Ordered roses for $70 only to learn that half were dead and the others hanging upon arrival. All were dead the following day. I called customer service and was offered a 50% refund. I argued with the representative, who agreed to refund 100%. 3 weeks later; nothing! I called again, and was offered a new delivery, which I politely declined, then 50%, and finally asked to speak to a supervisor, but only after raising my voice. A supervisor couldn't be located - very convenient and sadly not unusual, and I was again offered less than what was initially promised. Only when threatened to file a complaint and do a charge-back to my credit card, did the representative agree to do, what the company should have done 3 weeks ago!
