Requested assistance from President of Wells Fargo Mortgage but email came back not working.

Wells Fargo did a very poor job on the processing of my mortgage application. My daughter and I were approved for a home loan after we were TOLD to pay off 6 credit cards and close them to bring down our DEBT TO INCOME RATIO.

We were told this was going to help us be approved for the loan. We paid for inspection and Appraiser. We received an approval and closing date with closing disclosures. Few days before closing, the loan was reversed and denied.

The reasoning did not make sense. Now because the credit cards were closed our credit score went down tremendously. What is your advise? The processor led us on and was not efficient at all.

After a pre approval and a conditional approval, they denied my loan application, make me pay for the appraisal and then decline the loan. they let me, the realtors and the seller wait for a week without telling us any respond. very bad communication.

I'm writing for my newly widowed daughter who's veteran spouse died of cancer almost 4 months ago, and she still can't get the Wells Fargo mortgage folks to check the County records to see that she is the current legal owner of the home which Wells Fargo financed. She's received a couple of scary letters from Wells Fargo saying she owes thousands by the end of December because of the COVID relief.

Seems her wife, while battling the last stage of cancer, failed to call and say 'please put the relief amount at the end of the loan term'. My daughter has visited Wells Fargo and worked with a branch officer, who has been wonderful and has tried to help.

She's set up new accounts for my daughter, but when calling your mortgage people they say they don't have proof of my daughter's ownership.…

They are using Carrington mortgage services and they are destroying my life. Paid them a lot of money over 15 years and deeply impacted by Covid. Been trying to start paying again for 7 months and they wont take my payments and are reporting me late.

Score has tanked and no one will speak with me or help me. Time to call 60 minutes and 20-20.

Wells Fargo is by far the worse mortgage company I have ever dealt with. We applied for a mortgage on May 25 and could never get it closed. By September 10 we were so sick of dealing with them, we finally went with another lender.

The new lender got done in seven (yes, 7) days what WF could not do in almost 4 months. WF asked for the same documents repeatedly. They asked for documents on Friday at 4:50 and our loan was scheduled to close that following Monday.

WF sent us a commitment letter dated August 20 that had an expiration date of August 15. Our first loan processor was so unresponsive we were assigned to another after one month. From the beginning, we made sure our new processor knew the schedule of selling our home and the purchase of the new home.

My husband passed away suddenly in 2018. I've been working with Wells Fargo since then trying to modify the loan. I went through a hard time with thatt and then was hit hard and very sick with covid. I lost my mother.

Everyone in my house had it even my two month old granddaughter. On Friday September 3, 2021 I received a phone call from the underwriter from Wells Fargo stating that I had been approved through covid and my payments would start in November and everything woùld be brought current.

In the process of refinancing. I have never experienced such a dislike completely. Contact if you have any questions is a joke. Never once a phone call or a email response at all. I am totally ignored and feel as if I mean nothing.

How is this I will never understand. I have no knowledge as to what is going on at all. Do I mean nothing? the property appraised at 181,000 and only borrowing 61,000. How dare I be treated like this.

I have submitted an application to refinance my mortgage and merge the loan with an existing line of credit. It is very difficult to get in touch with my loan processer who providers little to no information or even worse, misinformation.

I was unable to find out if everything went okay with my appraisal from my processor--I utlimately had to get a report from the appraisal company. I have received mortgage disclosure documents that do not even closely match the costs I was provided.

For instance, it will take approximately $135,000 to pay off my loan and home equity loan. I received a disclosure that quoted $167,500 as the amount needed for closing. I realize this is an estimate, but it is $32,000 (yes, $32K) more than the loan amount!

I have been trying to close on a new mortgage for almost 2 months. Only borrowing 50% of the total value of the home. We both have excellent credit and have been approved. They can't seem to get their 3rd party vendor to get the appraisal done so that we can close.

We have offered to pay for a local appraisal, but they won't allow that. They have basically been dealing with my wife, but I have called and left messages and emailed our "loan specialist" and she will not call or email me back.

i am having a problem with escrow. i have been paying my payments on time. I am 68 yrs. old on a strict budget. I have had this loan am it was originally with Wachovia . I pay my home owners insurance and taxes.

I started the mortgage loan process on 5/6/19, signed all required papers and faxed back 5/20/19. Ever since then they keep adding things that they want and I fax back ASAP. I was told by a MIchael McKinney that my file "looked good, shouldn't be an problem, everything is complete" on 6619, and that I would have an answer for a closing date on 6/11, not later than 6/12.

At 4:48PM I get a text from the person I am dealing with Jennifer Jones at the Brandon Branch in Florida that the underwriter wants another letter from employer regarding start date. I have sent 4 letters regarding pending job in Ohio, the job is "pending" because I am not there to start.

