i caught a lyft to one of your stores to purchase a hot dog and one of your co-workers was asleep. I asked the other co-worker was the hotdogs were ready and he said NO. Then the co-worker that was sleep woke up, i asked him if he could put it in the microwave but they complained with me to put it in the microwave by the coffees myself.

they satrted to talk about me in a different language as I'm walking out the door. That was very disrespectful and i didn't feel comfortable with that situation and thought i would let you know of your establishment. this store number is 27669 in Germantown, Maryland at 4:15am.

I went into your store in Hampton, VA located at the corner of Armistead blvd and Settlers Lansing rd, making a purchase and asking about using a restroom I was told rudely and multiple times there was no public restroom..

however by law in the state of VA that is not allowed. Even if it’s an “employees only” restroom if asked patrons are to be allowed to use the restroom. It is unacceptable that your establishment serves food and has a restroom on the premises and is unavailable to your patrons.

Although I have 7-11 rewards and visit your chains almost daily, I at this point will rethink where I spend my money. Being in the ghetto doesn’t give you the right to make your own rules

Hasseled by female employee about service dog. Overheard her mention "pedro". Told her he is service dog and that I have had service dogs for over 15 years. She told me it's not a service dog because he has dog tags.

Tags are required for rabies and Denver county animal license. Incidend happened on 19/22/2019 @ 754am

I bought a gift card for the first time,when I bought it I went home and key in the code and then it said couldn't redeem code Then I realised that the staff member didn't give a receipt then I went back the the store and ask the manager about it.But he didn't care and he thought I stole it.And I can't find the staff that didn't give me the receipt.

This morning at 12:30 am, I had the employee disregard my question as it was not important and did not answer me. She then pack my items improperly and disregarded my request for double bagged since she had overpack both bags.

She decided to “take her time” serving me, the gentleman behind could not believe how long she was taking. ” She ignored my comment and took extra time looking over the receipt and prolonged giving the four dollars in change.

She forgot two items from your hot menu and decided I didn’t need a friendly hello or even a smile. I have not had that sort of insulting service in any store and will now be going to Chevron store for my late night snacks.

The restroom at the store on 3601 14th street, Plano, Tx was so horribly disgusting. Right when you open the door you are overcome with the awful strong odor of urine. Like there isn't a toliet at all, just outhouse where everyone peed on the floor.

The floor was slimy, obviously from the pee. The smell though, was the worst I've ever smelled a public restroom. Im a lyft driver, so use a lot of public restrooms and this one smelled the worst.

I have been a loyal customer at the same 7-11 for almost two years. I have overlooked a lot of reasons to stop going to that store in particular. Things like refusing to let customers use the restroom, dirty and unsanitary conditions and sloppy unstocked shelves.

Tonight I went in to purchase milk and cigarettes and was refused because I didn't have my Driver's License with me. I am 45 years old and I look every bit of that 45 years, and have never been asked for Identification by that store before.

I do not understand how a store can all of the sudden refuse to sell cigarettes to someone who is obviously over 18 years old and has been buying cigarettes there for two years without ever being asked for ID before. S this a Corporate policy or something the individual store owner just made…

I purchased an ipad chager from a 711 by my house on 103rd and kedzie 10301 to be exact. I go to 711 a LOT and I dont mind overpaying for items that I can get cheaper at walmart or target because I am always in a hurry.

Quick Is worth paying more to me. The charger i bought was a blue 3 ft I believe, it has a blue thick fabric on wire. When I purchased like always I was in a hurry and didnt get a receipt for it my mistake wasnt thinking of it.

That was a week ago, I have the transaction on my debit card, went to the store spoke with a rep he referred me to the manager who I am guessing franchised it out from 711 because he was extremely hesitant on swapping it out. I explained to him I purchased it last week had the reference # on my card and just wanted to swap it out.

The employees took my phone that you left on counter that was attached to a card holder. They took my ID, my husband's, ID, my debit card and all my cash. I only got my phone back. The employees just thought it was funny

if I’m buying a product from 7 eleven and I ask politely the person who works there if I could use the bathroom, and the response I get is no you cant, I cannot give you the key. I think that’s against the health department code and that’s what I’m gonna do file a complaint.

The store on 3401 n story rd in Irving they have an employee on the night shift, this guy was literally full of dog or cat hair or who knows, his higene is very poor, I only come to this store to buy cigarettes and this time I wanted to eat me a piece of pizza but seeing it so dirty I changed my mind, they shouldn't have people like that working with food.

