Judith received a 18 roses on Saturday, May 8 from her daughter. By Sunday, May 9 they were wilting and by Monday, May 10. We called customer service and we spent 25 minutes. The first customer service call took 25 minutes they could not find a delivery date after May 25 when we will be back from vacation. I found that hard to believe.

I made a second call to 866-521-8030 and I am now into over 17 minutes and they tell me the system will not allow for an order after May 25. Wow! We have wasted all this time for nothing. Tell me why we should use this service in the future.

I have not discussed this with our daughter since she will be so upset.

I was placing an online order, on May 7, for delivery May 11, with a coupon and it wouldn't go through so I had to start over. After the order went through, I received 2 emails for the 2 separate orders, one reflected a coupon the other didn't.

I immediately tried to call to have it changed. Rather than cancel the 2nd order, I was going to have it delibered elsewhere and was going to try to change the item. I called and after being in queue a while I was told I could get a call back.

I left a name and number. After i didn't get the call several hours later, I tried again. And again the next day. I never got the call. orders. I was finally able to get a phone rep on the line on May 10 and was told I could not cancel the 2nd order (the one without the coupon) but that I could reroute it.…

If I could rate my experience with 1800flowers a "0" I most surely would. Possibly even lower. My family ordered what we thought to be a beautiful flower arrangement for my grandmother who has dementia for Mothers Day on Tues, 5/4/21.

On Thursday, 5/6 at 1am I received a delivery confirmation stating that it had been delivered. How? No package. I called and they stated they'd send a redelivery. On 5/7 I received another delivery confirmation. Again, no package. I called and was told that the local florist stated that those emails sometimes come out prior to delivery on the same date, and was promised that it would be delivered by end of day Friday. Nope, still no package.

I ordered flowers on Friday for a funeral on Saturday. I had 3 people call me Saturday and say the flowers would be delivered to the funeral home by 2:30 on Saturday. Then another phone call saying the order couldn’t be sent until Monday.

Then a phone call this morning saying the florist couldn’t deliver the flowers to the funeral home and needed a home address. I have no home address. I am very upset with this type of service and will never use 1800flowers again.

The person I spoke with this morning said they would call the florist and get right back to me. So far they haven’t called.

I paid $88 for floral arrangement for the first time for my mom for Mother’s Day. She received broken flowers and a balloon that did not have a lot of air. I contacted customer service chat and the rep kept repeating themselves over and over that the flowers were delivered.

I explained to them that I’m very unhappy with this service using it for the first and will be the last. When I told the rep I’ll report them to better business bureau, that’s when they said if I want to be transferred.

My flowers are just fine my complaint is that I was lucky I ever received them. Flowers were left in front of my garage which is a ways from my condo. Since I do not have a car if it were not for a neighbor taking a walk I would never have received them.

He brought them my condo. The box had been left in the sun and the flowers were warm when opened. I cut the stems and hydrated them into warm water and they perked up. I did not and do not want the sender to know about this so don't contact him he would be very upset.

Hello, I am extremely disappointed as the flowers ordered under ORDER #: W01005752861148 for Mother's Day were to be delivered by no later than 05/07/2021 and an additional shipping fee was paid to ensure that such delivery would be made on desired date. As of now, 05/09/2021 (Mother's Day), still no delivery has been made.

If leaving less then 1 star is possible I would. DO NOT use this service. I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day for my out of town, widowed mother. They were never delivered. They said they were and upon further investigation it was verified THEY messed up and sent to an address that wasn’t even the one I gave or on file.

Their resolution was to redeliver 2 days later then the expected original delivery date. No offer of same day fix or even a discount. Then I was placed on hold 40 min for my refund. The whole call lasted 2 hours.

I no longer need any flowers, I was given a replacement from what I ordered without anyone asking me if that was ok or not, well it was not ok they sent me 30 cut tulips in a cheap clear vase no bow no nothing. I paid $80 for what I wanted, if I wanted tulips I could of cut them from my back yard.

My son sent me the two dozen multi colored roses for Mother’s Day. He asked and said he paid more for them to be delivered on Saturday before Mother’s Day. They were delivered the Wednesday before Mother’s Day. I followed the instructions that came with the roses about trimming and putting the fresh packet in the water.

Received flowers as a gift and flowers arrived in VERY poor condition. All of the petals fell off of 3 of the roses when i cut open the cellophane. Another lost some of its petal when I picked it up and by the time I cut the stem and put it in a vase most of the petals were off.

Three more petals have fallen off in the few hours that they have been in the vase. By tomorrow morning I am guessing that the rest of the rose petals on 3 more of the roses will be gone. There are some orange 3 on a stem roses that are brown around the edges.

One of the mum type flowers has mold around the center. 0 should be an option on your scale. I called customer service-Christina offered to send more flowers. No thanks I've see enough. Then she said the sender would be issued a PARTIAL credit.

I placed an order in error and called the customer service number 15 mins after ordering to request that it get cancelled. The staff I spoke with advised he had done this however the order was still delivered! I've been lied to, sat on the phone waiting for an answer for over an hour, spoke with someone who was going to transfer me and I ended up on hold AGAIN!

99 with floral foam inside of a small round vase that said, "Happy Mother's Day" on it. 99 to be placed inside the bouquet. The pick up date was Friday May 7, 2021. When the arrangement was picked up today, it had a big balloon instead of the small balloon I ordered and I had to correct that.

When I returned home and unwrapped the arrangement, I noticed that it did not have the small round vase like I ordered. Instead, there was a square wood like container and I immediately called to report this error.
