Ordered roses for $70 only to learn that half were dead and the others hanging upon arrival. All were dead the following day. I called customer service and was offered a 50% refund. I argued with the representative, who agreed to refund 100%. 3 weeks later; nothing! I called again, and was offered a new delivery, which I politely declined, then 50%, and finally asked to speak to a supervisor, but only after raising my voice. A supervisor couldn't be located - very convenient and sadly not unusual, and I was again offered less than what was initially promised. Only when threatened to file a complaint and do a charge-back to my credit card, did the representative agree to do, what the company should have done 3 weeks ago!

Less than 1 star if possible. I ordered a funeral spray for my uncle . I was charged in seconds. 165$ for about 17$ of flowers on wire. For starters, overpriced...ok..but was supposed to be easy and fast. It was anything but. I never was so disgusted by a experience. First they say they can't deliver..no one there..its a funeral home..I called the director personally and Mark said the doors are open. No reason they cant manage. I could not believe my eyes when I arrived at the funeral home (McInerney's Central Chapel at 46th & Wallace, Chicago). I ordered "the large" arrangement & believe that a small arrangement was sent instead!

I want to rate them as zero !! Ordered flowers on Wed 6-23 for same day delivery. 21st Birthday surprise flowers! Flowers never showed up. Nothing. Ordered flowers on June 19th to be delivered on June 20th for my daughters 21st birthday. $90. Never received them. Call their useless, foreign customer services representatives 11 times. They claim they called the local florist, whom they wouldn't disclose who they were, to re-deliver.

It's 114 degrees in Las Vegas. Florist said they left them on the porch. That is completely false, my outdoor camera's didn't find anyone delivering anything on June 20th. I want my complete total spent reimbursed to my credit card within 24 hours.

I placed an order (W01005763969866) on June 13th 2021 for a 6 pack of chocolate strawberries for my senior citizen mother’s birthday. The ordered was supposed to be delivered on June 18th. When I looked at the FedEx tracking number on the 18th the package was still in transit and not out for delivery.

Hello. I had an arrangement sent for my grandmother's funeral.. my order #is W01005764104318 I am attaching two photos. One was what I ordered and one is what my family received. I am very disappointed in the arrangement. The flowers are very sparce. I understand that it won't look exactly the same, but the difference between these photos is rather extreme. I do not order flowers often, and while I realize they are expensive paying almost $100 (including the service fee) for a basket that looks like it came from the cooler case of my grocery store is unacceptable.

You may want to reconsider your partnership with whatever florist made this basket.

I ordered flowers for my wife to be delivered on EASTER 2021. (They were ordered on 3/31/21 before Easter). I did receive any delivery at all and the holiday was over and I was unable to drive out to get my wife flowers. I called to complain and get my money back which they refused. On April 24th a delivery arrived (20 days after Easter). I called FED EX to come pick up the order which was sent back.

They charged my bank on 3/31/21 $83.43 and I never received flowers on the expected date. Why they sent flowers on 4/24 is beyond me.

I called and disputed with my bank but it was not allowed since 800flowers sent proof of delivery on 4/24/21. I didn't open the box and sent it right back to them via FED EX.

I checked my account a couple of times to make sure that I had no Active Subscriptions and your website said I had no active Subscriptions. So here I thought I was good to go. Only to find out that today My PayPal account was charged for Passport services.

I guess the Passport account is not a subscription and my account has not OBVIOUS place where I can make sure you are not taking payment when I have zero plans on using 1 800 again. " Seems like you have some trust issues for the agents you put on the front lines.

I recently purchased an order of flowers in hopes of surprising my significant other. I placed the order around 9:50am CT for a same day delivery. On your company's site it explicitly says same day delivery orders must be placed before 2:30pm.

Therefore, with me placing my order at 9:50am CT, I assumed my order would be delivered well in advance of the 8pm cut-off time for residential deliveries. I even called and talked with numerous customer representatives 4 times throughout the day to make sure my order was still on schedule.

Each time, I was told it would certainly be delivered before 8pm CT.

What an absolutely ABHORRENT company!!! I ordered the “Floral Treasure” which the description specifically stated lavender and pink colors and instead I got a red, yellow, and orange themed. So I reached out to customer service and it was quite possibly the most PAINFUL experience with customer service I have ever had. The agent was slow, and everything they said was a copy paste. So much so that it was almost like I was chatting with a bot rather than a real person. My sister died leaving my 10 year old niece an orphan. It was my nieces 11th birthday. Shes been having such a hard time. I live in idaho she is in Florida. I ordered her a teddy bear and balloons.

I would give ZERO stars if possible. If you only read the first few lines of this review take away this: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I have never had a worse customer service experience in my entire life.

I ordered sympathy flowers at 1pm on Friday for same day delivery and paid the extra charge. It is perfectly clear to order before 2:30 local time to get same day delivery WHICH I DID. Well, 9pm rolled around and I had no update.

My original order had the wrong address, I received a voicemail saying the person did not live there anymore. I called 1800flowers and told them of the voicemail, they told me to call fedex. I called fedex and they said the driver left the order with the current owner.

I then had to call 1800flowers back and they told me they would refill the order and send it to the correct address many days later. I received a confirmation the order was delivered and find out it is the wrong order completely.

Two dozen roses are delivered when I ordered a small rose plant. I refuse to call them back and sort it out again because between them and customer service of fedex I could not understand their English which was extremely frustrating.

I am desperately trying to get a receipt emailed to me, and I have had the automatic lady try to send me this receipt, I have had a live agent try to send me a receipt, and for some reason, not a single person has been able to assist me with this- no matter how often I try.

This is so disappointing, as the only reason we went with this company was because of the great reviews and experiences had. I am a concierge at The Ritz-Carlton, and I would love to recommend this company to our guests, but sadly I do not want them to experience what I have. SO sad.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on June 3, they did not arrive until June 7th. These were for a special occasion and at last minute I had to call another company to get flowers to my fiance. In the meantime I contacted customer service several times and was told there would be nothing they could do.

Finally a representative contacted me and promised to have a local florist deliver flowers and make me a partial refund. That has not happened. This is an unacceptable situation.

I am trying to order flowers for our anniversary, coming up June 14. I have an account, I believe. I set it up. I tried several times to place an order. Finally, it accepted the address an seemed to be working. I wanted to add a greeting with the flowers but it did not allow that. Is the site not working today or is it always this way. Very unintuitive and unlike any other. I had too use Google to find this option for those of us hearing impaired who dislike phone conversations and prefer texting or email.

Horrible! I ordered flowers for my parents anniversary, OAID for the same day delivery. They never showed up, called the next day 5 times! Told me the 3rd party florist was short staffed and is trying but flowers are on the truck. 8pm nothing showed.

Called the next day 3 times. On hold for 40 min each time for them to tell me “driver in stuck in traffic” FOR 6HOURS! They don’t live in a “traffic” town.

I ordered Heartfelt Tribute XL floor basket in white. What I received was not even close. This was from the deceased person’s son as well. I was embarrassed by this arrangement. I was refunded 50% but I want a full refund.

my mother didn't receive order until 05/13/21..... I called about this and was granted 50% refund also was told I would get email confirmation. I never received confirmation I've called back and was told once again that I would still nothing.

Today money was deducted from my account. Why? no one would allow me to speak with a supervisor and no one else that could help me. This is not right! I will be taking further action if this isn't resolved soon.
