Purchased love destiny ring 2019 of December. A couple of weeks the channel of diamonds started falling out. Due to covid-19 I had to wait for store number 579 to reopen. The ring was taken back and the exact same ring was given to me from the store stating the ring I returned was defective it happens sometimes per the manager.

The second ring the stones became loose had it repaired at Hershey outlets. Shortly after that repair the center of the Ring fell out of the setting. Spoke to manager Benjamin at camp Hill PA store he also had issues with another customer same ring.

There are multiple reviews of this ring losing its diamonds. Was not a typical return due to the fact that the merchandise was defective and I am now made to resend on store credit which I do not want. Customer service…

I took my chain in to gett repaired.....they couldn't repair....i wasnt offered a new chain....instead there was a warranty exchange..the new chain is too small...i was going back to the original one. .i was told by a customer service representative that all i had to do was purchase a new warranty to get my original.. Ive purchase the warranty but still not my chain...i was informed that now i have to oay the difference of 146 dollars because my original chain was more than the replacement chain.

My husband bought me an amethyst ring for Christmas. Since then I’ve had to bring it back three times from jewels falling out. Contacted customer service (Joyce) who said she was helping me. Never heard back from her. When called she said she was still working on it.

The store finally called and all they could do for me was send it in to get fixed again. Takes me one hour round trip and I’ve been there back and forth around 5 times now. Just wish they would give a refund for the faulty ring.

Tried calling the local store 405-751-6583, Oklahoma City, OK in Quail Springs Mall ALL DAY on May16, 2023 and on May 17th. Each time the phone rings and rings no answer. How am I suppose to authorize a repair if no one answers the phone?

Finally drove to the store and waited 20 minutes just to authorize a repair. Doesn’t do much good to purchase the extra coverage when you can’t get anyone to help.

I ordered my daughter's graduation ring from Zales in Acadiana Mall in Lafayette, Louisiana on January 13, 2023. I was told I needed it before May 19 because that is the date of the ring ceremony. It came in on February 7 but needed to be sent off to be sized.

Months passed by and I had not heard anything so I called. No one could seem to find my order. I kept getting the runaround and was told for three weeks that it was shipped from the repair store and would be there in a few days.

My patience was running short so I called again on Friday, April 28, 2023 to find out that the ring had not been shipped and was still at the repair store. I was lied to for over three weeks. I called the repair store and demanded the status of my ring.

I went to pay my bill in store and purchase a 20 year anniversary ring for my wife . The store manager Kyara Stepter was very rude and had a horrible attitude. I informed her that I have been shopping at zales for some years now and didn’t appreciate the way she was addressing me .

She pretty much said she was the store manager (the boss) and she can can do what’s she wants. I was disappointed in her behavior and told her I wouldn’t be making a purchase. She said she didn’t care it wasn’t her money..

Terrible experience and I won’t be shopping there anymore . And I highly suggest no 1 else does.

When my wife and I came in on the second time we were poorly treated in the store by his name is Freddie and her name is Grace. We didn’t have proof of purchase at this location the first time so we came back with proof this time.

The last time we were here it couldn’t be inspected because I had to bring proof so I did, Freddie said he didn’t feel comfortable so I said just move sir and asked Grace to and she said she would. The moral of this story is she completely didn’t want to deal with us I don’t know the reason except because I was black and my wife was white.

I went into Zales in Odessa Texas to buy a watch I found online for my birthday. I asked the sales representative how it worked if they didn't carry in store what I found online. She told me it was no problem they could order from in store online as they didn't carry the particular name brand I ordered in store.

I asked her how would the process work if the watch didn't fit etc. We tried on a similar watch in store and she told me that if I didn't like the fit they could order extra links once the watched shipped to the store.

I live in Lebanon, TN where one of your Zale's stores WAS located in an outlet mall. We have been buying jewelry from this store for well over 10 years at least twice a year along with going back every 6 months to get jewelry inspected and cleaner per YOUR requirement for the warranty to be valid.

We have known for awhile that the store was going to close but we thought that the store was being relocated to another location in Lebanon (the employees were under this impression too). Guess what?!?!??! We went there yesterday and the store is CLOSED with no new location in Lebanon or anywhere near there.

