Whataburger is normally one of my favorite places to eat. But the last 2 times I have gone the food and service has been crap ! They forgot my fries a few weeks ago. And just yesterday I ordered a whataburger with mayo no mustard no pickles but add Xtra grilled onions.

They don't know what grilled onions are apparently ! And the bun was different it tasted stale and was not tasted. What is going on ? Please don't tell me there changing how they make things !!

Very poor quality of food. Had a simple whataburger jr with cheese. Bun was soggy, and the burger was very cold. French fries were tasteless and cold.

On Wednesday approximately 12:47 I placed an order. Order was a #21 combo with Sausage on my BOB. Order it online thinking it was gonna be quicker and easy. 20 long minutes later after waiting I get my order and of course he apologized SORRY FOR THE WAIT.

Anyways, I get home and opened my BOB and sausage is missing. I then called and asked if they had ran out of sausage and they said NO. Order #2014136 Del Río TX. Never had I complaint but c’mon. 20 minutes and Sausage is missing.

No Pepper No Salt either.

Went thru drive-thru placed my order. Paid then realized my order was wrong as I'm pulling off. When I say my order was wrong it was a completely different order. Pulled back around and it took 12 minutes to get my order right and leave.

Visited this location saturday night at 2am, whole visit took over 45 minutes. Yes it was busy, but upon getting further in line it was painfully obvious there were no staffing issues causing delays, only a complete lack of efficiency. The employee paying us out was, to put it simply, purely awful. For starters, the employee was wearing a headset on one ear, and had an air pod in the other ear. He walked all the way out to our car (in lane B) to ask if we had a mobile order, in which we did not. So then he walked all the way back in, and then came right back out to ask if ___ was our order. I do not understand why he was incapable of asking both these questions in one trip. He then proceeded to take our card, go inside, set it on the counter…

We ordered dinner via the drive through order number 509795. Order time: 12:22. We waited entirely too long for a fish sandwich! People behind were coming and going with not a word as to where our order was!! We finally received our food at 12:37pm , 15 minutes for a drive through.

I get faster service in a dine in restaurant!!!

The location in Midlothian Texas by Brookshire grocery story . Never has enough or any change in the register . I mean one dollar bills and coins. The manager does not seem to care .

I ordered 2 just a burgers & a medium fry in the drive thru. The restaurant was not busy, boot took about 10 minutes for someone to come get my money. She told me she gave my order to the wrong person & they had to remake it so I had to wait again.

During this the car behind me got their food, but was stuck because I was still waiting. The lady was extremely slow & didn’t even try to hurry with the orders. I also didn’t get my receipt.

I waited 23 minutes after paying for food “we’re waiting on the fries”. When order came fries were only barely warm not hot as would be expected. I ordered well done meat on hamburger and it definitely was not cooked as I asked.

There were at least 2 cars in front of me that were waiting their orders and had both lanes blocked. This is at store #102. Today 3/12/23

WENT TO WHATABUGER TO EAT BREAKFAST AFTER I FINISHED LAUNDRY AT THE LAUNDRY MATT ! M. WEDNESDAYS ONLY BUT LOVE YOUR BUGARS ON SUNDAYS AFTER CHURCH. This morning at Whataburger 12121Kary Freeway Houton Texas when I walked in I saw someone sleeping in the eating area. I mentioned this to the manger who just said he is on his break. I just shook my head. At one time I was a mystery guest .

Ordered a single whataburger , and a medium no salt fries @ 4:43 pm, on 3/25/23. Order received @ 5:20 pm, with heavily salted fries, fries sent back and no salt fries came back in 5 mins. By that time burger was cold.

During this time I observed the order completion area which was unmanned for an extended period, with multiple order slips unattended, almost reaching the floor. The store was not excessively busy, nor did it appear understaffed. No apology offered for extended delay and incorrect order.

I was with my dad when he went through the drive thru and had to deal with a drive thru clerk named Quaneesha M, she's as ghetto as her name would imply. She was obviously not paying attention as she was working as my dad had to repeat his order numerous times before it got through her head.

When my dad got to the window her asked her about the order to ensure that it was correct, he's hard of hearing so he wanted to hear it in person. She then snaps at him that she already read it back to him and closes the window in his face, she then proceeds to turn around and begins yelling at some of the other employees.

I've never dealt with an employee that rude before, now it seems that those are the only kinds of people Whataburger is hiring, it makes me think twice about eating there again.

