So I go in and try a get some gas the 2 people that were there were really disrespect and started cursing at me telling me to get out of there store on top of that both of them didn’t have mask on but they kicked me out without a mask when they weren’t wearing their mask both of them should be fired theor costumer service is terrible they treated me really badly

I purchased a chicken sandwich from your store. When I got home an opened the bag, the cheese had already turned orange and the chicken sandwich was VERY hard!!! I want a refund of $3.98 + tax which what I paid.

the store at 9800 se 82nd Portland on March 29th at about 11am i went into the store and asked to turn in my lottery tickets. And Andrea that was working very rudly said all of these? And walk over to the other counter and huffed and I said is there a problem or is there a limit I can turn in?

She ignored me and then I got upset and told her there is no reason to be rude and I told her that I spend a lot of money here she never said anything to me but the older lady working and I just found out she's the store manager said oh she's not being rude she's just shocked that I wanted to turn in $150 in tickets.

First off if the over lady was the store manager she should of said to me thats she's sorry if I felt that way or something but she right away stuck up for Andrea, it would be great if…

Twice I have come in to the grants pass 711 and one if their newer cashier's has been harassing me and cursing at me and refusing to let me purchase anything due to the fact she has tried to push me to buy meth from her both at work and while out in town. I don't know what to do about it and I am sick and tired of kaelyn threatening me and refusing service because I won't give her money for drugs I don't want.

Today the 28th March 2021, I was at 7eleven Phillips around 8am, getting me a Coffee, then You’re staff approach me when I was just about to leave for work, he asked me if I paid my fuel, I told him I didn’t get any fuel! So I ask him when was this, he said about 10 days ago, I was surprised because I honestly didn’t get fuel , but he keep checking my number plate , so

I walk back in the station and ask him to check the cameras with out accusing me, so I waited for maybe 2 min then he said, it’s okk because he didn’t fine the information, I wasn’t happy about it because every time I go to 7eleven, youre staff was always on there phone or speaking there language. This is ridiculous...

Today is 3/14/2021 Sunday! , tonight at: 8:30- 8:35 pm. 14 for today! The clerk told me she didn't have any pizza's left, and said that she turned off the oven already and she was going to clean it. Then she said if you want pizza that smells burned from the oven, then I will turn it back on! I said, Thank you!

So at that moment, she starts complaining out loud about me, and she never stopped complaining. She got the pizza and threw it on the counter by the oven, while continuing to complain about me. She got a pizza box and threw it also on the counter!

She while waiting for the oven to heat up, started grabbing sliders out of the warmer and throwing them away! Very hard might I add! To get the name of the Manager, I asked her who do I need to talk to for a job there!

hello Today I visited 7 11 on Springfield rd Broomall, pa. My kids shop there alot they both have apps The young gentleman says they are out of pizza. I said its only 11 45 he said we were ran out of them yesterday.

I was not surprise when he said they were out of them. He was trying to sell me other items . What kind of owner is this 7 11 who doesn t take care of their customers. I hope they get their act together. Thank you.

I was refused server to buy a big gulp. I did not have a mask on. And told the manger I had medical problems and it was my right not to be forced to wear a mask. There is no law saying you have to wear a mask.

I was literally starving . Went to 7 Eleven situated at west heaven Blvd in Leduc... filled gas for $30 and got a combo of 3 chicken strips and 3 wedges for $6 all chicken strips were too soggy not edible at all ..

never go and recommend 7 eleven to anyone.. total waste of money

I visited the 711 off of Fairfield in North Las Vegas tonight. I walked in and there where customers not wearing masks including the cashier. I checked out and needed cash back. It went thru without offering me the option of cash back.

I asked her about it and she yelled at me saying there are signs everywhere sayin no cash back while throwing her arms around, there were none. I asked for a refund and she said NO!!! I said excuse me... She said NO!!!

I asked her patiently once again and she proceed to throw a dollar bill at me while yelling. I said you should have your mask on and she yelled to me that she's having an anxiety attack and she don't have too..

I said then you shouldn't be here, you should go home and rest, and she yells again at me and said I shouldn't be here and I need…

I went to use my rewards and I got charged 800 points and I didn't get any thing in returned. I got robbed out of all my hard earned rewards.... the cashier/ person didn't listen to me a a long term customer.... bad services....

At 10:20 on may and 89th store number 80 I payed for gas it is 10:55 and still haven't received my gas I've been working all day construction and would like to get home to my family and ur employees act like they dont know what to do because the lady was in shift change not my problem and they wont give me gas to get home

I visited the store at 445 am on June June 4th 2020. I did not know that this stoes was closed due to curfew because I also have a job who told me curfew was lifted Thursday night. I was in an emergency situation and walked into store to pull money off atm card.

The man working wouldnt tell me his name when I asked.

Also he pushed me and continued to try canceling my transaction. After the second time of being pushed I asked him to call the police. Then this man proceeded to follow me outside threatening to kill my family because I'm a "cracker" he threatened to shoot my baby's father, but and persisted to get in my face trying to fight me.

