This morning around 5am i went to the 711 on 78th state Avenue i bought coffee, pastry, and 20 in gas i knew it was to much i was at a half tank but i said when it stops the rest will go back on my card i start it and then go around my car and start putting the stuff in my car a boy comes to my car to tell me your gas your gas i go around just finished at 20 the pump never clicked and stopped when full!

I watched the gas (my money ) running down the parking lot i assumed my car only took 10 gas was all over my car tire hands and had to go to work smelling like a big gas can! I did go in to complain they apologized which is fine but my thing is 711 got free 10 dolllars or so give or take and i just lost my money which i planned to go back on my car!

Store 11700 in fort Myers have some of the worst employees ever the morning time manager a female is absolutely disgusting ... She is rude, at as if the store belong to her and if u don't accept her behavior she get other men employees to be so aggressive.

I called the complaint number and the ppl on that line is just as disgusting. They will only give their first name no employee number ... Nothing. I will never spend another dime at this bad service place.

7-11 montauk NY is the only store i know of canceling the $1 coffee deal.. If I am not mistaken it is the busiest store in the country.. The store is always dirty, but in our seasonal town they are always open..

At a 7-11, in Bradenton florida, I stopped into a store to get gas. I choose this store because it's close to home and my daughter was working. Upon heading into the store a girl comes running in and almost hits me with the door then walks by and gives my daughter the finger.

My daughter looks at me and brushes it off. The girl goes behind the counter and starts slamming stuff. ". I still go to leave but then a man tells something and I turn around. My daughter is telling these ppl to leave the store.

All I see is my daughter come around the counter, pointing to the door for these ppl to leave. From my prospective it looked like the girl jumped my daughter. Then I see the guy holding my daughter my daughter while the girl takes hits at her.

Every canister of coffee was either empty or ice cold, we couldn’t purchase coffee at all. we had no choice but to purchase hot chocolate. There were no large cups in the dispensers only a few in the back of the coffee dispensers.

When I went to checkout I should have had 1 free which I didn’t... This was awful service. Very dissatisfied! I won’t be visiting 7-11 again!

i charged 200 peso load for sun network and i waited for 15 minutes over there i didn't get load and i gone and complaint the lady over there and she is so rude to me and i lost 200 peso so.

In 7-11 store #11688, the cashier told me her name was Anese (probably spelled wrong). It was about 12:26am on 12/07/19. This isn't the first time this has happened with Anese. She's always on the phone while she's ringing up your items.

Customers should have the cashiers undivided attention. I don't have a problem with cashiers using their phones, just not while dealing with customers. I think this is very rude and it needs to be brought to Anese's attention.

No coffee at 39th and Tulsa. One guy working there said he didn't have time to make coffee. been bad for 6 months. So I went to 50th and Portland and that girl said they don't make kona's all the time.

This morning I went to the 7-11 location on 12292 Lone Peak Parkway Draper, Utah. I joined the rewards program a couple of months ago and have enjoyed the savings. I travel up and down the Wasatch front for work and have found many 7-11 stores along the way.

Because of the rewards program with 7:11 I have all but given up on shopping at Maverick. I have spent a small fortune with 7:11 buying more than usual because of the “savings” I have received. That was until today.

Hello, I would like to make a complaint. So recently I was at the Tigard Oregon 7-11 with my two kids and we would like to recommend that your cashier employes should be more clear and make sure that that explain.

so basically my kids and I were getting a buy one get one free bag of chips and in like a size 1 font which is really hard to read so we all thought that we were supposed to get a dollar back but we got a dime. My friend and I went to the 7-11 located on Beltline and Westmoreland in Saturday, November 30, 2019 between 2:30 and 3. The young lady had a personality of a rep mop in a correctional facility. BAD BAD BAD ATTITUDE!!

I got a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant this morning. When I went to eat it I had to throw it away. It was so hard I couldn’t bite it and the bacon was raw, the cheese broke up into little pieces because it was so hard.

Went to a 7/11 @3986 N. Harbor Blvd in Melbourne , Fl. on the morning of nov 19th about 1:30 am. Jeff was the clerk on duty. I was buying scratch off lottery tickets and returning to buy more, when Jeff said he would not sell me anymore. I asked why and he said I had three transactions and I could have no more. I got a sherriff deputy to come in and ask Jeff what the problem was but he gave no answer. I ended up leaving without purchasing anymore tickets.

This seems absolutely wrong. Jeff is not my keeper. If I wanted to purchase more tickets, he should have sold them to me. I will be returning to the store today to lodge a complaint with a manager.

Stopped at 7/11 NEWPORT Diesel pump was filthy. I have an expensive and very clean vehicle. It is unacceptable to have customers covered in fuel which is listed on the MSD a a carcinogen just by touching the pump. Coffee machine was broken.

I purchased milk from 7-11 today and this is the second time it is spoiled. I’ve also purchased a yogurt from this location that was spoiled. I brought the milk back tonight to return it and the person on duty refused to exchange it saying I had to come back in the morning because the manger needed to be there.

My complaint is regarding the 7-11 rewards program. I initially signed up in the store for the rewards and received the little tag. I thought that was all I needed to do, to receive reward points and redeem points. Then an employee from one of the stores in formed me that I needed the 7-11 rewards app.

When I signed up for the rewards program in the store I used my cell phone number, when I used the app it would not let me use my cell phone number. I had to use a different number well that has not worked out.

I have over 16,000 points I cannot use either by the tab or the app on my phone, which shows I have no points. This is not the first time I have complained about this situation. com) this still does help me.

I went into your store in Hampton, VA located at the corner of Armistead blvd and Settlers Lansing rd, making a purchase and asking about using a restroom I was told rudely and multiple times there was no public restroom..

however by law in the state of VA that is not allowed. Even if it’s an “employees only” restroom if asked patrons are to be allowed to use the restroom. It is unacceptable that your establishment serves food and has a restroom on the premises and is unavailable to your patrons.

Although I have 7-11 rewards and visit your chains almost daily, I at this point will rethink where I spend my money. Being in the ghetto doesn’t give you the right to make your own rules
