Upon confirmation receipt of order, there were typos and grammatical errors on card. This was humiliating and embarrassing during the sad occasion of the death of a dear friend's Father! I was assured the card would be corrected. I received email with corrected verbiage for card, yet the original card with typos and grammatical errors was sent to the bereaved!

I called again and customer service rep offered me a 50% discount on another flower order as well as offered to personally call the bereaved and apologize. I said no, I would like to send another floral arrangement to the home of the deceased since the funeral was September 15th.

Long story short, the same card with typos and grammatical errors was sent to the church where funeral was. It is as though there are sick people working…

Two days ago(9/14/2021), I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife on her 50th birthday (9/15) and instead of using a local florist, my flowers never arrived to I'm told by your representatives it's because of a delay in delivery with FedEx, The roses were shipped from California ? As a CFO of a company, I have never blamed others for a product not being delivered on time by our company regardless of circumstances.

I ordered flowers to be delivered today. They were not delivered even though I received a delivery confirmation.

First representative Oliver told me (after waiting 25 minutes for a call back) sometimes those messages are sent before delivery and be patient and wait until 8 pm. He also said if it wasn’t received to call a special number and I could speak to someone without waiting. I called at 8:10.

Waited 30 minutes for a call back from Abigail. There was nothing she could do but redeliver tomorrow. This was supposed to be sent in sympathy and if I hadn’t called I would not have known it wasn’t delivered. I asked if that was my only choice and she promised to issue a refund.

I gave this three stars only because the delivery was on time. The flowers were for a new baby boy and I paid for a large bouquet. What we got was NOT a large bouquet, a medium at best and that is being generous.

I paid $89 for this and one ballon. Looked nothing like the one I ordered. Not worth it! There was nothing blue on it at all, not even a ribbon on the small vase. As you can see in the picture the vase was no taller than a small juice bottle.

The design looked thrown together, not crafted by a florist. I am extremely disappointed and will not use this service again.

I ordered my floral over the phone. I had to call them three times for a confirmation email and tracking for my order. Each time I spelled out my name plainly and they read it back and then they still miss spelled my name on the email twice so that’s why I didn’t get it.

The email didn’t come till the third time and still no tracking to tell me of the delivery! To top it off they charged my account twice and that’s 5 days ago and they haven’t removed the extra charge even though I told them on the third call that they charged me twice!

needles to say I’m very angry about the service, the product that was supposed to be a medium floral was tiny!! I want the double charge taken off my account!!!!!!!!

I attempted to the cancel an order within one minute of placing it!

I chose an arrangement advertised for $39.99 +tax, with free delivery. The total I therefore expected was $42.49.

I chose PayPal as a payment method, and 1-800-FLOWERS directed me to PayPal to authorize charge. I signed into PayPal, and then PayPal returned me to 1-800-FLOWERS, but without shaving shown a total dollar amount.

It was when I'd been redirected to 1-800-FLOWERS that I saw that a $17.98 “service fee" had been tacked on. This fee had not been disclosed prior to directing me to PayPal for payment authorization.

This was a deceptive move on the part of 1-800-FLOWERS.

A person ordered me a plant for my birthday. I’m not sure where she went in Tennessee but when I’ve got my flowers my car said one 800 flowers. My birthday was Saturday and I received a text message saying due to high volume they would give me my plant when they could pretty much.

I placed an order for yellow Rose's and 1 red rose with greenery and babies breath. They got all of that correct but the Rose's were off color with some type of tinted off red or pink color. I requested all yellow with 1 red rase.

They also charged me for a free delivery services and did not wish to refund me my funds for that as well. They kept me on my cell phone for two hours waiting for a supervisor named Casey # 9830 who hung up on me.

I had the thought to call them on a 2nd phone line and when I did Casey answered the phone and I Admonished him for hanging up on me he then quickly handled my situation and got off phone. The 1 800 Flowers PERSONNEL are rude and are unwilling to issue refunds.

