Customer service has been going downhill ever since the new management in Rochester. Since when do I have to pack my own groceries. It's bad enough that you don't did away with plastic bags before the state law. You moved the milk and eggs half and half to the back of the store.

You never have an aisle open for 20 items and under. I think you call it customer convenience when you had a small amount of dairy in the front. Wegmans used to be a cut above other grocery stores. I'm not the only one who feels this way.

This is just a small amount of complaints that I've heard. It's not the people that work at the cash registers or helping customers it's the upper management in Rochester!

Hello I am complaining that in the wegmas of Harrison New York they are not giving the right service because the workers are asked for the product they are and resolved that they say that they are not available but if you ask another staff at once they find the manager named JUAN accompanied by Zach and said countless times I am an adult person who goes to wegmas Amenudo and

they apparently are focused on something other than their own employees who only walk with cell phones and do not give you the help that is needed they should take a letter in the matter regarding this because I am a customer who is going to buy from this supermarket or just let me know if this is the way they do thank you !!

I went shopping at our local west side Wegmans location, in Erie, PA, on Wednesday, August 16, 2023. On Thursday, August 17, 2023 I noticed (2) charges for $170.29 debited from my checking account from Wegmans on 8/16/23. I called customer service and she said, “ There was a glitch and that the money will be put back into accounts within (3) days.” I then asked, “What if someone didn’t have that amount in their checking when debited two times and could possibly receive an insufficient funds charge from their bank account, being overdrawn. She said, “ You’ll have to call your card company about that. I said WHAT!!!! Your store made the error and it’s not my fault my account could be overdrawn. She said there was nothing she could do.

Going forward, I looked at my banking account today,…

As I was checking myself out today because there were only 2 lines open that were long lines! I was rudely approached by a staff member and told next time I can’t use the self checkout because it is 20 items or less.

I explained that I was in a rush and I was sorry that I used the lane. The employee was rude and continue to say something to me as I tried to ignore her and finish doing what I was doing when I finished, I counted my items to see that I had 22 items so

two over the limit and your employee is going to give me an attitude I shop at Wegmans three days a week and spend well over $100 Every time I will no longer be shopping at Wegmans. I will give my business to a store that does not employ rude people.

Manager on duty Chris she was very rude I was so disappointed that she treated me bad when I walked in with coupon she told me that she can’t scan it and when she noticed I didn’t leave and I wanted to use the coupon she put it manually it was very annoying expensive and embarrassing

when no line was there they team on me when I ask for manager they made it possible for someone to make the sandwich instead of the three that were back there they all double teamed me as a customer and told me they wasn't serving me and I told them they was not Wegmans they had no right not to serve me managers and a patrol came over to the station and

assured me that my sandwich would be made and I guess the floor manager had a talk with them on their behavior so I think them for intervening with these young kids and their attitudes they got to remember that they're working for Wegmans and it's all about making money and not being prejudiced on people with ordering food there was no outburst there was no threatening man or nothing this is hospitable customer relations but

Last night Saturday Jan 14 th. We ate at chili Paul wegmans. I had pizza. It was very good. My husband bought an order of sesame chicken. 00. 00 with shoppers club. It was horrible. Chicken was all chopped into tiny pieces. Like crumbs.

Sauce was bad very vinegary. He could not eat it. I’m really surprised because usually Wegmans food is very good. We were very disappointed

Recently I purchased an Ethnic Sausage (polish sausage) for a recipe I was preparing. I have purchased this sausage numerous times and was always pleased with the quality of the sausage.

However, As I was preparing the other ingredients and the sausage I discovered that this sausage was not what it was identified on the Label. The label was printed Polish Sausage but as I was cooking it none of the aromas of the authentic spices of Polish sausage were even identified.

There were no spices that would even make it Polish Sausage. So I did incorporate the sausage into the rest of the recipe but was extremely disappointed because it did not come close to the original recipe. So now I hesitate to buy sausage out of fear it will happen again because there is no way to distinguish if there is a…

On December 10th 2022 my wife and I were shopping at your Owings Mill store at 8:34pm . When the sales associate notice I was using my own bags he put away the paper bags he had pulled out proceeded to ring up my purchases, and setting on the counter behind him.

So I started bagging my own groceries. My wife as him if bagging was part of his job, the first three times she asked him he just refused to answer her finally he said no that wasn't part of his job.

She asked him why was he being rude he said she was the one being rude. Making sure the situation was not elevated I suggested she speak with the manager. As she was walking away to speak with the manager he said you people must think I need this job.

I paid $30 dollars for a quarter sheet birthday cake from your bakery It was only an inch high. Although it was very good, the comments were focused on how low the cake was. I saved a piece of it to take to the store to show them, but unfortunately my husband ate it.

I feel I should be reimbursed in some way so I can stop feeling that I was taken advantage of. Thank you.

I purchased a 1/4 sheet custom made cake on October 14,2022 at the warrington Pa location. It was a chocolate cake with whipped icing and cannoli filling. I was extremely disappointed with this cake. It was poorly made. The cake was falling apart as I tried to cut it for my guests. That was very embarrassing.

It was also a very sloppy presentation. And on top of this, the cannoli filling did not have chocolate chips in the mixture. It seems the cake was made poorly, and in a rush. Very poor presentation. This cake was for my husbands birthday and I was extremely disappointed.

Very poor presentation and wasn’t that good. WEGMANS has a great reputation at their bakery but needless to say this was not a good experience with this order.

At 7:43 PM tonight I made a small return for $10.37. The young cashier refused to give me cash back on a purchase made on my bank debit card several weeks ago. It feels petty to me to complain however I do not understand why I cannot get my cash back from this gentleman instead I had to go back on my card has a credit even though I explained it’s actually a cash purchase on a debit card thank you

I ordered some thing from Instacart for basil plants. August 2 the shop or replace the items then checked out and inform me of the replacement. I would never have accepted the replacement I would cancel I need more than 60 seconds to cancel a replacement order

I am very happy that Wegmans has opened a store in Alexandria. It is a welcome addition to the grocery stores available in the city. My concern is that I have had some poor experiences in the produce department. This past week I wanted to buy some green cabbage, cauliflower, and broccoli.

There was only one head of cabbage, some rough looking broccoli that had been really picked over, and 1-2 cauliflower. What was left looked like it had been critically picked over by other customers and no one was going to buy it.

I go to produce first when I enter the store, so I decided to do the rest of my shopping and return before I checked out. When I finished shopping and returned there had been no change in the selection of produce.

So, I had to go to Giant to buy some decent produce. Needless to…