Ok leaving one star is not ok. On average my 7-11 is perfect all the employees are great helpful make me fresh tea if I ask. Store is always clean, manger is awesome and almost every employee is great I even take the time to talk to them all I know most there names.

Joe rocks and do on, but one employee makes it so uncomfortable to be there when I pull up and see him I drive off he’s chasing off many Customers. It’s 2 blocks from my house I’m there daily my husband and 3 kids won’t even go anymore.

The employee Anthony ask me to invest in him $5,000 I asked why he said because he doesn’t like working there and needs the money to leave. There are so many other stories, but I’m not gonna get into it all.

To whom this may concern, I've experienced poor quality, old coffee from this store twice, each time I mention it to the staff I am told ”she just made it” I shouldn't be able to hold my coffee without a sleeve, however, the coffee smelled old like kitty litter burned and the temperature was like warm, as an ex coffee barista I know this is unacceptable. Went to 7-11 near the corner of Riverside and Cirby in Roseville, Ca tonight. A place I frequent often. After having made a purchase I noticed an elderly disabled man with a flat tire. He was unable to get ahold of his insurance company.

I spent an hour and a half helping this man and the attendant in the store refused to let me use their restroom. Very unprofessional and downright wrong. Shame on you!

The worst store in the el Paso area. Most of the time they can't accept debit cards. It's cash or nothing. Then you have a lazy manager that wont get on a register to save her life. The fountain machine is beyond dirty and the attitude there is take it or leave it.

Why keep a store open when they cant serve people. Today I stood in front of the cashier swiped my card and waited 5 minutes and all that the cashier said was the system is a little slow. That"system" apparently is nonexistent

On numerous occasions i have arrived in da early morning at 711 near my home before work to find it closed with the lights off and the door chained from the inside and the night clerk nowhere in sight myself and other customers will knock on the front doors to noone answering the door on one occasion it was atleast 15 minutes before the clerk appeared from the back of the store with a attitude and it looked like he had been sleeping on numerous occasions myself and other customers had to leave without are purchases because of this

My boyfriend went into a 7 eleven on greystone blvd in Columbia, SC there was a cash only sign on the door but he did not see it. I realized it when he went in. ” He said what sign.

And she proceeds to say the cash only sign. This is not the right attitude to have working on customer service. I work on customer service so I know how it should be done. This associate was very unprofessional.

Last night I went to the 7-11 next to my house over Holland rd in Mansfield Texas to buy chocolate milk this morning my daughter told me that the milk is sour I look at the expiration date the milk was expired I went back to the store to exchange the milk they asked for receipt and I did not even get one.

They refused to exchange the milk. I understand that I need a receipt but the way they handle the issue was wrong. when I asked for the manager he was not around then I asked for a phone number to the corporation I was told to get it online.

Yes he had already been in store to get them and forgot his id. so yes saidi would get them i do know he was old enough. so for that matter i got fired for buying his cigs cause he didnt have his.

but no matter if i work there she didnt card me for buying the cigs and she was suppose to u half to card everyone. and i dont think tht is far for me to get fired for buying cigs cause he had no id and i didnt even get carded.

3 nights ago I bought 2 pepperoni pizzas to cook at home. Cooked both. First one was great. Second one tasted strange. Not good. So next evening, last night, I returned the ENTIRE pizza (minus only 1 slice) WITH my receipt.

The same cashier who sold me the pizza was working. He said his name was Ricardo. He didn’t even want to know what was wrong with it. He simply said “There’s no way I’m giving you your money back. You think you can buy two pizzas and just come in here the next night with one asking for your money back?

” I buy a LOT of 7 11 pizzas. Usually they’re great. I had a valid reason for returning the pizza, and I cannot believe INCREDIBLY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL attitude this man chose to use with me. Customer service is not rocket science.

Hello . At 558 am I visited one of your stores . I purchased a muffin and a large hot coffee when I got to the cashier I allowed the cashier to scan my app in my phone and waited for the total .

The total was more then I expected and I asked why the cashier stated because the registrar was offline and I had to pay full price for the coffee that’s being advertised for one dollar when using the app. Can some one please explain to me why I have to pay more for a coffee that’s being sold for a dollar ..

1275 W San Bernardino Rd Covina, CA 91722 Store # 19251 The night staff is very rude. Specially the guy who works overnight. My family and I I go all time and eventhough they see us constantly they they are still very rude.

they throw you your change, they tell you, you can't get cash back eventhough you can only get $10 max. they don't want to give you receipts to make sure you paid for what you got because they charge you over.

In fact they don't want to scan the rewards app that they have. if I still go to this 7 11 it's because I live across the street not because I like to go.

