Ordered Valentine Day flowers for my mom on Feb 6. I paid extra to ensure delivery on Valentines Day. The flowers were never delivered. I had to call today to see what happened. I was then told that they would refund my money for the extra that ensured delivery on Valentine's Day.

I placed an order with two Items to be delivered to my daughter, who is in a Rehab facility in Arkansas. I tried to place the order online but needed help. The gentleman I spoke with insisted that he needed to process my order with him to assure on time delivery so I trusted that they would be there on time (February 13, 2023).

One of the items was received on time but one was not received at all. I paid for same day delivery to a business. They claim to have delivered the flowers and balloons to the recipient yesterday 2/14. I received a notification of delivery at 5:58pm. This business they were delivering to closes at 5pm.

I asked who received the flowers at that time and if they were maybe left outside, but they just said they were delivered to the recipient. I waited until this morning, 2/15, to see if maybe someone grabbed them and maybe brought them in. Nope. Nothing.

They kept transferring me to the next customer service rep. They offered a shitty coupon and to redeliver today at no extra charge. I told them to keep the coupon and redeliver TODAY. After some time they tell me they asked if tomorrow was ok.

I ordered from 1800flowers because they were promoted by American Express, I was very disappointed in the product. The flowers were for valentine day and were delivered on time by fedex. Unfortunately just 48 hours after delivery I must throw them away.

My wife had her dog attacked and viciously killed by a wild dog pack in our front yard on Feb 13th. It put a big damper on our Valentines celebration to say the least. I had already ordered flowers for the occasion because she loves flowers.

She had to work the 14th so I had them sent to work. They arrived in a fi g box and half dead and not what I had ordered. It made her cry Come on guys. We count on you to make things better not worse.

I am a service member deployed to the Texas border. I am a member of the Air National Guard. I placed an order for 2 dozen roses to be delivered on 2/14/2023. I even paid extra to have the delivery expedited.

My girlfriend never received the order and I had to request a refund. The agent that assisted me left me on hold for over an hour and I had to call back to arrive at the very same agent. Needless to say that this ruined my holiday and may have affected my relationship.

It's sad that promises were made and not kept. Now I am left alone to deal with the fallout.

I paid for a LARGE bouquet of flowers. It looks like they sent a half filled vase of left overs. HORRIBLE for $75.

I received my valentines flowers in a box to put together myself! The flowers was still wrapped in the plastic as well as the vase. They looked like grocery store flowers! Ruined my valentines and my husband paid $85 for a do it yourself arrangement.

Hello. I received Valentines flowers yesterday from my children. Internal PO 0303349667 Batch 8643 Tracking 6317 8531 4936 Product Code 92930SRDV4CH31 Name Shelly Hicks. Please see the images of the condition of the roses. Yesterday I opened the box immediately upon receipt, trimmed the stems under running water and used the flower food in the vase.

Immediately the rose petals and leaves started dropping. I didn't touch them the rest of the day hoping the stems would absorb water and perk up. Today the petals continue to fall off in droves, these photos are the 3rd batch of petals that have dropped.

Flowers aren't cheap and your floral vendors have not delivered a quality flower for you to sell. I am very disappointed and sad my daughter spent hard earned money on an poor experience

They refused to escalate me to a supervisor because the supervisor was "really busy" the first woman I talked to hung up on me because I wanted more information.

Ordered Valentines roses on Feb. 4 for delivery on Feb. 13. They were not delivered and were perpetually caught in the "Processing for Delivery" loop. Not one online agent or phone agent could give me an answer. Oh, and you cannot cancel the order at this time. Really, watch me.

Attempts to speak to a supervisor were fruitless. They read from a script and don't give a damn about the customer. I am done with them, not the first time it has happened.

Will never order again. Never received it and now I had to wait days for them to investigate. Just got the run around. Was to go to a business and they tried to deliver after 5:00 then gave resident address and was never sent there either.

The Fedex driver did not deliver my Valentines Day order to my apartment and did not notify me that he was leaving the flowers for my wife in an unmanned mail room, so I did not get my order until the following morning when I check my email with the tracking number. I am so disgusted at the complete incompetence of the 1800 flowers CSRs. I have ordered a few times, and the result is always the same: if you order anything online, expect miscommunications between the Web Order side and the actual florist receiving the order.

