Ordered Valentine Day flowers for my mom on Feb 6. I paid extra to ensure delivery on Valentines Day. The flowers were never delivered. I had to call today to see what happened. I was then told that they would refund my money for the extra that ensured delivery on Valentine's Day.
I said that was unacceptable as i was not paying for that service. She then told me she was refunding the flowers and sending the flowers as a gift from 1800Flowers today. I then got an email that stated the flowers were delivered about 2 hours later. NO flowers. So I called again.
