Just horrible service. I’ll give them a zero if I could. My bf sent me flowers and they claimed they attempted to deliver it twice which is false because my building has a code and you can’t enter the building without a code.
Also I was home all day. Then I called and they said they would attempt to redeliver it’s been 2 days now and every time I call they say they order is on it’s way and should be delivered soon but I still haven’t received it.
I’m just frustrated and would never recommend this company to anyone.

Ordered flowers for my sister-in-law's birthday. Over charged for order took 3 tries to get it corrected. Flowers send with no card so she didn't know who they were from. A replacement order was sent, which I did not request, and am not going to pay for.
It also came without a card, but at least she knew who they were from. Many of the employees answering the home are difficult to understand. I know people are working from home but screaming children, barking dogs and crowing roosters should not be heard in the background.

I placed 2 orders for my Aunt's funeral and received an email the day of delivery stating that 1 order was out of stock and could not be completed. Shortly after, I received another email saying the second order could not be delivered.

Got emails to rate customer service prior to that call but not one for the bad call. Never again.
I bought 2 dozen flowers for my gf and they came in dead. I asked for a refund and they only gave me half. Ridiculous!

On 3/9/2021 I submitted and paid for an order for my elderly Aunt for her birthday. I was assured it would arrive the next day 3/10 the day o f her birthday. About 10;30 am I received a confirmation e-mail stating my order was being hand crafted and ready to be delivered.
At 6:00 pm my Aunt still hadnt received her birthday gift from me. I called and was told the order was on the way and that they had until 8:00pm to deliver it even though I explained she was elderly and 8:00 pm was too late.

i ordered flowers sunday morning for my sister in law. the lady told me same day. as soon as we hung up she called me right back to tell me it would be monday, ok that was fine. she promised me by 9 am.

Spoke to my 93 year old mother to see if They were delivered. Called Service Dept to check on order and They stated they would be delivered sometime on May 10th Mother’s Day.

I would strongly urge people not to use this service, send your loved one a gift card to some gas station that sells flowers. You will get three to four times the amount, they will be fresher, and you will see what your getting.

Received a bouquet of flowers from 1-800flowers on May 9th it was at my door at 7:30 am. It was a lovely surprise and I opened it up and it was a bouquet of pink and white tulips. It was from my daughter and family Linda Cooney3467 St. Mary's Rd, Lafayette, ca. 94549.
