I hope there is a 0-star or negative-star option since Woot doesn't even deserve a one-star rating.

I placed an online order of two 10-pack Nespresso capsules on Woot.com. Then I received a well-sealed package that only contained 6 packs of capsules. So far, after 2 rounds of communications with Woot customer service via long emails, my refund request is still rejected. Now, Woot asked me to file a claim with the carrier. But the package was well-sealed, and I cannot file a fraudulent claim against the carrier. Based on my experience, this company doesn't do business on an honest basis. They didn't provide the correct quantity of products to customers, and they didn't give money back to customers either, but they tried to shift the cost to carriers. I purchased a television from Woot on 2-18-22. I received an email from Woot verifying the purchase and then a second email stating the TV had been shipped on 2-24-22 with a 3-8 business day shipping. I was provided a shipping tracking number.

The shipping tracking number was "no record" from the website link Woot provided. I called Woot and spoke with customer rep Peter S. I explained the situation and asked him to figure out what was occurring with the order. He said he would and get back to me with an update.

Instead, Peter S sent me an email with the shipping company contact information with the same tracking number. In other words, Peter S did not do anything to resolve the issue. I called the shipping company and spoke with an excellent customer service rep who was able to find my…

My name is Julie Gallegos. I have two sons. I purchased 2 boxes of diapers on Woot and have had 2 diapers out of each box without the strap that sticks to diaper. I hate to switch diaper companies so I am hoping they can fix this issue other wise I you will lose a customers that is willing to buy your brand for the remaining years of items on Woot.

I am a single mother that uses very hard earned money on your products. I suggest someone figure out a way to fix this issue. Customer support has been frustrating to say the least.