Order placed 8/11/2021 for Grande fruit basket. Additional money paid to expedite order. 43 paid through PayPal. Recipient received basket on the 14th and then again on the 18th. Wrong basket delivered twice! Initially told cost for expedition would be funded on the 14th and then the order in its entirety would be refunded on 18th.

Today is 9/04/2021 and thus far I have spoken to 4 associates and a supervisor to no avail. I did learn that the associate I spoke with on the 18th did not follow through with the refund and it will actually take 30-45 days to see any monies. This is unacceptable.

Very disappointed in the service. Spent a lot of time choosing a floral arrangement and then receive a almost illegible phone message to call. When I finally track down someone, I am told that the arrangement was changed. I realize sometimes flowers might not be abundant and slight changes might have to be made but IT HAS NONE OF THE FLOWERS I CHOSE!!!!

I had ordered flowers to be delivered to a coworker last week- received an email that they were delivered- when I asked the coworker if she liked her flowers she let me know she didn’t get anything- of course I wanted it to be a surprise- and figured since I got the email that said they were delivered I could ask about it- when I found out they never got delivered I was irate!

I would appreciate an honest.. “we cannot fulfill this order due to lack of inventory” rather than receive basically a poorly dead floral arrangement. I ordered a beautiful floral arrangement last month of which was so impressive however this order fell totally flat as the entire arrange was past it’s prime so basically… dead flowers.

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney Generals. I spoke to a supervisor who said she would send a email to the person whose flowers were not delivered. Adrian Holman was the supervisor who was dreadful and unapologetic.

I had to force her to make a apology after making excuses. The BBB has thousands complaints against you. I have a litigator who goes after companies like yours to protect the consumer. Look up Federes and you will see what they do.

I've ordered flowers twice from them for a birthday (April and now July) and both deliveries never arrived as promised. My second delivery July 29, 2021) was for my mom's birthday and was extra special because we had just had two deaths in the family.

I received flowers on my birthday, June 30. I was home all day and my bell never rang. When my husband came home he found a box of flowers on the steps. We’ve had record breaking heat of over 90° every day.

Not surprisingly, the flowers were wilted. I called customer service and told them what happened. They said they would send a replacement order on July 7. I waited all day at home because I was afraid to go out thinking they might leave them on the steps again. They never arrived.

I ordered flowers for a funeral on the 6th and I asked that they be delivered on the 7th because they could not guarantee me that they would deliver on time the day of service. They took it upon themselves to switch the delivery to the day of and now there is no confirmation that the flowers were received.

I will never use this unreliable service again. Horrible service for the price that they charge. I asked to be informed once delivery was made and I was not informed as to whether it was delivered or not. I Will never recommend this service.

I ordered Mother’s Day flowers on may 5,2021 for my wife and I requested delivery on may 8th but someone somehow changed the date to Tuesday the 11th. You can imagine how upset I was on Saturday. I got a pre recorded message about covid problems when I called.

For my 70th birthday, a half dead, miniature , purple rose bush, from 1800 flowers was received. It arrived on 6/29/21 during my absence for the day. It was 94 degrees on this day. The rose bush arrived in a sealed, thick cardboard box which sat in the suffocating heat since delivery time.

I did not get a receipt with my order and needed it to file an expense report. I called and talked to a very nice person who said he would send it and call me in a half-hour to make sure I got it. I never received it. I called back, and this time got a woman, who said she sent it to BOTH my work and personal emails. It is the following day, and I still have no receipt in either email. I should have gotten a receipt with my order, so having to call twice has me a bit miffed.

I placed Order # W01005762043118 as a birthday arrangement to someone extremely special to me. The item received looked nothing like the ordered item. On-line, I filled out a form and a replacement order was supposed to be resent. That never happened.

I paid good money for a disappointing product and was completely disappointed again when the second delivery did not happen. I would like some type of refund. com 516-695-5344
