I would give this company a ZERO if I could. I ordered flowers for a family member who recently had a miscarriage. 99. I chose a card that said something along the lines of " We are with you during this difficult time".
About an hour after I received the confirmation email, I received another saying it was being delivered. I noticed the card was changed to "feel better soon". I DID NOT approve the card swap. The card being delivered was extremely insensitive considering someone just lost their child. I am so upset.
I was placed on hold for 35 minutes by the customer service number. I was not offered any refund for the card I no longer wanted or any solution.
