I placed an order on 4/19/2021, order number 238957750. This was to be delivered on 4/20/2021 to Lisa Walker at Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga, TN. 09. I called and spoke with a supervisor named Kevin (13281 employee number) and he said that one of the amounts was a hold.

But I informed him that I was charged 2 separate times. Once at 1:16pm on 4/19/202 and again at 2:13am on 4/20/2021. 09 would be refunded by the end of the day. As of 1:45pm 4/21/2021 I have not received a refund.

Ordered an arrangement to be sent from local florist to my sister. Original arrangement was delivered, but it was not an arrangement. It was a big bunch of beautiful flowers crammed into a vase that was way too small. I called and complained and was offered a replacement which I accepted.

First of all, while trying to order my flowers, I kept getting two different phone calls two different people, one was Joy one was Ann marie, it appeared that they were fighting over my order who would receive it that's what it seemed like I don't know if they work on commission. But that's what it seemed like.

I ordered an azalea bonsai, which looked beautiful and found it to be the perfect special plant. It was sent to my adopted daughter's birth mother for our daughter's memorial celebration. Our daughter was only 24 years old and passed unexpectedly.

It was delivered on day requested, but without the message that I had labored over. The plant is healthy, but without one bud. I thought it would have some that would be opening for the memorial. It made me terribly sad, as it was my way of adding something beautiful, for my daughter, especially since I could not travel to Connecticut for the event.

I would give it a 0 out of 5. I order a next day delivery for my anniversary and was sent a confirmation that the item would be delivered in time. I get the tracking location to see if it's going to be delivered and it's in another state that's 6 plus hours away.

I call fed ex and they say they are waiting on a driver to drive the item to the location but it probably will not make it on the scheduled day. com and they said that they cant give me a full refund because it's already being shipped.

THIS HAS RUINED MY DAY!!! I spent nearly an hour with the online 'chat' and got NO WHERE! Then, I called the customer service number and got some guy from the Philippines who I couldn't understand. I am a Passport Member and spend a great deal of money with this company but over the past few months, have had orders late or never arrive.

I placed a number of orders last week and one in particular was supposed to be delivered on 04/03/2021 however I received a message that delivery was attempted but they were unable to deliver. This is completely ludicrous as the recipient was at the residence the entire day AND if delivery was attempted, the package could have been left at the door.

Trying to rectify this situation was one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever encountered.

I put an order for a friend who had a surgery. I picked her favorite flowers. I received a phone call hours after the order to let me know that the florist does not have the flowers available so I need to pick another bouquet. I did. totally different colors. The day after, same story letting me know I need to pick another bouquet. By that time I asked if they could at least upgrade the size of the order because of all the inconvenience. They said they cannot do that. My friends received a bouquet that really looked so skinny/ small that I did not think it was any of my picks.

Very disappointed! When you add shipping/taxes etc...it is very expensive for what it is.

If I could give this company minus five stars I would. I used 1-800 Flowers before and the service was fine. This time I placed two orders. Order # 1 was for my friend's birthday. I ordered a fruit bouquet and a " Happy Birthday " balloon.

I asked to make a delivery before 5 pm. Fruits were mushy and the balloon said: " Happy Anniversary"................... Order #2 was for my daughters birthday . I ordered a dozen of chocolate covered strawberries and a birthday cake. I placed an order three weeks in advance.

Order was not delivered at all. My advice to anybody who is planning to use 1-800 Flowers DO NOT USE them. Save yourself the time , aggravation , money and finally humiliation.

I am showing a charge for no product! 45 showing as pending on 3/29. Two problems here. One, that is not the amount of the order I tried to place. Two, I did not receive an order number from the agent, nor any confirm, let alone shipping notification and delivery notification.

I checked with my bank Wells Fargo and filed a complaint, because they've authorized the payment to your company and you were paid; therefore it isn't lawful you to place an hold for payment.

I ordered my fiance flowers for her birthday and they look nothing like the picture. Honestly it looks like they skimped on them. It doesn't even look like a bouquet. It looks sad... I was expecting a big smile on her face and she was not happy.

On Friday 3/19 I paid for a flower arrangement to be sent Saturday 3/20 to a friend in the hospital who had a baby. On Saturday night, 3/20 at 9pm I noticed it not delivered. I called their customer service and spoke to a rep who said local florists are rejecting orders to hospitals due to COVID.

On Friday, March 19 I placed Order #: W01005747123972. It was never delivered, nor could I contact anyone. Every call I made was disconnected on the receivers end. On Tuesday, March 23 I was finally able to reach someone through the online chat, a supposed $20 credit issued and a replacement order.

Apparently the florist didn't have all the flowers for the arrangement.

However, I still haven't received a $20 credit and someone had to call me for the replacement order. It was to be delivered today, Wednesday, March 24 and as of yet, 2:36 EST, it has not been. So in 6 days, after paying $78 for next day delivered bouquet, my order is STILL not resolved.

WHAT A HASSLE THIS SITE IS! I tried to order a simple bouquet online for my girlfriend to celebrate her new job, and I ran into one problem after another!

First the online website wouldn't accept my Groupon voucher, then they wouldn't honor my 15% off promotion code the website itself offered me for signing up an account. I ordered apparently a beautiful bouquet for my moms birthday. She was very unsatisfied with the order. I did order an XL bouquet and I received an SMALL bouquet. The vase was different in shape and color. The flowers weren't the same color.

My order was a complete disaster. I think this is the first and last time I would order from them.

Flowers late. Cost extra for same day delivery and still did Not get there until the day after. The flowers that got there did not exactly look like the flowers I ordered. Will never use this company again.
