My daughter sent me a plant for mothers day. The box it arrived in was smashed and had dirt and plant leaves inside. The wooden bloom box it came in was broke. email me and I will figure out how to enclose these pics they are in my gallery not in a file. its mothers day tomorrow.

99 with floral foam inside of a small round vase that said, "Happy Mother's Day" on it. 99 to be placed inside the bouquet. The pick up date was Friday May 7, 2021. When the arrangement was picked up today, it had a big balloon instead of the small balloon I ordered and I had to correct that.

When I returned home and unwrapped the arrangement, I noticed that it did not have the small round vase like I ordered. Instead, there was a square wood like container and I immediately called to report this error. I was informed that the company headquarter office ran out of the Happy Mother's Day vase and they had to substitute.

I was not notified of this change nor do I agree with this substitution. I am completely dissatisfied with the floral arrangement I received from 1800flowers. Thank you…

It should be a negative number for this rating! I ordered flowers for Mother's day a couple days early with a choice of either weekend day delivery.and received a confirmation email. The following day, I received an email saying they had "attempted to call me" because they couldn't fulfill my order. So they lied to start with because they did not attempt to call,.so I responded with an email to cancel my order and asked for an immediate refund of my money. I also specifically stated NOT to call me, to just process the refund.

I spent $133 for my mothers flowers and a little gift i received completely different flowers & a smaller bouquet then what I purchased . I called customer service they said they can only give me back 50% refund .

I informed them that i didn’t get half of what i ordered so j would like to speak to a manager . I get transferred to someone he proceeds to tell me the same thing then said he will have a manager call me back ( which doesn’t make sense because i had already requested to speak with a manager .

This was the worse experience I have EVER had. I would not give this a 1-5 rating it was more like a 0 minus -5. I ordered mother's day flowers and received a call the same day that I ordered.

Called the # back was on hold for 15 minutes and decided to have the call back option. No call return. Went on line with my order confirmation and did the chat. I was told I could not cancel because my order was already to ship.

I began to explain and was told I needed to wait for someone else. The other agent asked why cancel just re-route to someone else. 2 hours later I finally got an email that this order was canceled. May e if CS would stay on shore there could be a more rapid response .

I do believe their tactics to ignore you for long periods of time was to get most people to just let it go…

Placed a order for Mothers Day, took the time to choose flowers that would be delivered by a florist as the shipped ones are always ugly! Well 1800 flowers took it upon themselves to change my order to fed ex delivery being a local florist could not deliver!

I was never contacted to approve this! They arrived a day later than I was promised to boot! Can’t wrap my head around how a company thinks it’s OK to make this decision for their customers! What my mother received was a half ass bouquet definitely not the $80 one I ordered!

Called customer service and all they would say is there’s nothing they can do about it now?!? Really??? How about refunding my $$? You can be sure I’ll never order from this shady company again!! And, I’ll let all my 1000’s of friends know about this!!!

I received flowers from my daughter and son-in-law yesterday from your company. It was so disappointing to see what was in the very nice box that it bouquet was delivered in. This was delivered by Fedex and my husband took delivery personally, so this was not sitting outside in the 90 degree heat.

In viewing the bouquet in the box I saw that the flowers were all bent over to one side as if they had been standing upside down. When I picked the bouquet up there were leaves of mostly green slime as if they had been heated for a period of time beyond their tolerance level.

I was heartbroken to see the shape that this bouquet was in. I did the best I could to save the unbroken flowers and those that were not falling apart from the extreme heat they experienced. I don't want to tell my kids…

They still charged me 175 dollars. It even shows up in my bank account. I called costumer service but they just hold me in line because they are busy. i just want someone to help me with this because I will also like to update my order.

I placed an order Tuesday May 4th. with a delivery date of May 5th. The order wasn't delivered Wednesday. I called Thursday and was told it was on the delivery truck and it would be delivered by 8pm Thursday the 6th. It didn't. Friday, still nothing.

I called today, spent almost an hour on the phone before being disconnected. I called back. Another long hold. They tried to tell me that the order was delivered Wednesday, even tho I called Thursday?!?

