Dear Sir or Madam (Thursday 31/03/2022 at 1:48 pm) Last week I opened a link in my inbox, from a supposedly solicitor firm. Vs, for employment every week. Unfortunately to my regret it was a bogus one. Consequently I deleted such.
Then decided to change my password, for obvious reasons. This was initially accepted and I was allowed access again into my email account.
Second occasion ( and many others) no access whatsoever. It is because I can not recall the answers to, two security questions. Why was I permitted access to my account at first, without answers, to security questions? It does not make any sense at all.
I have used this particular account for numerous years, only to be denied further use of it.
Furthermore, I changed my password several years ago, without necessary answers…
