Initially dissatisfied that I was charged for Passport annual membership, which I didn't request. Then when my Mother received her flowers; the order was incomplete lacking the chocolates that I was charged for in the invoice. Called customer service, received a call back and briefly talked to customer service representative...who put me on hold and then call was terminated(not terminated by me) I am totally dissatisfied, frustrated and perplexed by the service I've received

I placed an order for Mother’s Day on may 3rd. Two different arrangements - one from me and one from my siblings. To be delivered two different days. They delivered TWO of the SAME EXACT arrangements-both of which look like crap AND misspelled the word children on the card. DO NOT USE THEM. It is a racket.

When you call with a problem you’re on hold for 45 minutes and they make up reasons why they can’t help - doing system maintenance, another agent is in the order and they cannot see it. Over $200 for NOTHING

I had flowers sent to my Mom for Mother's Day. The flowers were delivered, they were left in a glass vase on CONCRETE steps with no knock or even a ring of a door bell. When my Mom walked out of the house she noticed the fallen vase and that it was shattered, the flowers were scattered and ruined, and my note was put onto a Happy Birthday card.

Furious is not even a strong enough word to describe my feelings about this. I have been on hold for over an hour with customer service and honestly have no idea if they will ever answer. I would not recommend this website to anyone!

I placed an order for flowers to be delivered for Mother's Day. As I was completing the payment section my phone automatically changed the recipient address to the same address as billing. I noticed it immediately after the order was placed.

I went to the order and attempted to edit. The system was denying any changes to the order. Then, I contacted customer support through chat. I continue to ask for the order to be edited and correct address be added.

I ended up speaking to 3 different agents due to being cut off and disconnected. The order was placed more than 48 hours prior to delivery date but I was being told that they couldn't change or edit the address.

That's when they proceeded to tell me that particular item was not available in that area although I picked the arrangement…

I received the Juniper Bonsai as a gift. Looked beautiful when my friends delivered it. It immediately started looking bad and died less than 2 months later. I called customer service, first of all, the guy barely understood English. He attempted to look up the only 2 names it could have been under, but could not locate.

00 plant as a gift from them that I cannot get replaced. No way a juniper (I also do landscape work) should die at all, much less that quick. I just want you to replace this plant, as you should - instead of telling me "Sorry, nothing we can do".

I offered to send pictures of the plant and the booklet that came with it. Please help. net. My step son will be devastated to know it died so quickly.

First of all it took over a 1/2 hr to order them which is ridiculous! 19. I want one of those charges back in my account immediately, no excuses. Was on phone with billing and they told me 3-7 days to get $ back I my account. That is unacceptable!

I ordered flowers, teddy bear and balloons for my fiancé for anniversary gift. The order came yesterday and the flowers were so old and dull looking it look like they was for a funeral. Mind u I didn’t get the flowers they delivered a candle.

I was so furious while I was at at work I had to take a break and call them.

Finally when I get somebody on the phone I can’t hardly understand shit she saying so it’s making me even more madder. As I explain wats going on she tell me she going to give me half of my money back.

Ordered 24 Kaliascope Roses with vase for my Mother's Birthday and Mother's Day Gift to be delivered the day(5/4) before her Birthday(5/5), roses arrived on the date ordered for but the condition of the roses were horrible. She received a box of stems and pile of dried petals.

She sent pictures and I contacted customer service 3 phones, 2 customer service reps and 2 hrs of explaining the importance of the order, the condition of roses and the expressed desire to either have roses replaced by local florist before week was out for same amount originally paid or refund full total amount immediately so I could contact local florist.

I ordered flowers they never got there. When i called 1800 flowers they kept fiving me the run around. 00 for nothing a week later still no delivery. Several customer service reps later still no answers. Im on with one now all i can hear is dogs and kids in the background. They are not replying. So frustrated and upset.

They said they would deliver from their hub sent flowers but didnt put a full address . When fwd ex contacted them they said to destroy the package. I call 1800 flowers on hold for 45 min again and someone picked up.

I spoke with 2 agents to have the order I placed canceled to my daughter in-law because the baby passed away after only 48 hours. I was pretty much dismissed by the first person, who promised a supervisor would call me back, but never did!

I called a second time and Irish went through the motions and promised the order was canceled! I just received a shipping confirmation to, yes my daughter in-law that lost her first born baby to complications! What kind of company are you running that has no compassion?

I had ordered my bouquet of tulips to be delivered to my mom’s house for mother’s day on Friday. No one is home until then, so I had chose this date for a reason. I had noted that Thursday would be ok, but Friday was really preferable because she’d be getting back into town that day.

The flowers I had ordered were delivered today, on Wednesday. Now the flowers will be sitting out and will probably be dead by the time she receives them. Nothing says Happy Mother’s Day like a dead bouquet of tulips on your doorstep.

At least they were delivered, which is better than most other people can say.

I ordered flowers for my mom for mother's day. Was supposed to receive today 5/5/21 they say delivered yet my mother doesn't have her flowers. She has ring doorbell and cameras. No delivery truck pulled up. Waited an hour on the phone, then spoke to an agent online he arranged a new delivery, yet when I look the flowers I paid for are not what's was being delivered.

