I would give this company a ZERO if I could. I ordered flowers for a family member who recently had a miscarriage. 99. I chose a card that said something along the lines of " We are with you during this difficult time".

About an hour after I received the confirmation email, I received another saying it was being delivered. I noticed the card was changed to "feel better soon". I DID NOT approve the card swap. The card being delivered was extremely insensitive considering someone just lost their child. I am so upset.

I was placed on hold for 35 minutes by the customer service number. I was not offered any refund for the card I no longer wanted or any solution.

I placed an order for a delivery on Saturday May 9, 2021 for a delivery date of May 11, 2021. As of May 13, 2021 my delivery has not taken place. I've chatted with customer support on both Tuesday, May 11 2021 and wednesday, May 12, 2021.

I was given the delivery times on tuesday and was informed that my order would be delivered. The order was not delivered. On wednesday, May 12, 2021 I was again given the times of delivery and a "rest assure that my delivery would be taking place today".

Still to no avail, no delivery has taken place. The money has already been taken out of my account and I keep getting the runaround from customer support. I am highly disappointed and will not be using this company ever again.

I will be seeking a refund if my delivery does not take place today.

The Mother's day flowers never delivered. After reaching back to 1800flowers via the phone. I was told the flowers were not delivered because the specific arrangement was sold out. But I never got any notification from 1800flowers advising of such.

Before my phone conversation, I reached out via the LiveChat, and when I chatted online. they kept me on chat for a long time and after a while, both agents hung up/disconnect without any resolution.

I placed an order for same day delivery. I received notification that my flowers were delivered to my recipient. That was not the case, she never received them. I called in and spoke with an agent named Carmel and she was very nice and professional.

She apologized and processed the reorder but yet again I received notification that the flowers were delivered and once again they were not. The 2nd agent I spoke with (I don't remember her name) was completely useless and wanted to combat everything I was saying to her.

I argued with her until she would give me the name of the local florist they used for my order and guess what.... that florist did not exist anywhere close to where the order should've went. Yes, I verified the delivery address multiple times.

I called back for a 3rd time…

I ordered multicolor roses for my mom on mothers day. Roses were delivered in bud from. My mom followed each step the roses as of today still have not bloomed. They were delivered on 05/08/2021. The flowers are wilting now. I am very disappointed.

I was expecting my mom to receive a beautiful bouquet of roses for mothers day and that is not the case. I will never purchase from this company again.

So I ordered a lovely Lavender plant on May 22021 order no 5755330662 I wanted it to be delivered on May 12th 2021 May 12th came and no delivery. I checked my order Status but no info on it. So I called many times and talked to many people but nobody could say anything positive about it.

8pm came and went and then I called again I was told that they could not give me an exact delivery date. So unacceptable. I had a date,it was not delivered on that date and they could not tell me when it would be delivered.

So to me that is terrible customer service. I canceled the order and I just hope my credit is not being charged. I used to use this company a lot in the past. Well never again will I use this company.

I ordered Flowers and chocolate for my Mom for her Birthday and only the flowers showed up. When I called about the incomplete order the representative who was very hard to understand said the chocolates could not be delivered. Why would you accept the order if you couldn’t deliver it?

Then a refund was offered and I was told it would take 7 days to process. Salt in an open wound. This is the third time I have ordered from 1800-flowers and every order has had something go wrong. I have been very patient and tried to give the benefit of the doubt but this is a trend I am not willing to put up with any further.

I will take my business elsewhere. Thanks 1800-flowers for spoiling another special moment!

ordered flowers for mothers day to be delivered on 5-7, I had a message to call back after being on hold for an hour, I finally used the chat function, they couldn't tell me what was wrong I verified the deliver info and updated the phone number, they said it would redeliver.

NOTHING was delivered but the order was marked as delivered in the system. I called back, they replaced the order for delivery. I received another message to call back, so I did, they just told me it would be delivered that day (Saturday 5-8) I receive message they were delivered, but she still hadn't received, I reached out immediately and

On April 30, 2021 I placed a online order for a Teacher Wish Bracelet Pack gift for Teacher's Appreciation Week. The item was scheduled to be delivered on Thursday, May 6, 2021. Funds were withdrawn from my account the same day.

