This incident happened on 9/11/2023. ,CA. What I did was wrong. I had taken some medication & can't condone what I did. 00 worth of merchandise. Why? Don't know I had money. I was with a retired handicapped vertern in a Mobil cart. He had no idea.

Store 0042 7/20/2023 @ 10pm “Bart” the store’s assistant/manager was HIGHLY unprofessional, disgusting and downright disrespectful to a PAYING customer! I shop at this store sometimes 3 times a day because I live very close, for the last 11 and a half years and have NEVER been treated so horribly! I sincerely hope I receive a call about this!

I ordered the 8 piece chicken meal and had issues with needing to remind the clerk that it came with biscuits and 1 side. The sign said it came with both white and dark meat. When I got home and opened it there was nothing but thighs and legs.

I assumed the clerk knew what went in the the meal so I did not watch him load the box up. I do not like dark meat so it was disappointing that dark was all in the box.

This is the 3rd time I've purchased lunch meat from the deli and have been treated rudely. I like my lunch meat cut super thin, and when I ask for that, nicely of course, I've had 2 of the clerks (on separate shopping trips), make a disgusted look as if I was bothering them. The 3rd happened today.

The gentleman tried to argue with me and said the sliced meat in the case was as thin as it gets and I told him no that isn't true and explained to him that I've had it cut than thin before. I said I like it to where it's shredded.

He also sighed and seemed bothered to cut me the 1lb of meat. I mean, that is their job after all and each time they make me feel like I'm bugging them and asking for something that isn't their job when it is.

Recently you changed the look of your winco brand creamer,we are loyal users of this brand in the sweet italian cream version,upon using it we noticed it has an off taste not like it is to be,wondering if the recipe was also changed because it's not like it use to be.. Since WinCo came to Billings MT my wife and I have been a loyal customer. After today we are now second guessing if we will continue to patronize your business. Today we picked up between 25 and 30 items and proceeded to staffed checkout 14 whose light was on but as we got there the checkout person shut off her light.

Looking at other checkouts there was a line at least 4 deep however, the self checkout with at least 7 or 8 registers had only one guest. I proceeded there and started to check out when a clerk approached me and said I couldn’t continue as the max was 15 items.

I mention nobody else was in line for the registers and thought it crazy I had to wait in line when others had much more and the self checkouts were available. After she insisted we couldn’t continue I asked for the…

My wife and I were shopping at the WinCo location in Stockton, Ca. After being there about 30 minutes, a young black man was pushing a shopping cart with items he apparently wanted to purchase. He stopped close to where we were looking at some product on the shelve.

He put all of his grocery items in a large duffle type bag and zipped it closed. He immediately started to walk away from his empty shopping cart and walked quickly out the store. I told a produce employee and said for to inform the personal working at the checkout(s).

They calmly and slowly said they will notify security. So I walked out the front entrance and by that time I seen the thief riding a bicycle going out the parking lot. He got away and nothing was done to stop him.

After shopping here for 7 years as a Sparks, Nevada regular, I had great experiences consistently------ ...until recently, with this one odd apple. Watch out for the "hunchback hag" manager with the weird eyes like Gollum from Lord of the Rings.

heads up- God FORBID you buy something that you later need to return more than some days later, because apparently Winco has a dumbass policy that you can only get a paper slip for store credit, and when I tried using it, this woman refused to take the slip she herself wrote, explaining rudely that I need to buy at least the amount on the slip. I just witnessed at your location on 82nd SE Powell Blvd. Portland OR 4 big security guards acting way out of line all 4 of them had this lady that was stealing on the ground in handcuffs and dragging her by her arms back into the store I understand that theft is a big problem but

I am a longtime WINCO Customer. Recently, I have noticed quite a bit of rudeness from several employees. Worse than usual. And I witness rudeness to other customers as well. Many check out clerks are cordial enough. But several always make customers feel uncomfortable...

Its an atmosphere of where The women whisper and Look Down on us Customers. I have heard them talking trash behind customers backs and laughing when they are upset because they treat us like we are so STUPID and They are NOT.

