If I could rate zoosk 0 stars I would. Customer service is the worst I have ever known to the piont there isn't any. I cant log into my app, the customer service email refused to work, I have to get on to the site via the Web page which can take up to 5 attempts to log in and

I can't get hold of anyone so I'm going to have to do a charge back through my bank. Disgraceful service. Don't pay for zoosk unless you want to be completely disappointed.

Hello

I paid $39.00 for 1 month on the 10/08/2023. I only paid for 1 month. I only wanted to participate for 1 month. I did not in any way authorise another payment to come out of my credit card.

If this matter is not refunded and resolved in 7 days I will be taken this matter further. I am very disgusted that you think you have the right to steal money out of my credit card. How dare you openly steal money off me.

I can't afford it, you have occurred inter charges also and I am just so disgusted with you stealing money.

Endeavour to resolve this case immediately

I paused my account, I contacted Zoosk and asked to have them take it off pause. The company canceled my account when I had paid for 3 months ( ending 8/6/2023) . Zoosk now wants me to pay additional money to reopen my account.

This company is a big rip off.

I keep getting logged out because apparently the internet connection drops out. Well it is actually not because if I check any other site is still working. It wouldn't be a problem but I'm loosing the person I was talking or messaging to.

Because it won't come in anymore without having to totally log out and on,again. It's very annoying as I lost a lot of possibilities.

Called Zoosk many times after 10:00am mountain time & kept getting answering machine message that Zoosk Cust. Serv. unacceptable. These calls were made at 10:05am, 10:15am etc. , etc. city & state. In the bottom left hand corner of the first picture screen, l see an age & site identifier name but, no location & in the profile details, there is no section listing location.

I am not interested in wasting my time messaging or having people view me who are hundreds or thousands of miles away. This is a huge issue for me. Please respond. Note: location must be part of the basic info immediately & clearly shone on the first viewing screen for each person.

Before I signed up for one moth of service I read that the terms stated I could cancel within 3 days and not get billed. I cancelled to hours later after trying it and yet the response was that it was still billing me for the entire month.

I want all my money back like it promised! I used my Capital One card and I am going to report fraud.

My ex deleted my account in spite. When i conacted zoosk to reinstate me i get told that basically tough. I forefit my money but they're happy for me to resubscribe and pay again. Dont use these money grabbers. They claim that they're here for you to help you find love when in fact all they care about is your money.

Be aware if you subscribe to zoosk that you will get “likes” and “Want to meet” messages that are generated by Zoosk and not an actual person. This is especially true to get you to resubscribe. I’ve verfied this by texting women who have supposedly wanted to meet me and they’ve told me they had never seen my profile.

I have made 7 attempts to contact them by phone, email and online contact, yet the refuse to respond!!! They have taken my money, but will not give me access to my account! Here is the situation (and what I sent to them MANY TIMES, yet they have continued to blow me off!!!!

So many fake profiles.... when you do a reverse image search they are not catfish, they are plants by zoosk. Why do you take peoples money and bomb them with emails, requests for more money for upgrades? obviously your algorithms pick up on when people cant be bothered anymore so you bomb them with fake profiles to get them to re-engage.

At least tinder is fake and free! You will never see another cent of my money and the real people I have spoken with on Zoosk feel the same. I will post this information/review in every place I can so no one else gets scammed out of money for basically BULLSHIT....

The site is full of scammers and fake profiles. Zoosk y does anything about it. I actually think they invite these fakes so it looks like more profiles are on the site. Also, most "someone wants to meet you" are form people way too far away to actually meet. What is the purpose of this. Just to frustrate people and piss them off? This site really makes looking for your match, soulnmate or date, not worth the aggavation. Zoosk is the worst, by far od any dating site I have been on. I will not be renewing.

I have tried calling and sent emails. I requested money back because I was charged more than what was stated. I also cancelled my subscription unless than 5 days. Do not like being charged extra. When I have called line is busy and then line goes dead.

My subscription with Zoosk was cancelled aproxemently a month ago because of a security issue. I ask them about what was left on my account. They told me to open a new account with a new email address. Was told I would be credited with what was left on my previous subscription plus 30 days free for the inconvenience of closing my account.

com l check my account a short time later and it said I had 173 days left on my subscription. I notified them threw email that they didn’t deliver on what they said they were going to do. Never receive a reply. They blew me off.

Your not the only one I’m going to file a complaint with. Zoosk is a scam top to bottom. I learned my lesson.

I feel that Zoosk is not a reputable dating site. I was on it for 6 months. They do not conduct any type of background check on members. There are evidently a lot of fake profiles. They bombard you with new photos of supposedly eligible people to date in your area every day.

Your inbox gets full of these photos and you cannot remove them so that you can focus on who might be a good match. I feel it is a ripoff. I met one guy I have gone out with and ran a background check on him.

He has been arrested for assault. I feel it is quantity over quality. com and Eharmony and felt they did a better job of helping people define their personality and who they are looking for, it might be worth it.

The caliber of their members is very low.

I have had a Zoosk account for 4 years and have been trying to deactivate it for 2 years now. I have repetitively sent numerous amounts of Emails too you guys and received no correspondence regarding to this matter of deactivating the account besides Promotions junk mail.