I have been trying to pay off my payoff quote for over a week . I have been in the bank and talked to several people on the phone. And they all told me something different. 00 which was due in May.

So now my account is in default. The last person I talked to then told me I have to pay taxes first before the payoff! I thought the takes were paid! I have been making payment for over 5 years now and they were part of the payment.

An amount was taken out of my savings account on 6/13/18 that was not authorized. I filed a dispute to have it returned only to have Wells Fargo calling me and affecting my credit score to have it returned. This is unacceptable and something that I have been dealing with for almost a year.

I refinanced with Wells Fargo in 2006 and I have had Insurance with Met Life since I purchased the house in 1994. But for some reason Wells Fargo has said I didn't have insurance and that they would take out insurance on the loan.

In 2006 I sent documentations of all sort to Wells Fargo for proof of Insurance and yet they continued to say I did not have any insurance. They have been taking out insurance for the duration of the loan until a tree fell into my house back in July of this year.

On 6/26 I began an application for a home equity line of credit. I wanted to ensure I had a point of contact so while I had reached out previously online to inquire about a refinance option, I opted to use my local bank so I would have active communication.

I was working with one of your associates, Jason D Meiwes that left the company during the process. Several weeks went past before anyone reached out to me to inform me of this change. Adam J. McMahon called me to inform me of the changes and that he would be helping me through the process.

My home loan was purchased by Wells Fargo. It was an Amortization loan. I have made multiple attempts to get information on making our recast payment. We either get wrong/conflicting information or no response at all. I have funds from the sale of our previous home that I would like to place for recast amortization payment.

I was told at closing I needed to make a payment or two before we did the amortization. That need was fulfilled with March, April, May payments. The last customer service rep we spoke with indicated that it would take 6 months to get this completed.

On 9/11/2016 I made a mortgage payment to Wells Fargo for my monthly mortgage due online payment as I normally do. I received the confirmation after the transaction was completed. I then made a payment on my Wells Fargo credit card and also received a confirmation after my transaction was again completed. In less than 24 hours Wells Fargo attempted to process another mortgage payment out of my account causing me an insufficient fund amount of 38.50 which automatically came out of my primary bank account . They honestly need to get out of the mortgage sector. When we purchased our ranch in Acton in March, I found out I was placed with them through the lender. I expressed I did not want to be with Wells Fargo because they are so incompetent. Part of the loan to get the best rate meant having a wells account. Two months in they placed a deposit in somebody's account. For anybody who has Wells Fargo. When depositing a check. Make them cash it and then deposit it. I have had a checking, savings, and business with two savings accounts connected to the business account for approximately 4 years. I have used online banking for all of those years. My computer works great for everything I do including complex programs as autocad and quick books. Jacqueline is an incredibly offensive woman that shows no interest in answering any question regarding the loan process after she collects money for the interst lock payment.

Approximately, 5 months ago I opened a Wells Fargo checking and a savings account. At the time, I was informed that since my home loan/mortgage and direct deposit payroll checks were affiliated with Wells Fargo Bank the monthly PMA Fee would be waived.

Periodically the PMA Fee of $30 is charged to my account. I have spoken to Edmund and the Vice President Mr. com on numerous occasions as well as other staff members at the San Mateo branch regarding this matter. They assured me that the error would be corrected.

I have a Wells Fargo Mortgage, Savings Account and Checking Account. Until I moved to Rockport Texas I was able to access both my savings and my checking accounts using my ATM card at my local branch. The drive-up Bank ATM Machine in Rockport will not allow me to access my Savings account to make transfers without going into the branch during branch hours.

My online services limits the number of transfers I am allowed to make per month. At times I make multiple transfers throughout the month and the limit of how many I can perform on line is most inconvenient. I would normally be allowed to make as many transfers as I wish from local ATM but without access to my savings outside of business hours I am handcuffed.

Therefore I am limited to bank hours for transactions when I work miles down…

We were declined for a mortgage modification by Wells Fargo Home Mortgage (WFHM) (even though I understand they received something on the order of $50 Billion of taxpayers' money for this purpose) so we just refinanced to a lower rate. We were glad to get away from WFHM but the mortgage got sold back to them. WFHM then increased our payments in short order, citing a need for increased impounds. Twice we have been through the process to refinance our mortgage with Wells Fargo for which we are paying 7.25% for the last 13+ years. Twice we have been turned down which has led to considerable expense with House valuation surveys etc. The Wells Fargo staff are aggressive almost to the point of threatening with ridiculous deadlines being sent out. I would actually rate their service as negative stars - I have both a traditional and roth ira set up - back in January of 2015 my new financial advisor began the process of moving both accounts over to a new platform. After several rejected distribution requests with lack of any information as to what was wrong on the forms, my advisor and I called First Clearing who is the holder of the money.

Total mortgages were $118K. Short sale was for $55K (cash buyer).
