I was at wingstop in Keyport New Jersey and the people at wingstop on the phone are very rude they gave an attitude because I didn't know the menu very well and they were saying I was confusing them when they were confusing me not very nice And not very friendly so please get rid of all those people in there because they are very very mean and rude and they don't know how customer service works thank you so much have a great day

I have had several unpleasant experiences at the same WingStop and don’t feel like I can let the last one go without complaining. I go to the store at: 6734 Sepulveda Blvd. Van Nuys, CA. 91411

On 12/31/2022 I placed an order online from outside the restaurant. I then went in and asked for the extra 5 wings to be flats and well done. I left, and when I returned I went to the restroom which had no soap. When I was presented my order I noticed that my fries were not well done. I stated I asked for my fries well done which should’ve been an easy fix. Instead the lady told me I had to pay first. I said I will pay, but I would like my order right. I went to your location inside the Palace Starion casino I ordered a 8pc flats customer service was great but the food was horrible very greasy and fatty I was very disappointed at the way my food was as soon. As you bite Into the wing it was like eating grease and fat I only ate 2 wings trash them I would like to be compensated with a voucher or something maybe you need another cook very dissatisfied

Whomever the night "manager" at Wingstop at 56th and Georgetown Rd Indianapolis, Indiana is the worst!! I called to place an order, advised what my question was, he didn't help! I asked his name, he asked why? and would not give it to me, so I put my 7yr old son in the car and drove to Wingstop, even though I had my wings delivered!

The gentleman was rude when I arrived, I told him my issue, and explained he needed to give STELLAR customer service and he turned his back to me and walked away to the back of the store until I could NO longer see him. To me that's NOT STELLAR customer service.

My family has tried to go to this location twice. The first time people were in the lobby waiting over an hour for their food, so we left. We just tried to go again, today. 70 wings on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Someone came up to the register and said they couldn't find the girl that ran the register so it might be a minute. About 5 minutes later a young lady came up to the register. 70 wings , as advertised, but she mumbled that everyone was asking about that, but there was no manager there and no one else knew how to ring that up.

I don't usually write to corporate, but this is not how you run a business. It's too bad, because we were very excited when this location opened so close to home, but I don't think a third chance will…

I came in to pick up my order the young lady behind the counter was on her phone. I waited about 5 mins and when she helped me she stated my order would be ready in a few......I waited another 20mins only to find that my order had been placed in the designated spot for pick-up orders already. The you lady continued to be on her phone during the 20mins.

I ordered $55 worth of food from Wingstop during a sorority crossover event. The food never came and I had received a call from a Doordash driver about my order. I never asked for my food to be delivered from Doordash nor was I informed that my order would be coming from Doordash.

The order never came, neither Wingstop nor Doordash wanted to take responsibility and we had to physically go to Wingstop to reorder food. To this day, I have not been reimbursed and this happened over the Halloween weekend of this year.

After several unresponsive attempts to contact both companies for a refund, I will be seeking an attorney for legal advice as I feel compensation should be extended to include the inconvenience and negligence of the situation.

On 12/16/2022, Clinton, Ms 39056. Walked in wing stop around 10:40-45 pm no one greeted nor took my order. At 11pm that’s when they said no more orders after I stood there n waited. People are still coming in ordering food, especially DoorDash.

This is why I stopped the first time n I went back but same experience nothing has changed. This is every night they stop taking people orders at 11. They are turning customers away!!! U losing big money everyday because of this!!!

Ordered 3 ten piece combos and the drinks were lemonade which tasted like well water and two sprites that were carbonated water only. I tried to call the location to inform them as I live quite a distance to only get a recording. I’ve also tried calling this same location to place an order several other times and get the same recording now I’m forced to use online

I made a purchase at 3:00 pm. I was notified that food was was completed at 3:45. I drove to the restaurant to arrive at 4:00 pm. The young lady said my food wasn’t ready. I asked her a question.

Why was I notified it was ready. Her reply it isn’t ready. My food was ready at 4:30 pm. This is terrible service

I would never eat wing stop ever again there was a worker not even washing her hands while cooking MY FOOD FOR MY FAMILY it was so disrespectful. And on that she was touching her head acting all rude and i ordered 50 wings !!!!