This man needs to be fired and I am taking full legal actions on this store and this man

Today I went to get my cup of coffee . Due to the pandemic, they serve the coffee. Today , they allowed me to get my own . They handed me a cup and I filled it with Colombia coffee.

I put my creamer in the coffee before I left . I got to work, knocked it over and there were a rusty safety pen and a creamer label at the bottom of the cup. This is gross negligence. I am calling a lawyer for consultation. #gross

I paid for a pack of cigarettes and $30 on pump 4. When I begin pumping the gas it keeps stopping. I only pumped $2.36 into my tank. I go back in to ask the employee to move the other $27.64 to pump 2 since pump 4 was not working. Instead he charges me again for an additional pack of cigarettes and $2.36 and does not give me my change and refuses to move my money to another pump. So ultimately I have just been charged $50.64 for 1 pack of cigarettes and 1 gallon of gas.

I am extremely disgruntled and I expect at the very least to get my $27.64 for the gas I was unable to pump as well as the additional $11.50 for the pack of cigarettes I was charged for twice and the double charge of gas I did pump which was $2.36. So I need a credit totally $39.14.

I walked in to the store with a surgical mask but the string on one side was not attached so I had one side around my ear and the other side I held up to my face which was no different than if the string was still attached, my nose and mouth were completely covered.

The checker yelled at me that I could not hold it up to my face and I said that my nose and mouth were covered, he said I had to leave so I went to my car and made a homemade mask out of a big paper towel which the government has showed us how to make and it was actually better than the one I had.

Again he yelled at me and said I had to leave that the mask had to go all the way around my head and I said that a surgical mask does not even do that and pointed out 2 other masks that were being worn by others that did not go all…

I have used an American Express pre-paid card to cover and control miscellaneous expenses between paydays for several years. I usually have no issue reloading the "no fee" card at 711 locations throughout Southern California; however, on two occasions, I have attempted to reload the card at the 711 location at 1395 Kendall Drive in San Bernardino.

The first time was several weeks ago. " I did and was able to reload at another location. I did not think much of the encounter. Today (4/24/2020) at approximately 1:30pm I went to the same location for a reload.

When I presented my card and cash, the clerk simply said "No" in a very harsh tone. He then looked to the next customer and said "next" as if I were already gone. I am not sure why this location is concerned with reloading prepaid…

I am customer whom go to one of your stores which is located in Texas store address is 3239 FM 1765, Texas City, TX 77590 I go to get Tacos and other things. It's 2 of your employees that has great customer service one guy by the name of Torrius & Jacoria those two are fabulous.

So, I went in the last few time and the employees don't have mask well I think because their jobs are essential they still need to be protected. There is a few Managers there One name Jackie and April OMG these two are horrible and they treat their customers terrible and the employees.

I went in asked for Jacoria because I didn't see Torrius and they told me she is suspended I said why is she suspended I hope she OK. Jackie comes from around the corner and say Oh stop asking about her she was caught on the camera…

As customer, this should never happen in any of your stores ever again! I stopped by one of your stores today, to make a simple money transaction, add money to my prepaid account. The clerk on duty at the time exclaimed: "No no, we can't...

" How would you feel? I've never been so disgusted at any business establishment in my entire life! Now, effective immediately I will no longer be spending money at any of your stores and will advise everyone I know to the same.

I was placed on a no trespassing notice from 7 eleven on 202 Anderson at. Belton, SC. I'm just curious as to what I did. I walked in the store on 3/19/20 between 9:45-10am and fixed a cup of coffee, paid for it and walked out.

Got to my truck and heard someone yell out the door of 7 eleven. Got in my truck, put my seat belt on started my truck and when I put it in reverse there was a Belton cop behind me.

He proceeded to tell me I was placed on no trespassing per the managers request. Who is the manager? And what did I do? Not only the fact that I haven't done anything, but I was also extremely embarrassed considering I was surrounded in the parking lot by 4 cop cars.

I have half a mind to contact my attorney to see what can be done about this store and the employees in it. I'm not sure…

Dear Sir, Ms, My complaint is at our store located at 529 North Charles St, Baltimore, MD. I have notice that daily for the past year your employees there give all left over muffins, donuts, All other pastries, and left over sandwiches to one person only. This person even stands inside the, And even eat some of the items while other customers watch in disbelief. I don't believe that is one of your policies to benefit one costumer over all others. There are several Homeless Meal Services in Baltimore that would greatly appreciate your left over.

I don't where to start this story but this morning (FEB 18th) at 2:25am I went into the store to get a CUP OF COFFEE. Your Black Male register clerk gave me a very strange (UNFRIENDLY) look. NOT A GREETING AT ALL. This (if I remember correctly) is the 2nd time I have seen this EMPLOYEE. The first time was about a month ago (January 2020 on the way to MILITARY DUTY) about 4am in the morning I stopped to get FUEL and a CUP OF COFFEE. Since you changed managers at the store I go to where I spend 8 9hundered dollars a month corner south an queens. The new manager has failed to order sugar for coffee creamer for coffee not once but on several occasions I've been told they can't restock cooler with out her permission.

