On 28 and 29 of june, a snr vp/regional manager from wintrust, verbally assaulted me on the phone. since 28 june, he has taken punitive action against and he is closing my account on august 12th. in addition, he has gotten another 2 dozen employees, at least, to help him to cover-up his behavior.
i spoke with the wintrust "head of retail" this morning and he too tried to verbally assault me, but i quickly terminated the call, to the sound of him shouting.
i have already sent this story to 2 news investigation teams, yesterday, i await their reply. i'm also contacting a consumer protection attorney in chicago.
in 58 years of personal and business banking, i have never run into a weirder banking situation.
