The winn-Dixie in OKEECHOBEE Fl at one time had the best meat department around and now I wouldn’t feed my dog the meat they have there.Its absolutely terrible,from the most expensive to the cheaper meat it’s all bad .A leather shoe is more tender and has better flavor

Please share with me what time the employee at the Service Desk can decide they won't sell anymore Mega Millions tickets that evening, and if any employee can tell a customer to leave. I went to my local Winn Dixie (#0683), like I do most nights there is Power Ball or Mega.

I almost always wait until after 9:30 PM on the night of the draw. In fact, I am so regular, when I've gone earlier I've had other employee's who usually work the Service Desk say "Your here early". Tonight (11/25/2023) I arrived at approximately 9:15 and attempted to purchase a Mega Millions ticket.

I was told by the clerk (Charlene Morris, who I hadn't ever noticed in there before) that "I was lucky I got there when I did because she hadn't started her count and if she had, she wouldn't sell me a Mega Millions…

Rude employees store # 2444 in Ruskin Fl is one we call the ghetto or hood store always people lurking around outside I have twice wanted to use self check out and was Rudely told that I couldn't because I had too many groceries I don't care for cashiers so I choose to check myself out I will never go back there again I know that my little couple grand a month doesn't hurt you monetarily but

I know I am not the only one that has experienced their attitude and mgr was just as rude kept saying she's about to check you out meanwhile cashier kept making snide remarks

Today at 6:30, I was standing in line behind Jennifer and a customer at the self-checkout lane. A tall man asked Jennifer something and she responded by saying, "Don't talk to me like that" or some such. I was standing next to Jennifer and I thought she laid both hands on the man's arm and pushed him back.

He certainly stepped back and looked surprised. She said something about "Don't yell at me" when the man was not yelling at all. I tried to tell Jennifer to calm down because she was instigating a scene with a customer.

I was checking out of Winn Dixie on sr54 near Coats today July 1 at approximately 10 am and in the next lane there was a man who had his dog on the check out conveyor belt. The dog was actually walking around among the groceries. I was disgusted. The cashier was going on about how cute the dog was etc. some people behind me were not happy about this either. I think there must be a law about dogs, with the exception of service dogs, in a place where groceries are sold.

I think this is wrong and the cashier was wrong to allow this.

I have been coming to this Winn Dixie and pharmacy for some years now. A new pharmacist Jerri Lynn and a black female assistant have lied to me twice concerning the availability of a prescription I take. The first time in May of this year, the assistant said to me they did not have this in stock.

It had not been available for some time. MS Lynn walked around from her station to the counter and said it was back ordered. She did not know when they would have it. The female assistant said it had not been in stock since she has been there.

MS Lynn told me to take it somewhere else. This pharmacist and assistant have only been here since March of this year. This pharmacy was undergoing a change, new registers, management etc. I have been getting this prescription every month for several years…

Very unprofessional employees. I would be ashamed for anyone to know I managed this store.

First I saw a female employee in the produce department engaging in a kiss with a man. Then I thought I heard a female deli employee tell the customer she was waiting on you should have been here first. Next there was a female employee pushing her float talking on a personal call on her cell.

Next the male cashier that waited on me never even acknowledged my existence however he was speaking to what I assume was another employee (female) asking her you still her she said something like yeah Im sick of these people I think she’s speaking of customers. I've been a loyal customer 9101 Little Rd. New Port Richey for 13yrs. Ever since this store was remodeled and the older cashier have been replaced the customer service has been a poor reflection of what it was. Now every time I leave this store, I'm upset of the way I was treated by your new snotty cashier and customer service people.

I'll make it a habit of not going into this store unless I absolutely have to. Now I will drive out of my way to other Winn-Dixie on Madsion Ave in New Port Richey if I need something from your sale ad.

In a haste, my wife and I left the roast that we purchased on the day of record. We quickly returned to inquire as to whether or not the roast had been returned. The Manager quickly went to review the cameras and came out of the office and showed me my picture and said, "you took it" in a very load hispanic accent.

This was not new to us as we never denied taking the roast, the real issue was that we left the roast in a shopping cart in a haste to attend to the next responsibility. 77, and repurchased another roast, but left humiliated, conflicted and committed to never shopping at Winn-Dixie again as we typically shop at Publix any way.

Costumer service does not look like this and this matter needs to be addressed.

On many many occasions medicine prescriptions for my husband were called in by his pain management dr to this pharmacy to be filled, several days in advance, almost everytime there has been an issue with the representatives in the pharmacy male and female. Confirmation calls are made to your pharmacy several hours before pickup and each time we either experienced rude unprofessional service or a straight out lie.

They provide the approximate time prescription will be available and when you arrive we may have to wait an additional hour smh. The female Asma Aftimous talks to much customers cant get a word in before she is interrupting them.