I Am almost 62 years old. I do not EVER Appreciate being treated lile I am trash! I am a REGULAR, PAYING CUSTOMER! But it is so uncomfortable to have to deal with those employees. If WINCO wasn't in my neighborhood, I wouldn't go there anymore.

El monte frozen burritos 30.4 oz at an eight count per bag , but advertised as 32oz per bag at 13.4 cents an oz, $4.28 per bag. Manger said that manufacture was just putting them in smaller bags , and corporate was making up the sale tags and there was nothing he could do about it. Niether of the two statements he made made a bit of sense to me . You don’t advertise one size and sell another, and he is the store manager, he should have the power to fix or change things to do business correctly. He didn’t seem too concerned about the problem and kept trying to explain it away. ( they just put it in a smaller bag, the process is very involved,i can’t do anything about it.) It's a real bummer when you go to the store at WinCo in which you really like shopping there and they can accommodate the disabled people they have seven electric cards for how many disabled people that come in and it seems like every time I come in now there's either no carts or the carts that are there are broken you people are not accommodating the disabled people and it's a real drag and

when I call about it all they can say is or will we have seven cards that's not enough for the people that are standing in line waiting for an electric cart to go shopping and they can't because you don't have enough to accommodate the disabled people

The check out isles need to wider if checkers refuse to make customers follow the rules of check out by placing carts at the end of the belt instead of next to it. This happens all the time and after this last time I think I'm about done with Winco.

in the last few years I have started utilizing other grocery stores that are more customer friendly in regards to their setup. Shorter isles to avoid miles of obstacle courses and the ability to check out without almost coming to blows.

People always place their carts next to the belts blocking the way for others. How is this efficient when moving people as quickly as possible through the lines is the goal? Checkers need to enforce this or have someone else do it.

I have been a customer at the Moscow Idaho store over 3 yrs now. In that time now long over due the chip reading devices at nearly every register continually fails... Irritated enough a manager today very condescending tried convincing me in front of other customers that my bank was the problem.

I explained I buy 800 dollar money orders here every month no problem, it is not my bank but ur machine..

FINALLY after doing his monkey tricks over and over we went to another chip trader and 1 try my bank talks to WinCo again.... People behind me were offering to buy my groceries. Very embarrassing and upsetting... Either I know the registers/readers better than mngmnt or mngmnt is an arrogant liar at that store!

The spice dispensers in bulk foods have been changed recently and they don't work. The product will not drop down and fill the bags. There were 2 elderly gentlemen that needed help and the bulk food clerk refused to get down off his ladder filling candy bins to help.

He just said the bin must be empty, which it wasn't. If it had been empty he should have got down and filled it but he couldn't be bothered. You're going to have a lot of unhappy customers as the holiday season approaches and people need small amounts of spices.

I buy bulk so I don't have to buy more plastic but had to resort to that since I couldn't get the dispensers to work either. Can you look into this please?

The employees in self-checkout/cashier at Ontario, OR Waremart were beyond rude. I have been shopping here for years and never had a problem. Made snide comments about coming through self checkout, accused me of stealing since I was using my own bags, and were very rude even though helping is their job.

Sad to say I most likely won’t be coming back.

Justin in self checkout was very rude to me accused me of cutting in line and embarrassed me in front of a lot of other customers I didn't cut in line I saw her walk up after me I was just on the other side where he couldn't see me very well and he was rude about the whole deal I don't ever want to go through his lane again I tried to talk to him and tell him I was standing on the side and

his response was I don't care I know what I saw but he obviously didn't see me or as he would have known I did not cut in front of her that type of thing I do not do because it is rude you should teach your employees be more respectful of shoppers

I received instead a statement claiming it was investigated and someone at WinCo foods in Moses lake Washington state said that the transaction was completed and I have all of the money!!!!??? That's not right!!!!! I would like to formerly request that tape with me getting my money back from the transaction please and I am going to be prepared for court.

That's the right that I legally have in Washington state and I am going to start the process in the case of no one who is willing to correct it. I have my account information and I have been speaking with cardtronics ATM customer service who have confirmed that it's debited from my account and that it didn't dispense the transaction amount.