We were celebrating my son birthday and as we were heading home my son asked me if we could stop by the 711 in Commercial St SE, Salem Oregon so he could get a lottery ticket and refill his drink. We did, we entered the store and we weren't greeted but that's ok.

My son entered the store with his refill cup on his left hand and walked straight to the soda fountain, I saw the cashier (Male) look at my son to me I thought he noticed my son bring in the cup. I don't know if he knew that we were together .

My son placed his re-filled cup on the counter, open his 711 app on his phone and told the Male cashier that he had a 711 app. As the Male cashier scanned my son phone my son told the cashier that it was a refill Cup.

I once was a regular customer at 7/11 until I was accused of stealing a lid and straw for my Big Gulp especially after walking to the counter with my money in hand . After repeating myself several times that I was at the counter to pay for my product I was told by the manager that I was banned from coming in the store any further despite the fact that I am a constant visitor as a consumer.

I've always been very respectful even after receiving very poor customer service. I also began to realize that even though I am a customer majority of 7/11's operate by the same standard which is rude and very discriminatory towards whomever they feel the need to be toward instead of appreciating the business that frequents their establishment.

I will never ever step foot in 7/11 or any other…

Employee, was extremely disrespectful. I simply asked for a top and she stated that there were none to fit the cup i used. " Not including the fact that the station looked disgusting. i proceeded to check out and she asked me ( am i okay today ) i said yes i am great .

she proceeds to tell me " well i cant tell " as shes on her phone from the moment i walked through the door. Her attitude was so nasty i will never go back to that 7-11 again. she then antagonized me and we were arguing.

i was not able to get her name because she was so irate. Her hair was blue and this happened 9/7/19. i also had my grandmother with me and she was also uncomfortable as she is 70 years of age.

92 per pack of cigarettes that was advertised in the parking lot at 9306 Little Rd New Port Richey, FL. There was also a sign above the cig display inside the store with the same price. Unfortunately the actual price was much more and the store clerk was unable to honor the advertised price. 20 per pack.

Can anyone from the company explain this blatant example of false advertising?

Crispy wings ad on food glass said 8 wings for 3 dollars. I asked the clerk for said deal and he responded with 10 wings for 5 dollars. I responded with said special on glass so did a fellow customer but the clerk said it was old and not current yet it was clearly posted with the "fresh food" behind the glass.

I felt this clerk from middle east or farther had some bias toward a hispanic male. There was no courtesies coming from him at all. I will be taking further actions toward this matter.

Hi i live in Orlando Florida and i have a complain about store #32101 (4501 Conroy Road;Orlando FL 32811). I asked the cashier the reason why it happens all the time ,he said it doesnt only happen with my card but with all other custumers card too .

Months are passing by and nothing gets replaced . ).. i had to go inside the store and prepaid $20 on my card to make sure i have a full tank of gaz . 86 . The cashier told me i will get a refund on my card if i overpaid .

i saw the charge on my statement but still havent seen the credit . so please do an investigation on this particular store and let me know . Thank you Janic

Good morning. Please see attached post about an incident that happened on Thursday 29 August 2019 at one of your locations in on Hardy Cash Drive in Hampton, VA. The owner of the store made racist remarks to a customer by calling the customer a “NIGGER.” Highly suggest that the corporate office handles this situation before it gets out of hand. My complaint comes from the 7-11 at 893 Crain highway, the service is horrible the one attendant is eating a hot dog waiting on customers talking with his mouth full of food , the only hot food that was ready is the crap no one wants like beef patties, and jalapeño taquitos, it’s 4:00 pm , lets get it together.

7-11 should be in the business for sales not unsatisfied customers like myself! I did manage to get a slice of pizza and the attendant said to me “that’s all you want is one” I said yes cause that’s all you have , so

then he says he can make one in 2 minutes, well why wasn’t that done 5 minutes prior, everything was empty it’s a joke

Bought Raspberry Zingers (along with other snack items) on 8/17/19 from store 24544 zip code 93901. After leaving store and on the road, I saw that they had visible mold! I tried to inform store same day b/c I was headed out of town for weekend, but had no luck.

Went to exchange this evening(8/19:/19) w/receipt. Elgin the cashier got very excited when I asked to exchange. ), who was on phone (ear bud in ear) having a conversation while I'm trying to explain/exchange. I didn't realize he had the ear bud in.

When finally off phone,He said ok to exchange , but the others didn't look good either. I chose diff flavor of same product. He shouted no same only. He said no only same, so I asked for refund instead. Saab said no then pointed for me to leave store (24544) and not come back.