Finally was told they would resend order only to find out its no longer available. So now supposedly a different arrangement will be delivered today... not happy that it won't be the same arrangement. Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day. I received an email saying item was delivered. I was at delivery address when I received email saying delivered. Nothing arrived. I called customer service line for 5 hours. Yes 5 hours same menu screen.

One order was delivered a week and a half late the other a week late without the Mother’s Day vase. One was for Valentine’s and the other was Mother’s Day. Both orders were scheduled to be delivery day before each holiday and this company still didn’t make it by the actually date. Horrible customer service.

The second time I was lied to told I would get a full refund but it was only partially. The original order had a special vase but the redelivery has just a clear vase. But this is supposed to be acceptable

Paid over $100 for a mother's day arrangement, my mother received 2 bunches of flowers wrapped in plastic in a vase. 99 bunches of flowers, not placed in the vase nice a arranged but literally 2 plastic wrapped bunches of flowers that were definitely not anything like I ordered.

Extremely disappointed I will never ever use 100 flowers again. Oh yeah it was supposed to be there today. But nothing no delivery. so that's over $200 wasted. Thanks guys keep up the crappie work.

I order the 3 day mothers day package and it was supposed to be delivered on May6th, May 7th, and may8th and the package for May 6th was recieved but the package on May 7th was not, customer service kept saying they have till 8pm to make the delivery but I was talking to them at 9pm central time the lady on the phone was a foreign and couldn't get that it was past 8pm, i spent over 100.00 to surprise my mom with gifts for 3 days and now that want happen.

Wish I could give it a 0. Flowers were left in the sun next to our mailbox 100 feet away and not in view of the house for don't know how long. No one notified us of the delivery. By the time we found the flowers most of them were wilted and dead.

Tried calling customer service and was on interminable hold. Live chat person didn't seem to understand what was going on. Horrible experience altogether.

called the 800# spoke with a rep in the Philippines, there was a tremendous language barrier it was extremely frustrating for me even though the rep was trying hard to get the order right, needless to say the order was totally botched and not even delivered. This is a company issue not the reps fault they were trying, after several phone calls, it should not be this frustrating and difficult to order flowers. My experience with 1-800-flowers has been so terrible ( I am a repeat customer for yrs) that I will never use 1-800-flowers again.

I will never use this company again. 1st an order was to be delivered on monday. That night i called and agent said tuesday. Wednsday i called and was told they dont have style i picked on may 1st anymore.

Then when i asked for my money back he hung up on me. 2nd time i called back and same jerk hung up on me again. Then 3rd call the new agent picked another arrangements (minus the balloons i ordered) and promised a delivery for thursday. Still no order.

Now my mothers arrangement is missing now. Was promised just a 30 dollar comp when i paid over two hundred. Now no one is answering their phones.

they refused to give me my money back although the flowers will will not be sent. when i asked to speak to a manager, i was told that there was not a manager in (and we all know that is a lie).

I called 3 times to order a birthday candle. I spoke to two woman. When I tried to say my phone number, very slowly; every time they said it back to me it was wrong. You will be loosing business from people that cant even understand a phone number.

If anyone calls me you would hear I am very articulate and speak slowly and clearly.

A very nice customer sent me roses, they were HOT and dieing when I got them late afternoon. I did not have the heart to tell her most went in the trash. No they did not sit on a doorstep.

So I called up 1800Flowers and canceled. Took me a while on the phone but the operator assured me it was cancelled.

To my surprise I got a plant today and was charged 64.00

Ordered flowers and Candy for two different recipients, one of the recipient I learned that she would be away for this Mother’s Day weekend, and her delivery was for Saturday. I called and waited 45 mins. Which I know the representatives were busy.

When it was my turn and representative name Jennifer called me back, I explain to her about changing the delivery date from Saturday to Monday when someone was home. She told me nicely that she couldn’t do it. So then I told her I would like to speak to a manager or supervisor and she wouldn’t get them to the phone.

Then she told me that she couldn’t change the date or cancel that order. She put me on hold for 10 mins, then finally came back and ask me what date did I want? Monday wasn’t available so she said Tuesday.

Received flowers from FedEx. Immediately unwrapped to put in water. Petals falling all over kitchen before I could put in vase. They continued yo stop off! Have called twice held phone for 25 minutes then finally selected to receive a return call from first available agent.

I have been waiting since @5:00. No return call.
