My money order was damage buy post office to be tired contacting them they are not helpful at all it was for 86 it for my bankruptcy so this in is important that I get a new one they want me to pay 15 for a new one I didn't damage it the post office did western union are awful

Someone pls look into western union in st Kitts the service is so poor and it like u going to beg for your own money my husband had a transfer in his name this is day 3 and several trips back and forth to western union and still can’t get his money why is western union out of cash to give and the attitude of the teller is rude. 00. I Kelley Mack Sent a request for a refund almost 2 months ago. I finally get a response, and they're now asking me for a $15 fee to get my money back. This money orders has never been cashed.

I have the blank money order and receipt still. I have been waiting for 2 months for this. I don't see why you can't deduct the $15 that you want me to send to you out of the money order and send me the remaining balance.

The fact that you want me to send money to get my money I find ridiculous. I've spoken with a supervisor In the money order department. They agree with me that I should have received my money. I have been trying to do a wire transfer to the Philippines (I do them periodically) the wire transfers are small amounts. For past few days they have blocked me from doing a 45 dollar transfer. I have made several phone calls and each person tells me something different.

They gave me a case number to no avail #176646553. I am truly frustrated since a few days ago they told me that it would be fixed by morning. I have seen incompetence before but, I must say that this one is the worse I have encountered.

I did not received my amount in my bank. I had raised complaint to WU with Request number : 161715807 and as per wester union , they sent message to bank for returning amount but also they are saying that they already sent it to account and no guarantee to return bank. My amount is high so please work on this.

My money orders were stolen from my landlords office both were cashed I put in a clam before they were cashed it's been almost 3 months and nothing now my apartment complex want to take me to court because they say I did pay my rent I got a 7 day notice on my door. We have called many of time and everyone is just stupid I get different answers from different people.

So I better get my money back I ready to get a lawyer involved in this matter. I have 2 children in my home I cant get kicked out because they cant do there job correctly. I will never use western union again after this.........

So I went to the Western Union at 150-160 Marcus Garvey Bvld to send a transfer to jamaica, I had lot of ones I wanted to get rid of so I decided to use them for the transfer while waiting I started to count them out. When I got to the agent she as me for my ID card but I forget it at home luckily I lived just a block away so I went back home to get it.

When I returned I gave her my Jamaican driver's license which I used countless times to send money also from different western union locations across NYC. To my surprise this lady told me it was not acceptable and I can only use a state ID which I know is not a fact.

I ASK HER IF THIS WAS HER RULE OR A WESTERN UNION RULE because I realized her whole attitude towards me changed I tried to complain directly to western union about this…

BAD SERVICE, NEVER AGAIN !!! Customer service just try to make you stupid, kicking you from one opeator to another operator just to hold your money away from you as long as possible. Hard to get cancel transaction and get your money back to you.

Takes almost 2 weeks to get my money back to me. I had to call in Trenton for complain to get same result. BE AWARE !!!!

My mother wired money to me for a motel room. I put it on my card just like the website says and y'all decide to hold it up for 3 days while I'm sleeping outside under a bridge. Couldn't get no help from you at all which I find very disturbing.

has western union become one of these companies that doesn't care about its customers? Only In it to take advantage of people in need. I remember when someone says western union you knew for a fact that you were going to be safe in their hands.

Now I cringe when I hear your name. Smh. It's a sad sad day when a name that use to mean integrity, stability, strength and honor doesn't mean no more than a thief.

I sent three transactions and three of them were put on hold. I sent my identity proof as i was asked but still my money is on hold. This money is not recieved by the receiver and also not put back in my account..

My complaint is about your customer service. I call and wait for 20-30 minutes to talk to an operator and they all have weird accents which i don’t understand. I made several calls i still did not get my money back.

It has been more than a month since my money is stuck. None of your operator could cancel my transaction. I don’t understand how hard is that to cancel a transaction.. after all this suffering i have switched to other money transfer ways and i never suggest western union to my family and friends after these few bad experiences.

I bought a money order for 500$ from Redners in Boyertown PA. I have all my receipts including the Redners and the original money order and it’s receipt stub too. I found out the person I bought the money order for changed his company name so I have to cancel and request a new money order.

Nothing is lost or stolen but I’m told I have to mail to Colorado for a refund request that could take over 30 days. What I really need is just to void and request a new money order to fill out with the correct name.

Why so much complexity and wasted time. I can’t reach any humans on the service phone Number, the agent did but says they don’t have a way to cancel and reissue the same money order even with all receipts and my picture ID.

This is overly complicated not easy to use WU. Is long turnaround…

I own a Villa in the Dominican Republic. I pay the employees on a quarterly basis. I sent 3 transactions to my employees. Tracking numbers: 036-258-3195, 573-524-5049 & 085-106-4214. The first two were able to pick up their money. The last was not. After talking with Customer Service (terrible service) I was told it was WU's Policy or Guidelines. I asked what specifically caused the person not to be able to pick up their money. I received no specific answer. I asked the Rep to email me the Guidelines. She did not. I asked to speak to the Supervisor. I was told the Supervisor would call. I have yet to receive a call.

I would like an answer why 2 out of the 3 people were able to pick up their money and the 3rd person was not.

I lost 1350 and April I got them in March but I needed them for April so I went looking for them around the house could not find them so I did the paperwork for Western Union to get my money back I been calling once a week sent April

I will like to why I can not sent money through western union to Ghana. it is over six month now. please this is important.

00. I contacted western union and had the money orders traced. Both of these money orders were manipulated. I had explained this to western union, and they mailed me individual fraudulent forms for each money order that was stolen. I was required to get them filled out, notarized and attached all evidence.

I had sent my police reports and housing information. I then waited in the mail for a response. I only received a response after several months for one money order. I called and asked for a follow up on the other money order.

I was told by staff that both reports were received and being investigated.

However, I then received an email from another staff stating that I had never requested for both…

I request proof of all money I picked up for the year 2018 and I go the run around. It's been 4 weeks since I mailed, emailed, called 4 times and no response from Western Union.

Si I send him ALL the info so he can get a room and food for the night. After getting this info he went to collect the $ and was told it couldn't be done. To make a very long story short he found out the next day that the lady who was working didn't know how to do it.

Trying to send money to my son, transfer stopped because of having to answer security questions, I have been on hold on my phone for over 1 hour!! Ridiculous! Still waiting to send this money!terrible customer service very angry, will never do this again!

Money sent to me twice was refunded to the sender last week. What is the issue with Western Union? If someone has the phone number for corporate, I think they would appreciate hearing about what happened to me.

I went to Enterprise, Oregon Safeway store earlier this evening to shop , use ATM machine and pick up a western union. There was nobody in their office as is the case many times but tonight was ridicules ! The ATM was not working and no one around to ask about it.

When somebody did finally blow buy me and go in I showed him that I had a money pick-up Western Union. I was not too politely informed that he didn't have time for that then and maybe he would in an hour and a half.

I was not going to stand there for that long to see if he had time in an hour and a half. I have a family I had to get home and fix a meal for. My time is also valuable.
