I hope there is a 0-star or negative-star option since Woot doesn't even deserve a one-star rating.
I placed an online order of two 10-pack Nespresso capsules on Woot.com. Then I received a well-sealed package that only contained 6 packs of capsules. So far, after 2 rounds of communications with Woot customer service via long emails, my refund request is still rejected. Now, Woot asked me to file a claim with the carrier. But the package was well-sealed, and I cannot file a fraudulent claim against the carrier. Based on my experience, this company doesn't do business on an honest basis. They didn't provide the correct quantity of products to customers, and they didn't give money back to customers either, but they tried to shift the cost to carriers.
