Everytime I go into 7-11 on the corner of Devenshire and Woodley store your employees always say the they can't make money orders or they can't load my green dot card. They always say that the computer is down. I find that hard to believe.

Since the cash register is a computer. So can't someone show them how to use the computer. I waste my time going all the way there to do my business . They say no we can't do it. If they can't find someone who can.

By far the worst service I've ever seen at any store let a 711. Was yelled at by the cashier and manager and had my money change slammed down on the counter, And told to never ever come back! I recently visited the store at 1510(3:10) I walked through the door and the associate ask if me and other customers were paying with debit cards I stated no I have cash assuming the machine was down which is normal. She said no we are not accepting cash my register is closed and my shift is over and I'm waiting on the next person which was not there at that time.

From a customer POV: the gas and cigarettes are very over priced compared to other locations. Credit cards do not work at majority of the pumps forcing you to pay inside, I believe this may be a sales tactic installed by the owner to get you to purchase more items…. This problem does not occur at other fueling locations. The BP across the street has much better prices and a wider variety of items. The fuel at the 7- Eleven across from the racetrack on HWY 27 is also usually always cheaper.

Yes I would like to file a complaint on an employee in store #27036 in Mesa, AZ. Her name is Victoria Comfort, She had a personal issue with my wife that had absolutely nothing to do with Victoria. My wife and I shop there a lot because it's right across the parking lot.

I know nothing will be done but have to say something. I went to the 7-11 on Bellport and horseblock rd. The place is dirty with bugs. The parking lot is horrible and big trucks are always blocking the entrance Half the machines don’t work and the employees are extremely rude.

The seven eleven you have on freeway drive in Mount Vernon wa has a bunch of dope heads working the night shift and so be careful because one lady that works the night shift there also worked at shell where I use to work and she ripped the store off lotto fraud and money theft.

Hello, I am the business owner next to your store at 5202 El Cajon Blvd, San Diego, CA 92115. For several months now this location has removed their outdoor trashcan. This has caused your patrons to litter all over the property which in turn ends up on my property from the wind. I have brought this to your attention before and nothing has been done besides the manager coming to speak with us and say they will clean up the front of the store more often. I see them out their quite a bit cleaning, but it still does not handle all of the trash (Wrappers, cans, cigarettes, etc) that constantly blow on my property.
