I started working at S+S Fuels (the 7 Eleven behind my house) store located at 3250 N Durango Rd here in Las Vegas. I was trained by manager Felicia and assistant manager Darlene. The Manager banned me from the store because I this woman yelled at me and I yelled back, she is allowed in the store but I'm still not able to come back a year later. 711 on Devenshire in Northridge Ca. I have been going to this chevron gas station for many years on a daily basis, the convenience store was recently turned into a 7-Eleven. As I said, I am there every day before work I buy drinks I buy cigarettes.

I get gas on a weekly basis so as I said, I will buy bottled drinks and I bring in my own cup to get ice, I was informed today that I must pay for the ice I think that’s extremely petty and bad business especially when I’m buying a drink and bringing my own cup.

4438 Lemmon Ave Dallas TX 75219 - 7/eleven. It has to many items on shelves not priced. No tags. Often beer singles in wrong spots and horrible stock. The bottom shelves of wines, many lack prices, shelf tags. It used to be a good store.

It's still very friendly staff. Just to many items constantly out of stock, no prices. There is no consistency. Re-stocking stinks. At times, can nit even find or figure out a price on a coke or Pepsi. How do these folks make money if so poorly run?

I live in Boulder City Nevada. Both of the 711 stores in this town are not doing deposits to cash app. I see on the location map that they are suppose to be locations where I could deposit cash to my account.

In February I purchased some Macy's gift cards from 7-11 during an attempted spoofing. Although caught and cards were not used, I tried to return the cards 20 minutes later and the store was unable to do it. That night I created a case with 7 eleven which after 2 months and 10 calls they closed the case saying the refund was complete even though no one had contacted me.

I spoke with escalations, they opened a new case which remains open today (late June). Now after 24 calls (documented), emails, a BBB complaint, an FTC case filing and a certified complaint letter to 7 eleven corporate I still have no resolution or response to the situation. not even an update.

I went to pick up a delivery order(I'm a door dash delivery driver)and I ask a question to the manager and he got mad and told me he don't have to talk to me or answer any questions and pushed the order into my hand and told me to get out the store.

On 06/01/2023 I placed a mobile order for Pick Up at 4026 A St Auburn Wa 98002. ” Upon arriving to pick up my order they attempted to give me the incorrect item. I let the staff know it was the wrong product and they stated they did not have the ones I wanted in stock.

They said I would receive a refund in 3-5 business days as I left empty handed however it has been 10 days now and still do not have my refund. 92 which is a good chunk of money for me to just let go.

When I attempt to contact the store and inquire there always seems to be a language barrier to where they understand my question and advise me to contact corporate. Hoping you might be able to help me with this situation.

The 7-11 in question is the one on Sepulveda and Parthenia in Panorama City California. She is super rude, does not give receipts to customers. I complaint to her about 7-11 jalapeño chips that they smell like they were old.

I asked her politely if I could have my money back. She ignored me completely, I asked for the manager, said no one was there. I can’t believe that such a person, so rude, so unhappy could work in a store where you deal with a lot of people.

Store #40844 Gregory, Tx On 3 different visits and different days I was overcharged for water and flavored drinks. 3 different clerks stated the register was not ringing up the sales price. Instead of over riding it they charged the full price.

They have not corrected the issue and continue to overcharge everyone that walks in the store. It appears that they were instructed to keep doing this.

The store nearest to me is usually dirty, the cubbies that hold some of the coffee stuff is gross not cleaned. Some of the employees are nice, others are very judgmental especially the manager. I have a son with autism and we like to try to teach him different things, some of the employees get aggravated if he takes too long, other won't even speak to him.

The assistant manager is usually very kind to him. Their card machines say it takes GPay, samsung pay or apple pay, they claim their machines magically do not work with anything other then apple pay and their gas pumps NEVER HAVE PAPER FOR RECEIPTS.

What's even worse is how they talk about the customers as they leave the store. This is a business, yes have fun and laugh, but don't act like your in high school.

I live in east meadow new york, and frequent 2-3 7-11's that are in my neighborhood...I'm sending the addresses to two 7-11's which have handicap parking issues...the 7-11 on Hempstead turnpike has a handicap sign on the side of the building which has been vandalized with stickers...the 7-11 on Newbridge rd has a handicap sign which can't be seen because 1/2 of it is behind an ice machine...and for the handicap parking spot hasn't been painted in years so everyone parks there as they see me hobble from across the street which is quite busy with my cane...

On Friday May 19, 2023 I went to the 7-11 store off of 8533 S Hulen St in Ft. Worth Tx 76123. I went in to purchase 2 coffees. After I poured one I set it on the counter. As I reached for a sugar I bumped it and knocked it over on my arm, hand and fingers. I screamed a little.

The 2 employees were an old white man and an African American woman. ” as if I did it on purpose. I ran over to get some ice. The man proceeded to mop up the floor. Neither asking me if I was ok.

As I iced my burned arm I waited for at least one of them to ask me something. Are you ok? Or maybe let me see. Or maybe offer some cream. They both ignored me like I wasn’t there. After about 7 minutes I finally started to walk out the door and told them that I was not ok. Still nothing.
