my husband passed away and he had a policy with you. They sent me a letter for me to fill out a packet so I can complete my claim. THERE WAS NO PACKET ENCLOSED!!! I called and spoke to someone in the Phillipines Jan and asked for a supervisor.

she said there was no one available. I couldn't understand her. I need to get this claim going and need the packet. Maybe you should hire people that speak English. POLICY #LN00421600 Jesse Elliott My phone is 845 5620030. I would appreciate a response. Thank you, Carol Elliott

Two months I’ve been trying to get a call back about a check my son is supposed to receive. Nobody knows what’s going on. They sent me a letter asking for information they didn’t specify then when I call they don’t know either.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My daughter received her check and my son didn’t. It was a structured settlement Wilton took over from Allstate. My husband passed and my kids were supposed to receive his last payment on July 21 st.

It’s August 30 th and never a call back or any information. I have to get an attorney on this now. Never a supervisor to help or their computer freezes.

I have been trying to get information on my life insurance policy #756520523 . I called customer service many times and get no answers.

Also spoke to a supervisor in Kentucky he assured me the information I requested will be sent, but nothing came to me. It is important I receive my annual statement so I can pay my interest on my loan. The customer service seems to not no anything and not able to answer any of my questions.

So frustrating that I HAVE TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE OUTSIDE THE United States when they have such a thick accent. I would really like t solve my problems my life insurance is important. Thank you in advance Margaret Wilson 215 White Cliff Blvd. Auburndale Florida 33823

I called a short while ago to ascertain the whereabouts of my monthly annuity credit to my bank checking account. I was placed on hold for over twenty minutes. I hung up and called another number and reached a customer service representative and was asked to provide the policy (contract) number, my SSN and date of birth.

I was then told that there was no record on file with my information. I still haven’t gotten any answers to my problem.