And I didn’t eat them at all because of her and she didn’t even have a hair net on she had a head thing for night time acting like she going to sleep how rude is that and on that I asked if I can pay here and she said if it’s on order online do it online and i told her it told me I can pay on line and

she was so rude I didn’t even have time her so I am done with wingstop and I would eat here a lot every week I would be here but since I got this experience I am never eating here again ..

Midlothian Tx location DO NOT ANSWER the phones on purpose after a certain time it seems. I went in to the store with my cellphone still ringing their number, and their phones were silent! I asked for a manager and she just said “ oh” didn’t explain why or compensate me, no apology, NOTHING!!!

Placed a order on line for classic wings was charged for it and asked for only drums got more flats than anything .. the store claims it didn’t specify but didn’t care either way and this had happened more than once but when I called the store the girl answering the phone said she didn’t care and hung up on my wife .

So I called back to speak to manager he had no interest in trying to rectify the situation and offer help . Asked how to reach Corp. was to told yo look it up myself and hung up .. it’s a shame because we work for a large Corp.

I placed an order of 10 Bone-in Wings 2 different flavors I arrive at the time said 56-68 Minutes I went in to ask if the were ready which wasn’t They told me to wait for 25 more minutes , went in again and it still wasn’t ready they more 15 more minutes I ask the young lady are you sure it’s 15 minutes and she said yes waited for 30 more minutes and they weren’t ready at that moment I had enough , more people came in later than me and

Had the worse experience at the store in clarksville TN. I ordered a meal for two which is 15 wings and two sides. I watched as at least 6 employees stood around confused with no sense of urgency or purpose to serve the customer.

Not only that but at least 3 people that arrived after me got their order. The lack of professionalism and leadership in that place is horrendous! Horrible place to eat!

The food is so good. But the employees are polite but there lazy. They sit around, and I caught a few of them vaping where they make food. I saw one guy come from outside vaping to coming inside making wings without washing hands.

The service is extremely slow. Ridiculously slow. It’s been that way for years here, something needs to be done.

I work 3rd shift go in at 11 and everytime I order something from here ard this time its always something. Tonight I come in they simple didn't want to take anymore orders so they told me they were closed I said you close at 11 yeah and we stop taking orders 15 mins before we close ok so im right on time and hungry sooooo?

Oh im sorry all fryers are off like why are they off already if you stop taking orders at 1045 I'm beyond pissed because I drove from center st in Manchester to get some chicken. You call to ask a question they never answer the damn phone and then sometimes they take it off the hook.

Something should be done this is not customer satisfaction. And you can look up my emails address I am a regular customer at one of your other location I hate coming to this one

I came in due to an email received for Thigh Thursday (I didn't even know you all sold thighs) that included ranch and I added Fries to make it a meal since. The front assist didn't give me the ranch so i went back up for the ranch.

I ask the GM could i get the ranch and he started to charge me for the ranch. I told him that it was included in the meal. I pulled up the email received and read it to the GM that the ranch was included and he still didn't give me the ranch.

He went back and forth with me for ten minutes arguing about the ranch that was included with the meal . I even explain that I bought the fries. It wasn't until I said i want my money back that he then gave me the ranch and said ill let it go this time.

IT really bothered the Hell out me because the GM really stood there…

Tuesday,September 20, 2022, I was in the lobby waiting to place an order at Wingstop on2438 Sheridan St in Hollywood, Fl and was disgusted at the way the manager belittle this young girl at the front counter calling her stupid in front of customers instead of assisting when it appears she was asking for assistance. This manager would not be a manager in any of my stores ever speaking to an employee like that.

A business can’t run without employees. I applaud the young girl for being polite when she was disrespected by that manager. I was so disgusted that I left. I would not recommend anyone who to a place where employees are mistreated like that.

THIS PLACE IS RIDICULOUS. EVERY-TIME I COME HERE THEY ARE BACKED UPES! No matter if I order only or in the building. It’s nasty with food all over the place and the staff is young and play to much. There is no respect for time and the customer service sucks.

First and foremost every time I visit this location the employees are rude and disrespectful. My order was wrong I called to explain my situation and the person on the phone yelled and screamed at me. She also hung the phone up in my face.

Wing stop is one of my favorite lunch spots but because of the treatment I received at this location I will not frequent this place at all anymore. I ask for my order a certain way and it never to my satisfaction.

The employees are just not friendly and they are not helpful. I am so saddened by my experience at this Wingstop location.
