Yelp makes it extremely frustrating for businesses who have a yelp business profile. Yelps advertising team will have several sales reps call you repeatedly for lengthy periods of time. Then they will start to call only once a week then twice a month until they give up.
But don’t worry it’ll only be a short period of time before a new sales rep will fallow suite and begin calling. My thing is why would they continue to call and harass business owners to upgrade their advertising and paid for more adds even after being told that their company won’t accept any of the forms of payments the business owner have to use as far as billing arrangements go?
I will not go out and I open up new business accounts just to satisfy yelp’s requirements in order for me to pay them to advertise my business…

I really don't agree with a review of John at my company page on 6/21. First of all, this person called my to fix a rotten wood, this is a small job, I don't provide small jobs, my company it's not a handyman company, why then this guy gave me 1 start for that? It's not ethical, not fair, it not reflected my profile, where on my page says that I provide handyman or even general contractor services. My company it's a remodeling company not a small services provider.
I complained to Yelp many times but the analyzer said that this review doesn't violates Yelp rules, what about the company rights? I'm customer of Yelp for 6 years and spend thousands of dollars every year... What kind of care Yelp provides for it's customers?

Yelp biz went ahead and adjusted my account without my permission. I just got a new business phone and they changed it to my old phone, when I questioned why they said because the new number wasn’t verified. I asked when someone changes my business number on my page do they contact the owner?
They said no it is automatic. I then inquired why they would take down reviews from my clients as well as adjust my services and again was met with the “automatic” stuff and it is continually changing. I feel like they portray your page to be what they want it to be and then don’t tell you anything.
How can a company change the information you put on yourself and then blame a computer? Seems weird but no thank you Yelp…take care

Her Marketing techniques of continuously calling you every day and sending you emails every day are next to stalking and harassment. She has sometimes called me twice a day. Thats a very sad model that Yelp indulges in.
Yelp offered me a $300 off to run ads. At first, I thought the ads would have been completely free until I saw a few charges appeared on my card after I signed up on September 15th, 2022. 52 on October 1st, 2022.
I decided not to dispute the two charges in September because I found out about those charges sometimes in October and I that point, I was hoping to get some leads to offset the cost. Even though I did not dispute the two charges in September, I felt something was wrong.
I was not advised of their policy and never knew that they were going to charge my card without my consent. 00 off which they advertised but they never did. I called on October 18th, 2022, to cancel because I did not get any leads. 00 credit.
Once again, I decided to give it another shot. Still, I got ZERO…
I canceled my advertising, and kept charging my credit card.They said I didn't answer the question after watch your credit card every month.
Allowing an X girlfriend to place 1-3 negative reviews of my business everyday for 30+ days,under different names every day. But I'm apparently supposed to do this everyday because they will not remove my business or prohibit any further reviews from anyone.

I need to complain about your employer Michael Garcia. He lied to me and started charging me a week after I opened the account. He said he was giving me a $900 credit on top of the $300 credit and I wouldn’t be charged for the first month but he started charging over $100 after 1 week of opening my account which is the full price of advertising for $15/day.

Purchased supreme vent gas insert with intellifire touch ignition system with remote. Had cleaning service and Bill realized the remote was not operating properly. On the receipt (which we still have not received ) was having a new remote ordered.

I had Sirius car radio for a while. I noticed on my credit card bill that the price was higher than they quoted me so I called. They said the price was for 2 vehicles and I told them 1 of the cars was in the body shop for 4 months they weren’t supposed to charge me.
Not only did they charge me but they had removed the service from my car radio!
So for 3/12 months I paid for service that I didn’t even have.
The only thing they can say is I didnt call them sooner but that’s on me I didnt look at my credit card statement close enough but it shouldn’t make a difference they still made me pay for a service I didn’t have.

Do not do business with ERIE CONSTRUCTION from Waltham, MA. They did a roofing job on my next door neighbors home and there workers dropped metal on my driveway right on the hood of my car causing $1400 of damages.
The Manager named Derrick Sutherland says the company would pay for the damages and an estimate was sent to them over two months ago and they are avoiding the situation. This is a big company so be aware that their workers are careless and destructive.

They installed a Minnie split system both heat and air. A week after install, a huge ceiling leak occurred, I investigated the leak and found that they didn’t connect sections of the drain hose properly, nor did they clamp the connections.They came out and connected and clamped the hose. Some months later, another leak adjacent to the interior portion of the split system occurred. I called and stated that it appears to be another hose leak. I was told that it’s a dirty filter, but they would send a serviceman out, for a small service fee to check the leak. Yelp operates as an extortionist. It's obvious since every time I log into our Yelp page, someone from Yelp calls me wanting to sell me a marketing program that supposedly counteracts the negative reviews (some of which are years old).
We are a dental office, and like any other healthcare operation, we cannot publicly discuss treatments or patient information.
However, anyone can go on Yelp and complain about their chosen healhcare insurance coverage, what our doctor diagnosed and what our office charged them - but we cannot make any moves to resolve complaints. It is an unfair practice that needs to be regulated so that small businesses don't suffer from individiuals who literally intend to to destroy them.
I will be strongly considering shutting down my Yelp account with you. I am finding that base on your algorithm, many positive posts are hidden and you allow posts that are outside of your Guidelines. This is makes me strong question the efficacy of your content.

I placed an online order via Yelp today at Savory Chicken. I placed the order 3 hours in advance, and chose a specified time according to the drop down list, to pick up the order. Payment was made at the time the order was placed.
When we arrived, Savory Chicken had not received the order I placed via Yelp. I would suggest you check on your end what the problems are, if you have not received complaints already. As we were waiting, there were multiple customers who encountered the same problem.
