I have been a member of your company since the early 90’s in California. Now I reside in Denver,Co so you have 1st gym 4120 E alameda Ave and the 2nd 7600 E academy blvd both in Denver. In both places since 6/1/23 I have been harassed by gay men in locker rooms.

Never complain to management in these locations. But I went to 3 location, 4609 w 38 th Ave in complaint about a member that he was telling how to workout? I explained that issue to both managers white and Native American that issue plus the harassment from From gay men from the others gym and Gus great idea is to have other members from pretty much half are homosexual including employees to back me up my story?

Is ridiculous and I told them I was tired to move to other 24 hours driving 2 hours away from my home help

I would like to file a complaint to 24 hour fitness in San Jose locate to Eastridge loop. I don't know what I did, the manager at the site don't let me in. Today, he didn't let me in the fitness, I asked him what is the reasons?

He responded he doesn't like me and don't want me to work out at that site. I tried to recalled of what I been done wrong but nothing pop up. He treated elderly person with unrespectful and racist. This is unreasonable.

I want to bring this up to stop this happening to other elderly person. I paid for to use the fitness what right did he has for not letting me work out where I want to go? I want the explaination, is this how 24 hours fitness treat their customer?

I came in 2 days ago on the 16th to 19371 NW 27th Ave Miami Gardens, FL 33056 United States to sign up for a membership and I was only showed the yearly and gold membership deals. The next day I came back saying I learned about a silver plan online that I was not told of at the location when I went the previous day.

The general manager Tony told me that the silver plan was ONLY for cardio machines, I told him my brother has a silver membership and he uses the weights and he replied with “he shouldn’t be” I proceeded to look online and in fact the silver membership does include the cardio AND weights.

Now he is saying that he cannot make the change of my membership until I book the sessions with the trainer included with the plan I was sold. I don’t feel comfortable with this general…

Safety is the #1 complaint I have with this organization. I was robbed inside the health club on 9-6-2023. My losses were more than $1500. This could have been prevented had a staff member not let a criminal, who was not a member, to enter the club and use the facility.

Being a long-time (and loyal) member of 24 Hour Fitness, I am surprised and disturbed by the lack of sanitation focus at your club on State Street, Santa Barbara, CA.

Spray bottles have been removed, hand sanitizer dispensers often empty, and no evidence that this club is vigilant/ attentive to expected sanitation requirements.

My question is when and how these concerns will be both addressed and rectified. This gym qualifies as a questionable health hazard.

Since new manager started at Imperial Ave location the pool wayer is COLD! We have complained and he could care less. When I asked him where it was so cool now since he started, he said . ” New manager has no customer service skills whatsoever..

why would you want you customers to be uncomfortable to the point where they have to complain over and over and yet nothing is done! They say they set it to 80-82, well the pool never reached that temp. See image below that’s what the temp is.

no other location has their pool this cold. They’ve always been a very comfortable temp. What is wrong with his imperial Avenue location?!

The mesquite location suddenly picks up trash out of the parking lot. It looks horrible. Some of those items have been out there for a week and a half or more. The same is true about indoor in the locker rooms where discarded items have been left there for a week or more.

Most of the employees do acknowledge you when you come in but seldom do. They look away from there phone while they do it.

It is so hot in this particular business, 10 minutes into your workout you are sweating as if you have done 30-45 minutes. The air has never worked correctly. There is not a bathroom upstairs, where all the bicycles and walking equipment have been moved, so if the need be, down stairs you go.

I called to ask a simple question about billing to the Newark, California gym. I barely got a chance to speak, the man talked so fast and so rudely and then told me to read the billing agreement that was emailed to my daughter.

I asked him to please slow down as I was hard of hearing and he literally HUNG UP on me. I called back twice and they let it ring until the call dropped. I was going to join myself but am shocked at the rudeness and poor customer service.

I was physically assaulted by another member in the locker room for absolutely no reason who was under the influence of drugs. General manager says that he can’t terminate the membership of the assaulter because they have to give him one warning before termination as per the policy.

I am very, very dissatisfied with the Manager Yannei Yem service today at around 3:15pm.

I asked her help in regards to the lockers. She assisted me at first… unfortunately, her key doesn’t work and then she told me to read the directions. Yesterday, July 4, 2023, I signed up for and received a 3 day guest pass. I get to the club , Scarsdale Central Park Super Sport, and the 2 young ladies working the front desk tell me they are not honoring guest passes today!!

They further state that they were told by upper management not to honor guest passes. I asked, why does it not say that on the website or in the email that sent the guest pass confirmation?? They had no answer.

They also said they were not honoring guest passes due to high volume traffic in the gym. This is a HUGE gym and there were MAYBE 30 PEOPLE in it at that time. I told them I drove all they way there to just use the treadmill for 20 minutes to complete a 1 mile run.

They said I would need to pay for a 1 day guest pass at $25 and there was nothing they could do.…

I cannot seem to get ahold of corporate to talk to someone regarding a current staff member and a manager at the same time who is a horrible smart mouth mean Narcissist. He absolutely does not need to be working for any establishment having to do with customer service.

I was training with a in house training. Training ended and I’m still being charged for 2 months that I was not attending. I’m owed $684 for April and May where there were no services rendered. I spoke to management Kevin Rodriquez who was very non professional with regard to the issue.

He advised he doesn’t know if I will get my money back because it’s too late the services weren’t canceled. My trainer knew I was done.

