I am a realtor and been trying to get my rental listing for my client on Zillow . I have tried to put it on myself with no success because it didn’t go on automatic as should have .

I’ve called numerous times with being told someone will call me to help me . No call . Before that I would get calls to subscribe to services but can’t seem to get customer care . Why would I subscribe.?

I posted a wonderful, DESCRIPTIVE and IN-DEPTH review about.my realtor, Robin Ingerick of Keller Williams in Greenwood SC Zillow would not post my review, stating that it was not "descriptive enough". It was descriptive enough for me to go out of my way to post it. Who has the right to NOT POST a review that ZILLOW ASKS FOR??? Please, post my review of my realtor. It's not your place to judge the good things I write about my realtor.

This is my 2nd attempt to correct a serious misrepresentation. If you do not correct this misrepresentation immediately, you will leave us no option but to sue Zillow. Listing 2475 Jefferson St. #103, Carlsbad Ca. 92008 is not, and has not been in foreclosure as you are advertising.

This is an obvious deterrent to marketing and this email creates an official paper trail of my warning. Any further negligence of your part will result in an unfortuneate out come, and I will not hesitate to expose your failure on every social media outlet.

I am a real estate professional. Zillow has two profiles on their website with my name and license number listed with two separate brokers. One is a previous broker that I was employed with - Keyes. I have repeatedly tried to delete the profile with the incorrect Keyes brokerage information, but the option is not available, so I have reached out to Zillow's customer support at least a dozen times, with no response. None. Additionally, I have past sales reporting to the profile that is listed with the incorrect broker that I would like credited to my current profile, but, of course, Zillow will not respond to my communication attempts so I cannot sort any of this out.

This is an absolutely terrible company.

I am appalled as to paying for a credit/background fee, and yet all property management companies still require an application fee. I even attempted to correct a mistake on my account, and I was not able to. 00 fee, it did not help, nor validated needed information to help in finding a home.

You should improve your website, where as someone can be able to update, and or correct any mishaps on a consumer/renter account.

You relastate agent was extremely rude to me when I questioned her on the down payment of a certain apartment. She said no wonder I couldn't find one, she doesn't know anything about me. I do not appreciate being treated like this.

It is illegal in New York State to charge over $20 for a rental application fee. How have they been getting away with this???

Homeowner wishes to fuzz out home and auto from public view on Zillow listing for right of privacy, right of publicity and public safety issues. Help Center was no help on the first contact, and on the second contact gave information that could not be executed by a homeowner. If satisfaction is not obtained soon, several written follow ups will be made to various office of Zillow. I have tried multiple times to contact them regarding a complaint against a realtor/property manager that I submitted as a review and it has been 8 days and they will not confirm, print or deny it. They are prejudiced and biased in nature and this proves to me that they are not fair minded and their reviews are all misleading information. I will never use them again

I wanted to go tour a home listed for rent . 1710 Capulin Drive Colorado Springs Co 80910. I requested a tour and I got a reply back from someone who called himself Ken. He claimed to be the owner of the house.

We set a date and time to tour the house. He asked for me to contact him when I got there. I did. He informed me that the house was unlocked and that I could just go inside. Well I went to the door and the deadbolt was locked.

I would not have even gone to the door if I were alone. I got back to my car and replied to Ken that the door was not open. He said sorry. That he would get back to me with a date and time I could come back to tour the property.

Husband and wife brokers were horrible!!!! Rude, didnt return calls or emails. Couldnt schedule to see house they have listed. I now see whtly they had 1 star. Thats too much for them.

We were miss represented nothing in these pictures is current the actual rental is a garage built into a living space, it was a pet grooming business and still has the grooming equipment in the living space. This message is concerning case #13290158. For six months now I have been trying to get my Zillow account to be accessible. I have done everything I can and followed all suggestions given to resolve this issue. I have a current listing and two others coming up that I would like to post but I still can not open my account. As explained in my last correspondence I have 2-step verification activated but it does not send the necessary code to my phone or my email to open the account. Listings and information about residences offered for sale are regulated strictly and accurate information should always be disclosed to clients. When entering information on the MLS Zillow shows the wrong name, and location of the property. Now I understand that technical difficulties happened and we cant control, but what Zillow can control is that I have been trying to reach them to fix the map location and address of the houses because people need to know where the residence is located and since October 2022 I haven't receive response neither have they fixed the problems. I even emailed them the coordinates and the correct address. IT is not November 30 we are going to December and still no one has fixed the situation.

We attempted to rent a house located at6786 Silver leaf Ave, Frederick Co-Homeowner is Ida Soledad Pena. 00 ran our background info and credit check. 22. There would be three adults living in the home as we are to work.