I booked an order last week, a funeral. No place on the web page to put the time of the service - something that needs fixing asap. Because of this, I ordered the flowers be delivered to the Church on Friday because the service was Saturday morning. I spent over $100.

I received no less than THREE calls from 1800Flowers 'custoimer service' - ALL of whom WERE FROM AN EASTERN BLOC country. Not happy about non-American CSRs! I explained in detail 3x that I wanted the flowers delivered Friday afternoon or NOT LATER THAN 10 am EST.

Worst customer service. I ordered a bracelet for a friend and they have sent her the wrong bracelet THREE TIMES now. Everytime I call they say they fixed it, and each time the same wrong bracelet was sent. So i called and asked to speak to a supervisor.

Was talking to her for 20 minutes when she disconnected our call.

However she never called me back, and when I called the 800 # I was told a supervisor was "not available". They took my name and number, and is been about 6 hours and I'm still waiting for a call back.

This has been A LOT of time trying to get YOUR mistake rectified. If i don't get a call back today my next call is to the Better Business Bureau to file a formal complaint there instead.

They sent the wrong order THREE TIMES to my recipient and when I asked to speak to a supervisor I got connected, was on with her for 20 minutes until she somehow disconnected me. When I called back I was told a supervisor was unavailable and they would call me back.

I've been waiting 3 hours and still no call back. Just tried to call again, and told no supervisor was available again. This issue needs to be rectified immediately or my next call is to the Better Business Bureau to file a formal complaint there.

I ordered these flowers to be delivered on Wed Feb 1, 2023. They were shipped on Tuesday Jan 31 but were not delivered until Friday Feb 3, 2023. During the time between shipment and delivery the flowers wilted and died within 24 hours of receipt. What made it even worse was that the flower delivery was left on the recipients front porch and zero degree temps and recipient did not even know they were delivered for several hours. Between the 3 days in transit and the shoddy delivery our friend received dead flowers as a get well gesture. Poor business. Thanks a lot! Not going to use this service again and will warn people who express and interest in using this service.

I ordered roses on Fri the 3rd for my mom's birthday on the 5th. After I paid, it said they would be delivered on the 4th. Never arrived and was never notified. I called and you guys refunded the delivery fee and are sending a $20 coupon.

Then the 5th cam and still nothing and no notification. Called today on the 6th and they(you guys) said they would refund half the price. Well, they finally arrived tonight, but they arrived messed up and falling apart. My mom is not happy and neither am I.

Back in November I ordered a fruit basket for a family who lost their mother and then their husband. When I went online and viewed the web page for 1800flower they had a lovely basket that seemed to provide quality and just the right touch for this grieving time.

Where do I start? First of all your company calls me to say there is an issue with delivery, then someone who has such a thick foreign accent that I can barely understand asks me to verify my name, name and address of person delivery goes to all before looking up the problem… If you called me, you know all that already. Second, wherever your call center is, was having a party ! There was so much yelling and laughing and very loud Indian speaking that I could barely hear this lady that I was already having trouble understanding, it’s was absolutely unprofessional! If she is going to be a call center tech at her house she needs to make sure it’s not on a day someone is having a celebration.

I was sent flowers for my birthday from my out of town brother last Friday. My brother called my to ask if I received them. I check the front door and the side door, no flowers. The next day my brother checked and apparently FED EX left the flowers in FRONT of MY Garage, which was literally 6 feet from my side porch, over night in Freezing rain.

Needless to say the flowers were ruined and this is not the first time I have received flowers from your company in poor condition. To further make matters worse my sister had flowers sent by FTD and they were hand delivered to me. They are still healthy.

Good Morning! So I ordered 2 different orders for 2 different people for Christmas. My Grandma received her Lavender Christmas Tree & the box it came in just completely fell apart & then for the other person I ordered for, I had ordered Candy Cane Lillies & they were delivered as just regular Lillies which are beautiful, but

Our flowers were supposed to arrive on 12/23, and have just arrived 12/27 due to a snow storm that hit our area on 12/23. Needless to say, the flowers were completely dead when we finally got them, and were half frozen indicating they were kept outside during the delay.

I understand that the weather cannot be controlled, and no one is directly at fault for this, but as a loyal customer to 1-800-flowers I am sure we can be reimbursed, or sent a fresh bouquet of flowers. Attached are photos of the dead flowers, as we received them.