Member for 20 yrs. 24 hrs gym in Richmond Ca, hill top mall is disgusting and ridiculous . The machine maintenance is poor tread mill and stair masters does not total of 10 to 12 machine do not work. The gym is never clean and very unhealthy. I am very surprised the health have not close it down or maybe 24 should. I have been going to 24 hour fitness for 4 months now. I have experienced poor staff service everytime I come there. I pay my membership every month and I deal with incompetent staff who takes no care into there duties as managers and the janitorial staff are very poor at maintaining the cleanliness.

I talked to Esme who has been a manager there for 2 years and have been rude and inconsiderate at my complaints about other members taking pictures and video of me naked in the shower. I am constantly harassed my others and it's always in the shower.

When I come out of the shower they run in the pool room which has a direct entrance from the back into the females shower area. I have been confronted to fight and called names and been involved in a few altercations with females.

I have been a member since 2001. I love your fitness and got alot of friends and family to joy. Never have had a problem or bad experience. I recently got very sick different illnesses that I had not been able to go into 24 hour fitness for a year .

I continued paying every month besides me not going in. Im 56 year old. On mon may 1st I went in for the first time in a year after i was told to start slow working out again. I came in I was working out look around to see everyone that were working out.

My heart is so heavy to learn that today you let an amazing instructor go. His name was Travis Jackson.

Travis Jackson was a dedicated employee who taught 6 a week throughout Bergen County locations including Englewood Cliffs, Ramsey, and Paramus.

All of his Zumba and body pump classes were filled with at least 30 to 40 people and close to 50 to 60 people on his weekend Zumba classes,

Please bring back Travis Jackson to teach at 24 hour Fitness. His legacy will be missed and he has a huge following. Meaning multiple people will cancel their memberships including me, my fiancé and family if he is not there.

He is the only instructor that consistently gives you a challenge each week for each class.

The facility is unkept and unsanitary. Bathrooms are littered, debris on the floor by exercise equipment , dirty mirrors and huge dust balls all over studio rooms. I pay monthly with my colleagues who attend senior fitness classes and we no longer want to attend due to these conditions especially with Covid still present.

It has been this way quite awhile unless a visit from corporate calls. I suggest unannounced visits, so you can really see the condition of this facility. I look forward to hearing from you and plans to remedy the situation.

Redlands 24 hour fitness: question to the manager: Why do people use the steam room with street tennis shoes and sweaty work out clothes, everyone that goes in there is as such..what's up with that? Answer: please let us know when this happens, so we can address it....my reply: no management and team employees should handle that and even if it is cleaned daily..the whole issue is they do it because they can and no one does anything.

I was in shock on my first visit on 4/11/23, and other members stated...this is all the time.

I will report to the Public Health Department, as this is unsanitary and also to the BBB.

Hi , I belong to your Manhattan Beach 24 hr. Gym. My my is Steve Roddey. My #3109944175. I recently paid for a trainer there. 4 sessions. I asked the manager, Josh Craig about some injuries I had and if a trainer would be able to help.

My injuries were a 3 month old hip replacement and a torn distil bicep tendon. Josh said this would help and correct the problem and strengthen this. Josh turned me over to a new trainer named Landon. I told Landon all about these two issues and that's all I wanted to be worked on.

99 out of my account another employee called police and filed a false police report stating I walked in your health club with a gun in my hand! I had police officers pull a gun out on me inside of a gym full of civilians I was fearful for my life and all I wanted to do was play basketball the employees that filed a FALSE police report!

Harassed, verbally assaulted and threatened by another member who has been cautioned multiple times before for similar behavior with other members. These are unprovoked attacks. Club management took a very soft approach to dealing with the matter. With no obvious consequences for the abuser.

Nor did i receive any follow up from management. Just business as usual. The club now feels unsafe

Let me see, I have so many as of late. 1. Shortening your hours so its harder for people to get their workout in before going to work. 2. Having your tv's set to the offensive FOX Propaganda channel or any news channel. 3.

The place I go is just not getting cleaned up like it use to be. 4. The organized classes leaving their door open so we can't hear our music just their screaming using their mic. 5. At my gym their is a smaller area upstairs to use and yesterday they closed it off for a private one on one training with gym trainer.

Only place I can use the strap static stretching since the downstairs is always being use by weight lifters. 6. Probably nothing can be done about people using the machines so long but its so annoying. Asked a gentleman how many sets he had left yesterday…

I have been a member of the Rockwall, TX gym for 6 years. It is a very convenient location for me. It has been decent until after the COVID years. Now is it is absolutely filthy. The men's bathrooms go weeks without being cleaned.

The women that are in the classes say the same about their toilet facilities.

I locked my belongings in the gym @ 3201 Louisiana in Houston Tx. The front desk personnel could not find a tool to break the lock, so I had to call a lock Smith to break my lock off the locker.

There is an employee in Pacifica that is running the business like it’s his own personal gym. For the past 2 1/2 weeks he has been opening the gym one hour earlier (non business hours) and let’s 3 of his friends inside the gym, then locks it right away, and then re-opens at one hour later 5 AM.

The new manager cancelled my membership and called the cops because I did not want to take my shoes off in the sauna. I spoke to a manager in September when I join the gym and explain my feet situation, they told me it was OK to not take your shoes off and stand and not sit on any of the furniture.