This complaint is regarding the Winndixie that’s located on Cordova Road near 17th St. causeway in Fort Lauderdale. all the other property owners of a Harbor Shops in the adjacent property, maintain their property. The Winndixie property is covered with homeless people.

The manager is receiving no help from corporate according to his comment. there is no patrol supervision of the property causing patrons to be uncomfortable to go in the sanity of the Winn-Dixie. winndixie needs to maintain their property as the adjacent property owners do it in their strip malls in the safety of their customers.

Went to purchase fried chicken that is on sale. Deli was out. This was not early in the AM or late at night, but middle of the day. The store is good, but the Deli is horrible. They frequently don't have an advertised item. I suspect they stock on the basis of normal sales, forgetting that a price reduction will lead to more units being sold. I had to go to a competitor to make my purchase.

I have shopped at Winn Dixie since 1999 and I also use their pharmacy. I am in need of a major back operation and my pain management doctor has put me on 6 pain pills a day which are 20mg.

For the past 2 months Winn Dixie pharmacy is giving me a hard time about my madication. I’m legally allowed to pick it up today which is February 1sr They are going to withhold my medication for 5 days at which time I will be sick and in the emergency room.

When that happens I will hire my attorney who is on standby. I love Winn Dixie but the pharmacists are endangering my wellbeing. I am schooled at how I’m being judged and through their mistakes going to be hospitalized. I don’t understand why I have a problem like this over the pharmacy who is in the wrong as I can prove it .

Received Winn Dixie flyer dated Feb 22-28. Proceeded to store located at 165 Blackford Way, St Augustine on the 1st day (2/22) of the sales promotion. 99 a pound. Was told that the lobster could not be located and should arrive the next day (2/23).

Arrived the next afternoon and was told by another employee the something as I was told on 2/22 that lobster failed to arrive and should be received 2/24. I asked for the store manager and was told he "had stepped out".

Eventually spoke with a junior manager that said he could not help me and Winn Dixie could not provide a raincheck. Somehow and for some reason I feel slighted??? Could Winn Dixie be using false advertising to gain customer traffic?

Shopped Winn Dixie Venice Florida today (Friday Feb. 24) At 3 in the afternoon there was ONE check out open, other than self. There were a dozen people in line. The cashier, Marta was doing a super human job as the lone check out.

No WD personnel were evident, let alone concerned. Management walked by. Perhaps she doesn't know how to operate the cash. Got to tell you this is not customer service.

I have been a satisfied customer for over 10 years, never had a complaint on their beef. Y. strip steaks brought them home and BBQ them. 2 rare and one med. rare. All 3 steaks were like shoe leather, couldn't cut them with a steak knife and unable to chew them.

A huge disappointment and a ruined dinner. I don't know what happened, but it was certainly not what I what I expected from Winn dixie.

I just had a very unpleasant exchange with a very rude young man who claimed to be the Night Manager at the Winn Dixie, S. Pasadena, Florida. He was argumentative and downright rude. He started off by accusing me of having already spoken to several other people about my complaint, when this just happened today and he was the first person I had spoken to.

He told me they cannot provide a refund with no receipt - who keeps grocery receipts after they get the groceries home? And also said, how do they know I bought the product from them - surely the bar code can confirm that?

I have been shopping and using the Winn Dixie at the above address since I moved into the area 3 years ago. I have a complaint that I believe should be looked into! I am 77 years old, and I have worked in many businesses that I had too always be aware that I never was rude to anyone.

I had my prescription sent two days prior from today. The Pharmacy technician stated they were behind and would fill it as soon as possible. Today is the second day and I’m completely out of my medication. I spoke to the pharmacist and he had stated that my prescription was sent in wrong and I needed to contact my doctor.

I called my doctor and they verified that the pharmacist had lied and there was absolutely nothing wrong with the prescription sent. This is a direct violation of my civil rights and I plan on filing an ADA complaint. I will also contact HIPPA and the Boards of Pharmacy about this issue.

Winn Dixie at 5802 14th St W Bradenton Florida EVERY SINGLE TIME I go through check out with CONNIE she is flat out rude and always has smart comments and an attitude! I try to avoid her register as much as possible!

Decided to check out your new store design in palatka fl today. The store is really nice. I found myself in the soda aisle, attempting to get the best deal on my choices. ”buy two get one free”. and others .

I took my time and took 3 packs from the shelf that said “buy 2 get third free”. At checkout, all 3 rang up at reg price. I politely told the checker I believed there was a mistake. She pulls out this weeks ads and says nope…you must have taken the wrong brand.

As I was approaching the entrance of the Winn-Dixie store I looked inside and there were no carts so I stepped outside to grab a cart with my phone in my hand the cart was on Lock and my phone hit the concrete outside the entrance. There are seven carts that will not move outside the entrance.

As I saw the glass shattered on my phone I approached the manager and service desk to show them my phone and ask them why the cards did not move. I told them no customer would know that. I went right next door to Metro by T-Mobile it would cost over $200 to replace the phone the glass is shattered.