However, at 12:37 am on the morning of the 6th I received a email from 800 Flowers indicating delivery. The delivery address was specifically addressed to the teacher and indicated that this address was a School/Academy. Help me to understand what idiot (company, company representative, delivery driver, etc) delivers to a school after school hours.

The online order form did not give an option for a time of delivery just a date of delivery. Fast forward to May 11, 2021. I have made exactly three phone calls to 800 flower and have not had any type of satisfactory…

Received two dozen dead roses that my husband paid $52 plus shipping. upon opening them petals from FOUR roses were gone. put them in the vase with water and your little packet. Petals continued to fall off and the buds never opened.

I put them in the trash this morning. calling your customer service departmen was beyond frustrating. I could barely hear or underatand her. After being placed on hold for three times, I got frustrated and was ready to say pox and other swear words on her and everbody in your company.

Before I hung up in her face, the conversation went from her promising a replacement to out right lying about you, the flower company having no roses. I asked for a refund because you delivered a crap product. She said something that amointed to no.

My daughter sent me a Daisy Pot for Mother's Day. I received it Monday and the plant was full of broken stems and wilting. I didn't have the heart to tell her it was damaged, but it really is the majority of the plant and deserves to be replaced.

Ordered a gift for Mothers Day that was guaranteed to be delivered on May 8, 2020 in time for Mothers Day. Was not delivered until May 10, 2021. Called customer service to get a refund and was told that a supervisor would call me back but never did.

This is the second time this has happened, the first time I got a refund. I have been a customer for years now but will never use them again.

I order flowers for Mother's Day under Order #: 240623557. The flowers were to be delivered on May 8, 2021. The flowers did not arrive until Tuesday, May 11, 2021. It seems that someone just threw something together in a box and FedEx them.

The flowers that were delivered were dead. When I called customer service about my concern, I was informed that I would only get a 50% refund. I had a HORRIBLE customer service experience, and I was totally embarrassed by 800 flowers presentation.

I placed a Mother's Day flower order on May 5, 2021 to be delivered to Dallas, GA. I received an email indicating it would be delivered on May 6th, well in advance of Mother's Day. Mother's Day was May 9th and I'm yet to receive the flowers.

I called your Customer Service number again today and they said the next delivery date is 5/15/21. I don't know what type of operation this is but this service is unacceptable. I could've ordered elsewhere, Mother's Day was ruined and this is disgraceful.

I ordered flowers for my mom and mother in law and the flowers for my mother were delivered a day early and the plant was dead. To the point that when she opened it up every leaf fell off the rose bush.

After waiting for over an hour to talk to someone and explain what happened they told me that the flower that had been sent was out of stock and they could not get a new flower out till May 18th. Being that this was for Mother's Day they said that was probably too late and I agreed, so they said they would give me a full refund for that plant.

The next day I noticed a very small refund in my paypal account. When I contacted them again I was told that I was only get a 50% refund and a replacement was being sent and would be delivered that day.

That was not what I was told the day before.…

I ordered flowers to be delivered on May 9th Mother's Day. Order number: 5759648444. At 7:28 pm central time I get an email stating order delivered. 00 credit on any new order. A new order number: 241949860 was placed as a replacement to be delivered on Tuesday May 11th.

I get an email around 6:20 pm stating flowers delivered. Once again no flowers delivered. This is the worst online transaction I ever had and your customer service isn't much help. I can't even understand what they are saying. I do know this, I would like a full refund of my money asap.

opened the box, it was hot, the flowers were not in any water. Petals were falling off when I opened. I immediately put them in water, the roses never opened, only petals falling off. I called 1800flowers, and they said I would get a new delivery on Monday as all were busy with the Mother's day. No delivery on Monday.

I ordered flowers for my mother in law for Mother’s Day on a Friday to enjoy all weekend . Mother’s Day was on Sunday . She never received flowers on Friday. Called all weekend to find out where they were at.

My order showed delivered but she never received them. I tried calling and using chat. The i was told they would be delivered on Tuesday two days after Mother’s Day. I gave 1800flowers benefit of a doubt. Sadly the flowers were still not delivered on Tuesday but the replacement order was placed on Tuesday making delivery date on Thursday.

Four days after Mother’s Day. With still no flowers delivered was told it would be another Tow to three days for a refund. 75 out of my bank account.