I had ordered 11 sale items. It took me hours and I finally got in touch with someone to help enter. Then the products came in. They shorted me a ring and one of the necklaces was broken. I called and was on hold 25 min, finally spoke to a girl that just sent me to my account.

I kept trying to contact and got through to report. Then they credited me for my merchandise which I wanted it sent because they were gifts. Then I get sent to this real jerk Rusty I believe was his name.

He said we owed a payment. My husband said he sent it. Then he said we would have to pay double, so we did. I’m not sure if it cleared it up but we just got our bill a few days later.

good afternoon, My fiance and I purchased a ring on January 2, 2023. The come back date was January 17, 2023. Ok, so i was checking the website to see what the status was on the ring and every time i check it, i t says the ring was received but the had not started on it yet.

I have been trying to get my money back for an order that was placed on November 19th and I was told it was to be delivered to the Mansfield store on 12/03/2022 and I never heard from them so I called Customer Service and was told to call back on 12/07/22 which I did and was told it would take approximately 14 days for me to receive my money back into my account.

I brought a bridal ring set online with a warranty and one of the rings was missing a dimond when it was delivered to me. I went to the store and It was extremely busy, as expected, but when I explained my situation to the employee she told me to send it out.

I refused to send it out and asked that the problem be handled directly at the store as I was told something different by a few employees. It's under warranty, but most importantly the ring was not damaged during delivery.

It was indicated by one of the employees in Syracuse the dimond probably fell out upon ring sizing. I will never buy another ring from Zales especially on line. I buy all my jewelry from Zales and this was such an inconvenience. that's aweful.

Purchased a Tungsten wedding band for my husband in March. Paid over $200. He wore it six months and dropped it in the bathroom floor at work as it slipped off his hand. It chipped the ring. I contacted customer service to find out they do.

It warranty the product and my only option was to take it to the local store to get a quote for repair. The closest store to me 1 1/2 hours a way. That is why I bought it online to begin with. So disappointed!

Salesperson and manager extremely rude. Called to let them know that I am authorizing another person to pick up order. Sales person - Jovy stated that I did not state on online order that another person was to pick up order.

I then stated due to an unforseen circumstance, that I am now calling to authorize. They kept refusing to give the order to the person I authorized for pick up even with order number, personal information. Manager Kim then stated that next time I would need to proceed with putting their name as additional pickup person.

I stated that I will never deal with their store again as they obviously lack customer service!

The company that does their financing is a joke. I have been trying for 10 days to contact them. Every option has an excuse as to why you cannot talk to them. The chat is experiences difficulties, the phone never answers, the email says that they are experiencing higher than normal volume and they never answer the email anyway.

I have called, emailed, and chatted with no luck. I cannot get my payment to go through because my account has some sort of glitch. It will not let me go any further than entering my card number. It says account found but that's as far as it goes. Thank You, Paula

I have been a Loyal customer for over 5 years. Every month I pay more than 100.00. Now I paid my promotional plan early and was still charged interest. Customer service was useless and could not waive the interest charged. That showed me right there this company's lack of concern for your loyal customers We do not need to be loyal to a company that not loyal to its customers. A multi million dollar company and the best customer service management could do is credit us 10.00. Well ,no thank you, we can go to another jewelry company that's more loyal to its customers. Husband bought me a pearl set from your store in Arlington for Valentines Day. Come June and the pearl from one of the earrings falls out. He took it in today thinking they'd fix it but he was turned away stating he had to buy an almost $400 warranty.

I'm not understanding why it couldn't be remedied without an issue vs trying to make him buy a warranty. The set is 4 months old before the pearl dropped out. By the looks of it it was just some glue holding the pearl in.

What type of jeweler does that???? Glue???? What a joke. I'm pissed that my husband wasted his time and money at Zales. We'll stick with Benchmark. Y'all lost a good customer.

My husband purchased my wedding band on the website, but to his mistake didn’t purchase the warranty. I got married 2/2/21 recently I noticed that I was missing a Diamond. To my surprised 4 Diamond were missing. I have only been wearing my rings for a year and month at the time I took it to Zales in Chesterfield Town Center Mall in VA.

