I’am in vacation in Europe (Croatia) I have trouble log in to my accounts for 2 months.I call your customer service about 20 times with no help. Must of them they put in hold, then they hang up on me . also, I called my branch in Flushing New York, and is same results no good.What kind BANK you are when you cannot fix simple problem for two months.

I had an awful experience with Webster Bank manager Jason Taylor at 132 Main Street in Southington Ct. on August 1st. 84 and wanted to deposit $4,740 in my checking and receive $1,428 back in cash. 62 in the account before the transaction and for that reason I should be able to get the $1428 back in cash.

The teller said I couldn't do it that way because of the hold on the check. She took my bank slip and started changing my numbers. I told her that she was wasting my time and asked for a manager.

It was at that time that Jason Taylor came over to try to help. I explained the situation and he was blaming the new system for the confusion. I told him that Webster Bank has caused me many issues with this new system.

I’m costumer with Webster Bank and my mobile app doesn’t work.People who work for WebsterBank look like they don’t know how to help me. I called about 10 times reddy costumer service,they usually put me on hold and they hang up on me.Please help me I need that app to see what is going on with my money I’am in Europe (Croatia) so I need help bad.

MINUS TEN STARS-

The staff at the Webster Bank located next to Grand Central station in New City is the most arrogant and discourteous banking representatives that I have encountered. I opened accounts thinking it would simplify my life. However it appears that my Webster card is not a "legacy" card and is not compatible with the ATM. Talk about full disclosure. It appears that it is too much trouble for the staff to stop talking among themselves to provide any type of "service"

Apparently Webster Bank is installing new ATM machines and for over a week now there has been no access to these ATMs. Whoever is in charge of this project is not doing a good job.

Furthermore today when for the 4th time I visited my local branch (on Merrick Road in Rockville Centre, NY) not only was the ATM STILL NOT WORKING but there was ONE TELLER open and she was also working the Drive-Thru window! It took 25 minutes with 4 people on line in the bank for me to be served.

This is totally and completely unacceptable. As a customer for over 40 years (originally Astoria Federal Bank and then Sterling Bank) I am appalled at the lack of customer service. One would think that if the ATMs are not working and more customers have to go into the bank, that someone in charge would have the…

I called the manager 6 times were the check is going. He told me we're it is going I said ok. Now on the 7 week he called me to tell me that the check came back from post office Because it was sent some were else I don't know were it went some one did not do there job playing around with people's money.