Location: Drive-though 4640 palm valley dr. Round Rock Texas. Time: 9:30 pm I’ve never filed a custom complaint before but I am reasonably aware of how much y’all spend in advertising so this should be of interest to you. What’s the point in spending millions of dollars in advertising if you can’t offer great customer service.

In the situation I would’ve been happy with good customer service. ) I arrive at the window and I was greeted with - not hi how are you? 52 please. He then hands me the fry’s - all good but the shake was over flowing.

I asked him is this how you’re going to hand it to me? He said he could wipe it off. Nice offer but why offer it…

Store 175 in Victoria TX 77901 4302 N Navarro The Cobb salads are very skimpy on salad. I informed the store manger there were several tonight holding a meeting. His remark was to go ahead and file a complaint and did not offer to make amends.

I was not looking for a free meal but seemed to be more concerned about leaving and walked out the door. Very dissatisfied with the store manager’s attendance to his customer. Date 2-8-2023 at 6:35pm.

We went to Whataburger on Hall street in Seagoville Tx at 3am we waited for order to be taken n drive thru made several attempts of speaking n order call box with no response then drove to window . After 5-6 min an employee finally came to window and told us they werent taking orders and thats y they didnt respond at drive thru speaker.

Told them then basically they need to put the closed sign up. Asked when they would be taking orders and employee said probably n a couple if hours cus were cleaning the store now.. I will go to Jack n the box from now on.

When they say their Open 24/7 they actually are.

Whataburger has been my favorite for many years, it lately I’ve noticed the burger is not good anymore! The meat pattie is noticeably thinner and does not satisfy as did the original. I’ve given it several tries over past few months, but always disappointing.

Please bring back the old WhatBurger we loved! ) VERY DISAPPOINTING!

I have witnessed employees and managers not wear gloves when handling food,I have witnessed employees being yelled at and told they are stupid and being cussed out. I have heard employees talk amongst themselves about equipment not being properly cleaned and sinks not being sanitized before produce is being cut/prepped. Managers know when nsf is coming and only then do they follow procedures

I went to my local walmart in tomball tx. , but after I left with my order, I could not even eat my whataburger because there was so much mustard. spoons of mustard. It had to be on purpose. It looked like they put the lettuce and tomato in a bowl and used mustard for a salad dressing and then put more on the bun.

When I took my burger from the bag I wondered why my bun was cold. IT WAS ALL THAT MUSTARD. I tried to wipe all the mustard off the bun and took off the vegetables but I still couldnt eat it.

I doent mind paying for a good burger but I cant spend that much money on food I cant eat.

Whataburger #1090 in Frisco is a disgrace and embarrassment to the Whataburger franchise. After we ordered, it took over 21 minutes for 2 combo meals and a sandwich. There were only 2 couples inside already eating and only 4 cars in the drive thru.

An employee came out once to find out what our order number was. She wouldn’t answer any questions. After about 15 minutes I peaked into the kitchen area and there were about 6 employees working as slowly as they could.

It certainly wasn’t fast food. The gentleman who ordered after us also commented on lack of customer service. We could tell that these employees did not care because not only did they get the order wrong, by the time we got the food it was cold.

The sad thing is is that my son lives out of state and just wanted a good…

My family and I went to the waterburger 12/17/22 at 9pm. The place was a mess. Kitchen had food all over the floor. Bathrooms were dirty. We ordered for 5 people and 2 of us got wrong food. Now it late and I wanted to just go.

Looked like they just flattened our burgers and 1 was cold. This restaurant was located in burnet texas. I love yalls food so just wanted to let someone know to clean that place up and get better service. That place gives you a bad reputation no dout

After a difficult day of work I stopped by to order a quick meal. I have been sitting in a drive through line for over 50 minutes. It is a two lane drive through. Cars on the opposite side are quickly being serviced (at least 8 cars went by), while the other line is at a standstill ( line we were in).

We asked about the slow service and were told the crowd of people inside were causing the slowdown. But we saw about 8 people inside. If they were so busy why was the other line moving so quickly. We had paid but were boxed in and unable to just leave, even though we had already paid for our food.

We thought the people in front of us had a huge order but they were given a small bag with food. Very upsetting and disappointing.

I went to Whataburger and they were very rude. The location is 3222 Camp Wisdom Road 75237. They had got confused on the order and when trying to explain that they made a mistake, one of the employees got upset and started slamming stuff.

I will not be returning to this location after this.

The wait time is ridiculous! The first time, I ordered a meal with fries and had to wait for the fries because they weren’t ready. I had to wait 15 minutes. They didn’t bring my order until l called them and asked for it.