I was told at the time it would be $39 a Diamond which would have been $160. Then I get a call saying it would be almost $500 and the ring cost almost $600. I am so unhappy and upset with this ring it is clearly a flaw in the ring.

I work in corporate world and I am not hard on my rings at all. I am very unhappy with my ring and the service that I received. I choose not to get my ring fix and to purchase one from another jewelry store.

My name is Souzi Romero. Between the years of 2020-2021 I purchased a great amount of jewelry from Zales ( Lehigh Valley Mall Location store number 587). In total it can estimate in between $10,000-12,000. The reason for these purchases were for my wedding which was September 25th, 2021. I bought warranty’s on all items. The items in question are a total of 6 Dimond rings. A week before my September 2021 wedding, I went into the store to get inspected and cleaned before my big day. There was an oriental gentleman who was taking care of us, as well as a gentleman who had a accent, who I believe still works there. I was not given a receipt or any type of documentation.

Fast forward to March of 2022, we took the 6 rings to the Lehigh Valley location to get the rings inspected.…

I purchased two chocolate diamond rings on 5/29/21 for two of my sister's birthdays this year. They both wear their ring all the time. About a week ago, one of my sisters stated that the ring has recently been causing her finger to crack and bleed.

So we went back to the Zales I bought it from in Joliet IL. I explained the situation so the employee went and got the manager. At that time, the manager stated that the company has a 30 day return policy and there was nothing she could do.

So at that point I stated that she just started having this problem and she still said there was nothing she could. Then I asked if there was someone else we could talk to and she stated, rather rudely that we could call customer service and they are just going to tell us the same thing.

Just got home from taking my wife to Zales at Cielo Vista mall EL Paso Tx. My wife went to have her rings checked and because she was not there to buy she was being ignored by the sales personal.

I thought that was very rude she was bypass several times. I think they need to be just as curtious even though you're not buying. That's why I give them a low rating to customer service.

Purchased jewelry via online store on 7/6, by mistake I used the wrong zip code and it was automatically returned to sender on 7/7 - verified that they received it. I called MULTIPLE times over the following month, inquiring about my refund and was told that since it's COVID and online store, it will take 30 days to receive my refund.

Not to mention each time I called, the wait time was 30+min each time. It is now been 36 days, and still no refund, no email, NOTHING!!!! Everything can't be blamed on COVID!!! So frustrating!!! Will never buy from Zales again.

I ordered 4 different wedding bands to try to match with my engagement ring, which also came from Zales. None of them matched, so I returned them all. I have the UPS return shipping confirmation, but only 1 of the rings was refunded.

49 for the other 3. I tried each of them on once, and kept the tags, original boxes, and invoices with them during the return. I have spent hours on hold through their phone system, their online chat hasn't been available for over a month, and their social media account holders haven't offered anything helpful.

December 2, 2019 I place an order (10000032438456) Men necklace and bracelet set item # 20309419 and a pair of tube hoop earrings item number #20300427.

ordering to the information that was provide to me via email, it read order by Monday December 23, 2019 at 6 pm for Christmas delivery. This delivery date overrides regular processing times noted below. (in red) order processing requires 1-3 weeks Plus shipping time based on the shipping method you choose.

I tried contact through the email and phone, however I would be put on hold for 30 minutes or more. After making several calls I finally spoke with someone on 1/17/2020 I was told that a ticket would be put in. Ticket # 37208902 and I would get a email the next business day, that never happen.

I purchased two pieces of jewelry on April 3, had several diamonds added to both pieces and was very unhappy about the ending result. 5k, where unwilling to work with me and treated me very unwelcoming. I went to another zales store in tanger outlet in North fort worth and they were the BEST EVER!

I'm very disappointed with my experience with Zales when getting an engagement ring. Back in February 2018 I bought an engagement ring which was a big step and a lot of money that I didn't really have. Lady that sold me the ring told me before I bought it, If anything happens I can always bring it back and get exactly what I paid for it.

Didn't think I would ever have to go through that but it was good to know since im putting a lot out for a ring. A few months later she said the ring didn't fit, it was a little to small so I went and got it sized and cleaned.