I paid a lot of money for that arrangement. I yet again speak to another online rep who clearly doesn't understand what I'm telling her, at that point I'm irritated and just want my money back. She says I can give you partial refund, why should I get half of my money back??

Especially, when the driver was incompetent and probably dropped it to a different address? Ridiculous. Will never ever do business with this company. So…

I ordered online flowers for my wife which I choose Friday may 7/2021 as the delivery date , way before Mother’s Day, well I realized I put recipient as myself instead of my wife name because they were going to her job, I called 1800 flowers and after being out on hold 4 -5 times they said because I was changing recipient name that the flowers would be delivered on may 11, that’s crazy, just because I got recipient name wrong!

I placed an order on April 24, 2021, and it was canceled due to the local florist couldn't place the order; # W01005752716912. I received a call pertaining to this matter, I was told I can place another order and I will receive a$20 credit.

While I placed the order the agent realizes I couldn't use the credit of $20 because it had to be emailed back to me. The agent and the supervisors assured me that when I get the credit of $20, I can call back and request a refund on order # 239370329.

I placed several orders for Mother's Day. I recieved no tracking on any of the orders. I called the customer service number and was told that I needed to go online with my order number for tracking. Not sure what kind of business running this is.

If you spend money, tracking for that order should be provided. The customer service rep was short and rude. I asked to speak to a manager. Exact words "I will not be transferring this call unless I know the exact reason you want to speak to a supervisor" Out of frustration I hung up and called back so I can speak to someone else.

Most ridiculous experience Ive ever had over the last two days. Took 58 minutes, on the phone, to change a phone number, and took over an hour to confirm everything. Then, I was asked if I would like to pay for a membership for free shipping annually. I concurred, and I was charged and the subscription is invalid. So, they took my money and I get nothing in return.

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ANY PROMOTIONS. They outsource their customer service to different countries. These people have absolutely no idea what they are doing. Very poorly executed, zero interest in the customer, and an absolute disaster on all ends customer service. If you have a problem, you are left to fix it, and they still get your money.

I ordered two gifts I needed to cancel one but was told I could not. It was less than five minutes from ordering to trying to cancel. Was told several times I could not cancel until I pushed back then what do you know it’s cancelled.

I was going to just cancel the one mistake order but because y’all were trying to manipulate me into thinking there’s no way I could cancel an order I decided to cancel both instead of just the one. I have screen shots of the text and I will never order from you again.

I placed an order on 4/27 to be delivered on 4/28. When I checked on the delivery status it said it would be delivered on May 5, ONE DAY AFTER MY MOTHERS 93RD BIRTHDAY ( MAY 4TH ). I called and they apologized and said it would be delivered on 4/29.

My husband ordered a dozen long-stemmed, red roses for our anniversary and even though the arrangement looked very nice upon arrival, the roses started drooping within 48 hours. I always cut a bit off the stems of fresh flowers within a couple days of receipt and every couple days thereafter, but when I did that with this bouquet, they were already starting to wilt.

I would recommend that your company not do business with Lennon's Flowers of Latham, NY. The quality of their flowers is unacceptable.

Placed an order on 4-23-21 for a delivery date of 4-30-21. I received a call late 4-30-21 but before the end of the delivery time frame window stating that the order would not be delivered until the next day. This was for a birthday gift and made it impossible to change plans at the lat minute.

I called customer service for a refund and was told that I would receive 50% off if I accepted the late delivery and was also told that delivery would be made between 9 am and 10 am on 5-1-21. As of the time I am making this complaint 5:36 pm CST, the delivery has still not been made.

I sent flowers to my best friend this week to celebrate her pregnancy, and she sent me a picture of what arrived and they are HIDEOUS. They charged me $78 for the most wilted, browned, disgusting flowers. This is the biggest disappointment/scam I’ve ever experienced.

Ordered my wife of 30 years a birthday arrangement and she likes yellow roses, and since I was going to away ,in the largest size thinking it would make her smile but when she got it from a local florist they used, the flower size was in my opinion small.

Ordered flower to be delivered a week and a half early. Unfortunately, they were not delivered on time. Each time I called 1800 flowers, long holds and a run around that flowers are being delivered. Issue: I am at the delivery address. No delivery by 8pm.

At 8pm, Catherine customer service representative still insisted that the flowers were being delivered. Put on another long hold! Then hung up on! Never will I use this service again!

He was working from home with very noisy children and instead of honoring my request to remove 1 order kept offering me 15% then 20% discounts to keep my money. I called back and someone picked up but didn't speak.

They delivered the wrong bouquet with the wrong vase which was half the price of the bouquet that I ordered although they charged me the price of the more expensive bouquet. It did not look anything like the one that I ordered and when I called to complain they said they ll reliever the correct bouquet and they redelivered after 2 days again the wrong and the cheaper bouquet that looked exactly like the first one which was wrong too.

I placed an order 238848211 on 4/17/21 over the phone. 48 for this order. After 2 long unsuccessful phone calls to the outsourced billing department I have yet to receive my credit back to my Visa card. I find this totally unacceptable.

The first call to get my credit I was told that the card would be credited in 2-4 business days. No credit was issued after 5 days. On my next call I was told I would have to wait another 7 days.

This charge should be refunded IMMEDIATELY. What is the problem? Next step will be a complaint filed with BBB.