The second time, I put an online order and after I checked in I waited for 10 minutes and I had to call to ask where was my order. By the time I get my food it’s cold! Yuck!!! Last time I go there!

We were at the Whataburger restaurant this morning at 9am. We were the only 2 customers in the restaurant at the time, however there were 2 employees already sitting in the corner of the restaurant. As we were eating we noticed that 2 other employees joined the other 2 employees seated.

They were kind of loud and laughing. It was quite annoying and I would add very unprofessional. When we about to leave I asked an employee in the back kitchen about these employees and she said that they were on break.

Both my friend and I have worked in the fast food restaurant business and first of all we could never take a break in the dining room where customers were eating.

Second, I don't believe that 4 people would be taking a break at the same time while leaving the front with absolutely no one…

On 12/1/22 I placed an online order that sent a msg saying my order would be ready from 7:49 - 7:52 pm. I went inside bldg at 7:55 pm. I told cashier that I was picking up online order. I was told it would be just a minute.

At 8:07, I asked if my order had been started on. I was told they were getting the gravy. At 8:12, the onion rings were just being put in the fryer. They finally got the gravy and got onion rings out of fryer and in bag.

Up until 8:16, I had asked 4 different people (including the manager) about the readiness of my order. I had 1 employee that apologized to me for the wait. The manager never did. This is the 2nd time this month that this has happened.

The other time was an even longer wait. We have been patronizing this particular establishment since the 1960s. Yes,…

This place never e BBC en tries to get an order right. It is absolutely unbelievable the time they have messed up our orders and tipped it with hatefulness. This place in Port Arthur Texas needs management that actually care.

I even had an argument with an obese kid at drive thru who physically threatened me. Something has to be done to this place because they flat out give the customers the finger, while asking why they don't get more money.

Come in threatening customers with bodily harm. Illegal and Whataburger is liable. Since corporate will not fix the problem, and should something like this occur charges will be filed. It's a damn shame corporate is not forcing these places to get up to Whataburger standards.

Store on Wilshire in Burleson is extremely slow and the last 2 times my order has been wrong. Lots of high school kids work there and the one who took my order acted like he could care less when the manager realized who took the order.

I could tell I wasn't the first and I really felt sorry for the manager. I understand it's haed to get good help, but this store has really become unsatisfactory. Again, I am here giving it another shot. I was stuck at the order area and 3 times the guy asked for my order.

I told him I had already placed my order. The guy in front of me said they were serving the line beside us. We had not moved in 10 min. Thankful there are people who still want to work, but proper service and preparation for the afterwork traffic is also important.

Every time I have been to the E Trinity mills what a burger the food was cold , real black lettuce on the sandwich and stale bread oh and fries were served cold . I will never eat at a whataburger again.

Just because of the black lettuce. If your employee will put that on someone's food they don't care about what they are serving to the public. Just thought you should know .

I visited whataburger on 11/09/22 and my experience was not a pleasant one. I usually love it but this time not so much. The food not only took like 45 minutes the order was wrong. Granted they were a little busy but my whole order wrong really?

Next time I'll spend my 46 dollars somewhere else

What I had ordered was not in the bag when I went to thru the drive-thru. I had ordered a honey butter chicken biscuit, three hash browns, one of which went with a honey butter chicken biscuit meal. I also was supposed to get a large Dr pepper and I paid for extra honey better dip.

The only thing in my bag was three hash browns. And they drink they handed me was not Dr pepper.

I had visited the whatsburger in kerrville tx. Located on Sidney baker. I had placed an order for #2 and the cashier was polite when taking my order. The issue started when I sat waiting for my order for over 30 minutes.

The attendant that taken my order came and asked if I had received my order. I told him no and then he went back to let them know I had not received my order. At this point I came to counter and asked for a refund and then a female manger came up and said they don’t give refunds but would void my order and credit my card .

I am 52 years old and have been a Whataburger fan since I was a kid. Over the last year the quality of Whataburger's product has taken a nosedive. My wife and I frequent the Whataburger on State Hwy. 121 in The Colony, Tx.

Most of the time by going through the drive-thru on our way home from work to pick up dinner. The quality is inconsistent, from cold fries to burgers that are thrown together. I would say that its 50/50 on them getting your order correct.

You pay extra for jalapenos, cheese or bacon and when you get home it's not on the burger. I always use to say that Whataburger's burgers look like the picture you see in their advertisements but not anymore.