We as the customers are getting tired of this. I go to this store because it closest to me. So when I tell you that I an others in neighborhood are ready to go take our money some where else.

Can you really afford to lose that much money or more if the other people pull there money too. Big gulp machine stays broke down all time coffee stays on the eyes to long an then the new manager has the Gaulle to say that the old manager was lazy for two months they couldn't even do money orders.

I stopped to get gas and requested with my debt card 10 cash..wh3n I was pumping gas I realize d the cashier did not give me my cash. I went back in and showed her where it was deducted from my account. She said she couldn't do anything about it and other words I had to wait until they counted the money.I have called numerous times..no answer..It is out of my way to go back to the store..I do have my receipt..just want my 10 bucks.

00 an average deal as many places offer the same thing. 00 if I had a cell phone being a senior citizen I do not have a cell phone. He then said something about 7rewards ? Again? I paid the price I was told and went out to read the small print. Again 7rewards?

No explanation of what that ment on the sign. I believe that is deceptive advertising . I then spoke to the owner of the store after l took a sip of the coffee which was not drinkable it was so stale and bitter I threw it out in front of the owner.

It was clear to me that the customer is not first in this store. Taking advantage of senior citizens is the norm and deceptive advertising in the norm for the company.

On January 14 2020 at 5:30am I went to the 7-eleven to get fuel. You can’t pay at the pump here they are the old type so you have to go in and leave your credit card and driver license.

No problem several truck stops do this. 00 of fuel I returned to pay for my fuel. The clerk swiped my card and then asked for my PIN numbers. I asked her for the key pad which she said she would enter it.

I told her I wouldn’t give it to her because that defeats the purpose of a PIN number and I don’t know if she has taken a picture of my card and license. I asked for a night manager. The manager came out and said give my pin to her or she would call the police.

She called my dispatch and said I caused a scine and would not give her my PIN numbers. If I didn’t have a driver waiting for this truck to make…

I purchase 2 16 oz Diet Coke an 1bag of Doritos.the clerks overreacted when l Told them the shelf tag said 2 for 6 dollars. They said I had to buy two to get the 3 dollar each price..he looked at the shelf tag..and told I had to buy 2 to get the Price...there was no stipulation on the shelf tag you had to buy.2 The male clerk Yelled at me..that he was right..the female clerk yelled ..why don’t you go shop At Safeway....these clerks are rude for no reason...they told me I was wrong And hollered at me.all the had to do was give me what I seen on the shelf tag

Note ..when is a customer wrong? They should have given me the shelf tag price.. The male clerk was very mean to me. I was scared he was coming after me

A few minutes ago , i purchased Sting for P25 and my money is P500. The counter ask me for a smaller bill which i do not have . I was asked to wait , I told the cashier that im only on a 15 minutes break.

Then she gave me the change which i was surprised mostly 5 peso coins . I dont have enough time to argue coz i will be late . This branch of 7/11 near POEA should have enough bills to provide change to your customer.

I am so upset with the cashier name WHONG she was so rude.

I shopped at your store last night. I bought beer and candy. The staff was very unfriendly. As i check out i presented my drivers license. The clerk looked at my. ID ant put her glasses on and asked me is this you? I tell her yes.

Next thing i know, shes asking her coworker if the pic looks like me. I was totally humiliated! As many times as i been there (they know me), my identification was never questioned. store

I went to the 7-11 at 15829 IH 35 Pflugerville Tcso to get fuel. They ask for my credit card and driver license no problem. After fueling I went back inside to pay and they demanded my PIN number. I said I wouldn’t give it to them because I didn’t know if they took a picture of my card and DL.

They threatened to call the police and call my dispatch. When I asked for the manager name they wrote a fake name and phone number to give me. With employee like this I would fire them in a heartbeat. I have now told all 15 trucks if they buy fuel from 7-11 it will come out of their pay.

I will not pay for 7-11 fuel.

This morning i went to the 711 on halycon and grand ave in Arroyo grande ca. My normal morning rutine. As i entered the building i said good morning and asked the employee how to redeem my free coffee because i have more than enough points.

He treated me very rudely. Then he followed me through the store and stood by me while i made my coffee. The man made me feel very uncomfortable and treated me rudely. I again asked about my points at the register he didn't care to acknowledge my question. Treated me rudley.

and starred at me all the way out the door and into the parking lot. Very uncomfortable. He also acted as if he couldn't speak english but i clearly heard him speak English to the customer ahead of me. I will not go back while he is working if at all.

01/12/2020, around 9am, I stopped at the 7/11 Sanborn street and store to shop. A Hispanic female clerk was very rude to me in front of other customers. For the simple reason that I was buying too much lottery tickets, Coffee, cinnamon roll and there were other people waiting.

She short change me until I corrected her and she had to use her own calculator to figure out what my change was supposed to be. If I had not brought it to her attention she would a church angry I can imagine what she does with other customers.

She didn't finish taking care of me and went to the other customers and would not finish taking care of me because I had too many items I was paying cash and I was not playing games I'm a senior citizen and I'm not playing games with anyone.
