Highly disappointed in quality of food. The portion of course is much smaller than even in recent months. But the quality of meat was terrible. It was minced pieces that seemed to be frozen bits, almost ground.

Tokyo fried chicken tasted like it had freezer burn while the sour and sweet dipping sauce was so salty it was not edible.

I usually dine at Yoshinoya about every other month but the deterioration is discouraging: higher prices, smaller portions, and poorer quality.

In the attached photo you can see there are just 3 pieces of intact meat slices. The rest looks like crumbled, broken defrosted meat bits.

Emily P rude customer service not once greeted us had a mean looking face just stood there didn’t acknowledge us once we walked in letting my dad to stop coming at this location especially since my dad loves yoshinoya will find a better location with better service thank you!

I,bought,2,combo,bowls today at 101,east carson,street,,carson, ca. 90745. 00,for the,4 pieces chicken. 00. ,2023. not,mention,to buy it at,the same,time,when you,buy,any bowl. I live in Gardena, CA. There are 2 locations near me one on Vermont & Rosecrans and the other on Redondo Beach Blvd. I waiting at the counter for 3 to 5 minutes. There was one customer placing his order. It wasn't busy.

After the young man took the customer order. He just walked away and didn't say anything. Starting putting food in a bag, while there was 2 other people standing around. After he handed the customer that just placed his order their food.

He still didn't say anything. They started speaking in spanish and walked away. Still nothing until I said hello is someone going to take my order. The lady behind the counter said I didn't see standing there he'll be with shortly.

I came in to order dinner, a combo xl and a large beef bowl. No customers came in after while I waited for my order. On the combo I specified no green onions and extra teriyaki sauce. I had to wait over 15 min and had to go up to the counter and ask about my order before they brought it out.

I was a bit upset about the wait and checked my combo. There wasn’t any extra sauce and had green onions all over it. I complained about it and the cashier was very condescending, stating that the little bit of sauce that had flowed into the rice was the extra sauce.

I had to complain again that this little bit was not extra sauce. Especially since you now charge for it. She begrudgingly gave me some more sauce obviously irritated that I was upset about the wrong order, missing sauce and the long…

I went in on Friday April 21, 2023@8:20pm to purchase dinner for my family. As we always order beef as beef bowl is best known for, the cash register lady says, “we ran out”. I work for Compton unified in student nutrition.

We keep inventory so we don’t run out of food, as such in this case.

Hi, I went in last night to your Upland location and I ordered 2 large chicken and veggie bowls one for last night's dinner and the other for my lunch for work the next day. It's been about 15 years since I've been in a Yoshinoya and I was a little disappointed because I received one incorrect bowl.

I was given 1 chicken bowl and the other was beef. Not a fan of the beef so today when i opened the bowl I was highly dissapointed.

The van clean by and used to power wash or if he still does come though allegedly his name is Brent manko $5000. He also closed out my storage and liquidated everything out of there without my consent. I went to the Yoshinoya on Atlantic and Willow very poor service people standing all at the register waiting for their orders out of beef as always online it allowed me to order beef by the time I was acknowledged the cashier told me oh no beef do you want to substitute I told him just give me chicken I was on my way to school very hungry you ready to eat my order originally had avocado on it so

I paid full price and got something I did not want with no avocado did not get reimbursed or refunded

Terrible experience yesterday. The temp was 71 outside and 61 degrees in your dining room. What is the purpose of having it that cold? 590 east willow. Long Beach, CA Quaneisha was very nice, but we both ordered the same dish and received different meals. The cooks put very little sauce on our food and when we asked for more sauce, we had to pay $.54 twice for extra sauce. We broke three forks while eating the vegetables. Cheap, Cheap, Cheap!! Quaneisha's replacement during her break was one of the rudest people I have encountered in a very long time. She absolutely would not communicate with me. You have a staff full of robots working at this location. We finally washed our hands in the soda machine water vs. obtaining a token from your rude person to wash our hands in the restroom.

I've ordered one Gyudon Beef Bowl and Teriyaki Chicken Bowl last Sunday located at Alhambra. The attitude of your staff was bad when taking my orders. I can't believe that the beef was so less and the vegetable was freeze!

Besides, the chicken was hard which was over cook!

I was in line to order with 1 person ahed of me. She finished ordering and another girl that came from outside started another order. I then the girl that was ordeing came back and made another order. So i was waiting for about half an hour and when finally i was next.

One of the workers told me to wait and asked the persond behind me to order. I wasted about 40min. Due to poor service. So i just left.

Rude cashier employee who provided the worst and horrible customer service at Yoshinoya in Fullerton. He made a mistake when I ordered my food, I noticed the mistake when I got my receipt and went to the cashier and told him to change it.

He started yelling at me and accusing me that I asked for that item I tried to tell him I didn’t because I’m sure what I wanted not him, but he kept yelling at me. I asked him to changed it or to canceled my order and he kept raising his voice and I asked him why he was yelling for and he kept yelling that he wasn’t going to do anything and