My complaint does not involve the person on the phone today. My complaint is how this matter was handled. com in case you want to verify. I ordered flowers well in advance to be delivered to our mother for Mother's Day.

I spent a significant amount of time looking for something. She received nothing on or before Mother's Day. There was a telephone message I saw today, but it didn't indicate what the problem was. The customer service rep if I understood correctly, initially said that they don't deliver to this area.

Then she asked if I wanted it delivered tomorrow. It sounds like someone got in over their heads. At least if someone gave me advanced notice, that our mother wouldn't get the flowers. I relied on the fact that the present would get there the Thursday, Friday, or Saturday…

I just ordered a birthday arrangement for my grandma. After paying, I realized auto correct changed a letter in her last name. I used the chat feature to correct it. The person assisting me obviously didn’t read what I needed help with and made it worse. So I tried again.

This person pretty much told me that they can’t change the recipient’s name but that she will still love them. So when I asked why they did it the first time, all I get is “sorry about that one”. Very unprofessional!!!!

My daughter ordered flowers for me for Mother’s Day. They were supposed to be delivered on May 10th. They were delivered on May 11th. I opened them within 10 minutes of delivery. There were supposed to be 12 roses and a few other flowers.

I received 12 stems with a separate pile of rose petals and a few other flowers of which some of the petals had brown edges and were dropping off if touched. See attached picture. I called the customer service number and they refused to give my daughter a full refund.

My son ordered flowers for me for Mother's Day. He received to notices that delivery was attempted. That is odd, since our guard in our gated community assured me that no one had tried to deliver flowers. The finally came came at 7:25 p.m. The flowers were wilted and the next day, many rose petals had fallen off. I called your service (No one could find my order number 00413658. They finally found it under my name. A replacement was ordered and came today. Though lovely, it is about 1/2 the size of the first arrangement. However, by 4pm nothing had come and I started to get worried. com to ask the status of my order but they were useless. They said they had passed the order to the local florist and couldn't tell me where it was.

International order # W01005756656202. I ordered item #147558S Belle Epoque for a Germany delivery to Thekla Burkard. The flowers were delivered on May 10, 2021. The flowers were supposed to be different colored roses with other greeneries which you can check on your website under the Germany section.

I received a picture from the recipient and it was appalling. It was such a disgrace to have even delivered such nasty, old, dried up flowers. It looks like they were taken from the garbage. I called customer service and Shane was working on a re-delivery for new flowers delivered by Friday 14th May 2021from a different florist in the town of Wuerzburg Germany where the recipient lives and a $20 gift card for me.

I called yesterday morning to order flowers from my sister who is in the hospital. I called today to check on delivery as it was supposed to be delivered today between 9AM to 8PM. I called to check on my order and saw they had the delivery date as the 12th! I ordered it on 05102021 in the morning and I live on the Virginia and this is going to Idaho. Today I called and was told I was on a flex order which I knew nothing about! I was told the order would be delivered on May 11th, which is Tuesday.

The delivery date is now showing May 12th. The I happened to look at the card and it was ALL wrong as well misspelling Teresa's name and the card read Wrong! I hope they changed it. This is what it said:

I want to document and express my experience with 1-800-Flowers.com. I placed 4 orders on May 2-3, 2021: W01005755806714, W01005755793282, W01005755775670, W01005755081296. All flowers to be delivered to loved ones for Mother’s day 2021.

Upon checking out, I approved that each order will be delivered between Wednesday May 5 through Mother’s Day, May 9th.

On the evening of Wednesday, May 9th, I received delivery notification emails for each of my orders. I knew order W01005755793282 was delivered because the recipient called me. I assumed the latter were also successful deliveries as affirmed by the delivery confirmation emails.

On the afternoon of Thursday, May 10th, I decided to ask one of the latter recipients to verify the deliverance. They advised me that nothing was delivered.…

Flowers dying 2 days after receipt. Customer service kept me on hold for almost an hour and kept saying they couldn’t redeliver flowers on days we were available, couldn’t come up with any dates to redeliver. My daughter spent a lot of money and will be very disappointed as will others I told about this truly terrible service.

Ordered flowers for mother in law. I received a call 30 minutes later stating this order could not be filled and left a # for me to call. I called the # and sat on hold for 45 minutes. I finally chose the call back option ( which never happened).
