Judith received a 18 roses on Saturday, May 8 from her daughter. By Sunday, May 9 they were wilting and by Monday, May 10. We called customer service and we spent 25 minutes. The first customer service call took 25 minutes they could not find a delivery date after May 25 when we will be back from vacation. I found that hard to believe.
I made a second call to 866-521-8030 and I am now into over 17 minutes and they tell me the system will not allow for an order after May 25. Wow! We have wasted all this time for nothing. Tell me why we should use this service in the future.
I have not discussed this with our daughter since she will be so upset.
