My wife shopped in Whole Foods Friendship Heights Maryland today. Her car was blocked in by another car, and she noted the license plate—so she requested that the store announce the license number on the PA system and ask the owner to move the car.

The customer service person said that they don’t have a PA system and she should talk with the parking attendant. She then did that—and the parking attendant obviously couldn’t do anything—and suggested that she ask Whole Foods to page the owner of the car.

She returned to customer service and they repeated the same refusal. My wife ultimately waited a long time and then managed to climb into the passenger door and over the center console and was able to leave. Later, when she called the store to talk with the manager, they didn’t connect…

I am shopping at Whole Food Williamsburg for about 6 years. I am 59 years old (DOB 12/24/1963). Every time I buy a beer I am requested to present an id. I tried multiple time to call a manager and they refuse the sale unless I show a valid id although I am obviously well above 21.

I do wear id but it is a question of principle. The law does not request that everyone show an id regardless of age. Retailers may decide to apply a super strict policy but I am very pissed and will never buy any more beer at whole food.

Unfortunately, I had the most unbearable time at the Wholefoods by Dadeland mall today. I was returning an item at the amazon center and a lady by the name of Guilia was very rude and not helpful. I was having a hard time as it is with finding my barcode and Guilia felt the need to roll her eyes as if I was an annoyance to her.

This is extremely sad since Wholefoods is my go-to grocery store.

I made several attempts to have food delivered. The first attempt the delivery person left the groceries outside of the building and took a picture of the location. The second attempted for delivery I received a text stating the delivery was unavailable not giving a reason why.

I was charged a delivery fee for service I did not receive. If Amazon is unable to provide a refund for the fees that I was charged. There is no need for me to continue business with this company. This is totally unacceptable for your company to assume charging a fee for service not rendered is ok. ( order# 111-1970443-6579420 )

Poor customer service in El Segundo, CA store. Today when I checked out, the young man did not look at me once, say hello, say thank you, or anything before haphazardly shoving my receipt into the top of the bag.

Then barely acknowledged the person who followed me. I waited around for a couple of minutes to look at other cashiers, and I saw some with the same poor attitude. Are used to love this store and the workers in it but I might be finding elsewhere to shop if this continues. I am very disappointed.

I have lived in my current location for over 15 years and have frequented this establishment for the same time. However, I have never experienced such nasty, vulgar, angry, and hostile behavior coming from an employee of Whole Foods in my life.

I assume that employees were given sensitivity and discrimination training to better interact with the public, even if "THEY "deem their appearance, dress code, or age not in their style spectrum. But unfortunately, what I experienced that evening was the opposite of that.

I was the Whole Foods location in Dallas At 4100 Lomo Alto. I had a question for the service desk. I asked since the HEB brand of 1/2 and 1/2 was out could I get another brand for the HEB brand price. Maybe a silly question.

I was polite Was just asking. I was told no you cannot and you don’t have to buy it. You do t have to shop here. And another person standing with him replied, yea. You do t have to buy it !! Ok. I walked away.

Now I have taken my approximate $20,000 plus to Central market. I know you likely don’t care. But wanted to let someone know anyway. My business was just a drop in the bucket for you. But 20 grand is 20 grand.

Whole Foods Westbury, New York. The manager told me that the sales at Jericho New York Store are different than theirs. Organic broccoli on sale was not at Westbury maybe 4 miles away. He was rude. When checking out, there was a live roach walking across the counter.

Westbury is often out of stock on regular items like mayonnaise and always out of stock at the hot and cold bar. Jericho, NY is a fantastic store in every way. The newer, larger Westbury store is so bad that I would rather travel the extra 5 miles and highway driving and traffic than the constant disappointment of the Westbury store.

Hi ,regarding your seefood section in the Wellington, FL store zip code 33414 they never have ice on the clams and when you buy them and bring them home half of them are bad already, after a day of work you don't feel like taking them back and they are not cheep .

I tried few times telling this issue but nothing was done ,I guess I need to take pictures and start posting them maybe I get someone attention? realy ? What about varaity? And my last and most unplasant thing was that you decided to discontinue the fresh fruit and vegetable Juice bar station, wich was a big mistake ,you replaiced it with juices coming on some plastic pipe full of other health haszards ( bad bacteria)

On Tuesday, July 5, 2022, I went to the Tempe, Arizona location of Whole Foods. But before coming over, I called to find out if the Cafe that services coffee and drinks was going to be on time to open at 8am.

" I did arrive at past 8am. At the Cafe's counter, I see a sign that said “will be back at 830am. I decided to shop around, then returned to the Cafe at 10mins of 9am. No attendant yet, and the sign was still there.

There were two (2) men walking the aisle and I went over to ask them what time the attendant will arrive at the Cafe, and that I added I did call and I was told the Cafe was going to be open at 8am. " It was said with sarcasm, indignance, and insensitivity.
