I downloaded windows 10 and soon after downloading the start button stopped working. I have contacted Microsoft on 5 different occasions, having to wait 3 hours. When I did talk to someone, they were unable to solve the problem. The last time they said they were going to have a tech call me.
That was 5 days ago. Their absence of a complaint website shows how little they care about their customers. It's been two weeks now and am still unable to use the start button to get into any programs.
Also, I must mention that I also contacted Dell to try and solve the problem. After OKing a fee they tried to resolve the problem, but were unable to. They at least did return the fee. Not very happy with Microsoft and the way they treat their customers.
