This morning we went to the 7-Eleven on Cortez Road in Bradenton. The address is 8604 Cortez Road, it’s new. I had two small cups of coffee and went up to pay. The woman asked me if I wanted the donuts.

I said well no I don’t think so and then she said they were free with the coffee. She absolutely 100% did not say they were free with a certain size of coffee. She just said they were free with the coffee.

I paid and sat down, and my husband asked me how much coffee was. 29 which he said was ridiculous for small. 89 for a small. When we finished, I went up and questioned the cashier, who was a different cashier.

I have encountered a 2nd bad experience today at your Jurong East St 21 outlet also by a female Indian staff. It happened today 1st January 2024 at around 630pm to 640pm.

I came in the store to ask for a set of cutlery. At first, she seems lost and ask me to find a Chinese uncle staff for it.

When the uncle approached me I pointed to the cutlery section and ask if there's any more cutlery as I only need 1 set.

The female Indian staff stop the uncle when he wanted to help and talk to me in a very bad tone in a presence of other customer as if that I couldn't afford to buy a cutlery and said that they couldn't just give out the cutlery. So I go into my local 711. Which is on 1st street in canby Oregon. I wish I got her name butchers was not wearing her name tag. But she is a middle-aged blonde woman and she worked today. Which was 1 AM October 26.

7-Eleven gas station and store 11461 Firestone Blvd Norwalk CA 90650 This is the worst 7-Eleven I've shopped. They're mostly on the phone not paying attention to costumers, sometimes being rude. I buy coffee mostly every morning in other 7- Elevens most of them they greet you with a smile.

One time I tried buying two packs of Camel cigarettes I had a coupon from Camel Co. for two dollars, they wouldn't take my coupon. I've used it before on other 7-Elevens. I told them other stores taking the coupon and they got upset.

7 Eleven regular coffee is my favorite coffee and every morning I purchase coffee before going to work. Today morning, I visited 7-Eleven store at 1036 Warrenton Road Fredericksburg VA, 22406 at about 7:50 am to buy coffee. The coffee was not hot and I was thinking to make it hot in the microwave oven but same time lady cashier on duty started brewing fresh coffee as the coffee pot ( from which I had taken the Coffee) was getting empty) .

I just went to the 7-11 at 23rd and Portland. I parked at the gas pump and went inside to pay. There were 2 cashier's. I went up to the counter and let the cashier know that I needed $35 on my specific vehicle. She said "which pump".

I gave her the description of my vehicle and pointed to which one. She told me I had to tell her exactly which pump. So I'm slightly visually impaired. She makes me walk all the way out to my car and come back in to let her know.

I make weekly visits to the 7-11 in Winfield. I have become very close to one of their clerks named Laura, she is a wonderful woman and treats all customers with respect and kindness. Recently a new girl has been working Laura's shift.

At 3:13 pm on Sept 2nd 2023 I entered a 7 eleven on Rockwell and Memorial Service Road in Oklahoma City. As I am at the counter paying for my items the gentleman helping me is arguing with a female employee right next to him.

On Wednesday 08/23/2023 approximately 9:05pm I went to the 7-11 at 61st and kedzie Chicago Illinois 60629. I got a big gulp and approached the counter and a female cashier employee was on duty. 42 for the big gulp. I asked is it free if that was all I was buying.

The system was down but they were still taking customers with cash only. But they were not giving any change back no matter the amount. I claimed something with my points due to the system being down I was not given the product.

But I was not reimbursed my points either. So I lost out on the product and my points at the same time. This experience was by far the worst experience ever in a 7-11 store. I would like my points back and a fix for this type of treatment I received from your employees.

Store address 9562 e colonial Orlando FL.... bought some pork rinds on 8/6/23... opened them next day, notice the were stale and old, loled at best by date and it was 3/23... left them in my car so I can stop by and let them know to protect them from further violations...

I have been going to 711 near my house for a few weeks now pretty regularly. Since I’ve been going there there is one particular employee who works overnight who makes me uncomfortable. He follows me around the store, he leaves the register as well as customers to watch me as if I am going to steal something.

Today, July 31, I made a point of looking up gas prices, seeing prices were hiking (gouging) again. 59 -the cheapest in my surrounding areas. 59 on the billboard sign. 89 ?! NO, I was not going to pay THAT! False advertising, BAIT?! 59.

Since the store by my house has gotten locks on the beer coolers the manager has decided that the coolers should stay locked all the tune. So now yiu have to ask for the key if you want beer .

Also that store does not allow Noone to use their bathrooms at all no more. And on 3rd shift when they get their truck the manager tells them to lock the doors and don't serve anyone till they finish their stocking.

The 7-eleven at 1475 E Main St, Tomball, TX 77375, none of the machines will print receipts nor do the card readers work. I have gone to several different stores and every one has had some issues with their pumps.

The maintenance for 7-eleven stores is flat out HORRIBLE. I had another situation today, in which I've already filed a complaint about gas pouring out of a hose. Something seriously needs to be done in regards to your franchise. I sent an email several months ago in regards to an employee stealing from the company.

He would ring something up, then void it out and keep the cash .... I never heard a word from anyone. I will stop using your stores from here on out.
