 10 minutes. Then followed me to the checkout line. Last night on 11/29/2022 at 9:45 pm he did it again, followed me to the checkout line again.

I'm a senior citizen and cancer survivor. This really upsets me. Let me know what further actions to take I consider myself a valued customer.

I just want to say that I think it’s unfair how certain people got paid for the time off well the lights were shut off. It’s really unfair to the employees who have to work at night and can’t work or have to go to another store.

It’s just total crap on how we did not get paid.

Also with the minimum wage going up why didn’t the employee who been there for a year keep the raise and the $15 instead of us getting paid as much as the new employees do.

I waited 35 minutes in the pickup (outside lane) - with two cars in front of me when I pulled up.

After the two cars in front of me were finished picking up their prescriptions I waited another 10 minutes before being serviced (I had to press the yellow "call" button to get someone on the Walgreens Pharmacy team to start my prescription order (which was already ready to be picked up).

Are drive throughs not supposed to be faster than going into the store?

Why does it take so long to fill my synthroid script? Because you keep trying to use up the levothyroxine that insurance is no longer covering. I don’t want levothyroxine as it is not healthy to mix synthroid and levothyroxine and back, this was told to me by a pharmacist.

This is a common medication why not stocking, I’m told Monday shipment and Tuesday shipment not received. I started my request for script with 7 days remaining. I now have 2 days. This is wrong. Took me over 40 minutes to talk to pharmacist had to call back 3x’s I was hung up on 2x’s.

Walgreens is totally messed up.