Names Listed on the lease were Primary-Michael Ragas, Michael Pinder and Sara Walls. Last night at 6:57-Ida Soledad Pena approved our application. 7:26, email request for signature was made. 7:32 Michael Ragas signed the lease. 7:55 Ida Soledad Pena cancelled our lease with no other explanation other than "she forget that she already had it leased to another renter".

Z estimate said 335,000. House appraised for 265,000. I wasn’t able to buy the house. Zillow is partially responsible for this.

We recently listed our house for sale on the MLS. Our zestimate is very low and is based on the condition that we bought the house in two years ago. In the last two years we have remodeled the house and finished the basement.

Because the house is listed now, we cannot “claim” our house and go in and make changes so that the zestimate will accurately reflect its true value. We have tried reaching out to Zillow 6 to 8 different times in the past five days.

We’ve had no response from them. I’ve even spoken to a Zillow agent who took my number and said that a supervisor would contact us about this issue. We’ve heard NOTHING and our zestimate continues to remain low. We believe that our viewings and showings are reflective of this low zestimate.

Hi, I saw on Zillow that there will be open house on Thursday, August 18, 6-7:30pm. I came to the building, nobody was there. I called to the seller’s agent, he told me there is no open house today. I said” why you didn’t take off open house notification, I wasted time” So he said he can do nothing.

Zillow misrepresented significant factors in my real estate matter.

First, Zillow said it would contact me within 48 hours to verify the informaton in the proposed listing.

However, Zillow never contacted me to confirm the information. In fact, Zillow listed my property withoug my knowledge and posted photos of a different condo, not mine. It also incorrectly listed the price. I immediately contacted Zillow and notified it of the misrepresentation.

Zillow answered saying it was reviewing the mistakes. Over a week has passed without Zillow contacting me about the misrepresentations,

I reached out to zillow within 3 hours from the this house was posted. Zillow hooked me up to a sales person. This was on Tuesday. We asked for a video tour. She didn't have time they call back and said maybe Saturday or Sunday because she was going to " be on the road" on Thursday she let me know there was 2 offer and we would have to put one in then if we wanted.

I told without seeing it I would only do about 120000 but again without seeing it I didn't know. House was sold without me seeing it or making a offer for asking price or even more. She shorted both me and the seller.

Zillow cancelled a paid rental ad. They did not notify me ore refund. when I protested cancelling a legitimate ad and demanded a refund, they refunded half the amount I paid and blocked my account for ALL my rentals. They think they are god.

There needs to be a rule put into place that only allows so many people to apply to one rental in a certain length of time. $35 only gets us a month but a rental can be up accepting applicants for several months while not responding back.

My complaint is with the realtor Lori Vorgang, but not with Zillow. She showed my husband and I 2 houses. She was more interested in convincing us she could remodel our house cheaper than buying another house with Zillow. She keep show us house she DIY.

What an insult to Zillow. Never again with her.

I would like a refund. I was invited to apply for a rental property in San Diego after touring it. I paid the credit check fee and applied for the rental. I never heard back from anyone even though I have inquired several times.

I recently bought a home and want to restrict the information about it disclosed at the internet for privacy reasons. I was able to do that in ALL real estate websites but zillow/trulia. I identified my self and provide the grant deed proving I'm the owner.

I asked to remove the pictures and the Last Sold price from the 1rst page of the property (see attached). They replied they are a huge company and have the right "to be transparent" to the market, threatening MY RIGHT to NOT DISCLOSE information about MY TRANSACTIONS at the internet.

Zillow Add at 112 Crescent Ave Waldwick NJ 07463. My complaint is that you have a photo of 114 Crescent Ave. This house is not part of the advertising. The problem now which was caused by this photograph is that people are coming to my home and ringing my doorbell believing that this house is for sale.

Zillow’s zestimate is so incredibly inaccurate - by over $100k plus. 5 bed 3 bath home in placer county. Purchased for $500k in January 2021, today is March 2022 and Zillow’s zestimate is $504k! Lol. Unfortunately, trulia is owned by zillow so shows the same value. However?

More accurate sites such as Redfin and realtor show estimate at $676k plus. Zillow is awful.

Zillow advertises that you can get an offer on your house and forgo all the trouble of listing etc. basically you are going to still pay 6-7% it just alleviates the hassle of cleaning, repairing and showing your home. Sound too good to be true,,,,? YES!

I asked them and received a call from a man who gave me my Home "specialists" number. She never answered her phone.

Finally she told me to fill out an on line form. I did this and 4 days later I asked the status. She directed me to fill out the form. I told her I did she said "I cant help you until you fill out the online form ma'am" I said I did, but why again? She repeated this twice.

