There are 2 7-Eleven on Whitfield in 34243 zip code, both are a joke! The employees are on drugs, rude and they steal from the customers and store. I called another 7-11 in the area to get the regional manager's number but they "don't give numbers out over the phone".

I don't understand why the cashiers cannot honor an advertised deal. They then take your money and try to take your product, this has happened to me twice. 00 worth of merchandise but expect you to still pay for it.

There are employees wearing hoodies (not in coolers) with their faces covered with the hood. One guy was nodding out. They are rude and refuse to help much less fix their error which goes again an advertised price. This could easily be a legal issue but no one seems to care.

I have a 711 debit transact card. The only place I can load it is at 711. Only here in hayward and Castro valley California I also can't load money on it at 711.... Most of the time. It depends on if they feel like loading it for me or not one store tells me "it's closed" so I drive to a different store and they load it.

I thought it was closed. It's 711s card! How can it be closed?! I can take money out from the store but I can't load money on it? 95 to load it at their convenience? So I end up having to drive around for an hour before I find one that loads it.

Sometimes I don't at all and just have to wait until the next day when someone different is working. I shouldn't have to pay a fee when I can't load it whenever I need to. They are very rude about it to make matters worse.

Cashier and assistant manager ciera from 4605 Austin bluffs parkway called me an asshole and told me to fuck off i was opening my app to check my balance in my bank because they refused to break a hundred dollar bill. I bought chocolate milk for my 5 years old son from a 7-eleven near World Trade Center in Manhattan, NY (on 7/4/21) After drinking the milk, my son threw up. It was very unusual for him to throw like that. When I checked the bottom, I was SHOCKED to see it expired on 6/26/21 (9 days ago). It seems that expired milk caused food poisoning.

Also, they overcharged me. The displayed rate was $2.49 but he charged me $3.49. It’s not about $1, it’s about ethics.

I stop by this 7-eleven every day after work for gas, cigarettes and a drink. But for the past two days I have bought food from your hot food section. That cost me eight to ten dollars extra than my normal amount I spend every day.

But both days the food was UNEATABLE!! 1st day the meat pies were so hard I could not eat. And the 2nd day my egg rolls were rotten and smelled like death and the chicken taquitas where again so hard they could not be ate.

I visited Stripes (7-Eleven) off FM 1765 in Texas City last night and the store was filthy!! There was trash all on the floors, the counters were dirty or stained up. Not to mention there were absolutely no cups stocked to get a drink a fountain drink.

And the trash at the pumps and by the doors when you enter the store were full and smelled horrible!!! There was no food put out in the hot food area or the deli. I had to use the restroom facilities was did not dare even bother to go in them, I didn't think to take pictures I just paid for my gas and left.

The 711 store in the town if Leray NY is HORRIBLE. Everytime we get gas the pumps wont accept our debit card,we have to enter store to process card inside to get gas and then are told we have to pre pay 1st,day or night.