Customer service says they are available 24 hours a day and yet they aren't available at all it seems. The realtor I was assigned to from the Zillow site is a shameless liar. I was calling Zillow to see if I could be assigned a different realtor.

Houses at Carriage Circle Common in Fremont CA 95536 are not condos. They are single family homes. PLEASE CORRECT YOUR DATA.

An individual in Harrisburg, IL listed a house for rent starting June 1. Owner arranged for a site visit on March 6. She made it clear that the place would not be avaiable for a minumum of 2 months but wal told I would be informed if it becomes avaiable sooner. A week later (March 14) I saw the listing was gone. I sent a message inquiring what happened? Response I received was, "I didn’t hear back from you so I assumed you weren’t interested. I have found a tenant. I am sorry."

SAY WHAT!?!?!? On March 6 I was told a minimum of 2 months before being avaiable. Something is wrong here. I am very upset on how this was handled. I should get some sort of compensation for this. Terribly handled. I almsot feel there is some sort of discrimination going on here.

Zillow does not show the HOA fees, mobile home pad rental fees, Condo monthly fees, townhouse monthly fees. This makes it difficult to budget for purchasing expenses.

We believe there is a major under estimate on our Zestimate for 12630 N Sun Valley Dr. Sun City, AZ We base this on the fact that another home at 9714 W. Forrester Sun City, AZ has a zestimate $40,000 higher when it is the exact same model with less updating.

We don't know if it is because we are being comped with condos across a main road west of us, or ??????

I have logged an issue where my home's details got messed up with another. I have logged 3 tickets and for months now and maybeI have had absolutely no responds.

On the web site on the "public view," it shows a street view photo that shows my next-door neighbor's house and not mine. My address is 3670 Great Masterpiece Rd, Lake Wales, FL 33898. My neighbor's address is 3760 Great Masterpiece Rd.

It is really disappointing, because our home is much more appealing than the neighbor's. Please correct the photo or completely remove the "street view" from my account. My home is further up from the road and will not show on a street view.

I don't want any viewers thinking that that is my home!

Let me be clear that my complaint is not against Zillow. My wife and I were hunting for a house in North Carolina recently. We chose a house listed on 678 N. Broad St. Angier NC. We offered a reasonable amount along with dudilligence and earnest money.

We were told that a better offer was being considered from the State of N. Carolina and that they would not accept any more offers from us. We moved on and eventually landed a house. The thing that bothers us is that we were never offered a chance to make a counter offer and the house remained for sale on Zillow for many days after.

First time user of using Zillow rental manager app. Set up payments to be received, Tenant set up payments to be paid. They got an email saying that their payment of 4 times the amount of the rent was processing.

In the body of the email it said it was almost $200 more than the actual rent. My screen shows the correct amount. Tenant and I both tried multiple times to reach Zillow through email, phone messages and on their web form for help.

No one called, emailed or otherwise responded. PLUS - the transaction is now two days old and neither her bank or mine has had any activity. I researched several companies to set up online rent payments and some showed to have outstanding support, videos of how to set up the accounts and payments, webinars explaining the process and their tools…

Zestimates are all over the place and usually completely wrong. Our home has had it’s Zestimate go from $276,000 to $159,000 in the last 2 months while our neighbors Zestimates have remained relatively unchanged. It seems Zillow can’t get a handle on home values no matter where you look.

My home is listed for sale for $2,850,000.00.

It is located at 230 Palm Avenue, Miami Beach Florida 33139.

I am in the middle of loan applications and also sales negotiations.

Zillow had my home at $ 2,837,000.00 and $ 2, 817,000.00 only last week.

Now out of the BLUE Zillow dropped my home value over $ 800,000.00 and is showing the estimate as approx $ 2M!!!!

There was a tear down/ foreclosure home that sold a month ago that has NOTHING TO DO with my home's condition. My home is in 5 star condition, with upgrades in every bath, kitchens, etc has the largest pool on the island and largest corner lot.

Others like mine but in worse condition continue to appear at 2.5, 2.6M in value. A like home listed onHibiscus Island for 3.2M and is valued by zillow at 2.9M!!

My issue is Zillow has to low of a Zestimate for my house. They say update your information of your house on the website and the house value doesn't change. I have remodeled my house with numerous upgrades, but Zillow doesn't take any of this information into account when giving a Zestimate.

I also tried calling leaving a phone message 3 straight days with no call back. I would like a realtor to come out to my house and give Zillow an actual estimate on my house.

Zillow says on there website that there information is not for banks to use information for giving loans, but this is not true since the banks are using Zillow's information to determine how much a person can take a loan against there property.

Concerning Get more information. I want the realtors removed from this space, If I had wanted realtors involved I would not have posted for sale by owner. If their is a cost to getting an ad posted as I want I will gladly pay for it.
