Every time I go to the 7 Eleven on 4085 Gulf Freeway Frontage Rd Houston, TX 77023 United States, there is not enough people at the register to check out customers and they take forever. Also they are always closing during the late night around 1-4 “deep cleaning” the store when it’s supposed to be open 24 hours. The workers there are lazy and don’t have any customer service

inthe 4 oz. bag which was 95% caramel popcorn, there were only 3 pretzel sticks and 4 small pieces of potato chips. The popcorn was extremely sweet and needed more saltiness from the pretzels and chips. We thought there would be a much better mix of all items in the snack mix .

Why is it that more times than not, I can't get a receipt at the pump? I thought those printers were there for customer convenience. Having to go in the store precludes convenience. For the second time in two weeks, I couldn’t get a receipt at the pump. This has been my go to station since it opened earlier this year. I got frustrated with the store a couple months ago when they said they couldn’t get paper for the receipts. After some delay, I tried again and they had the shortage resolved. I drive out of town 711 store in the City Tustin because of its customer service and friendly employees and about 2 months ago I discovered a new favorite location in the same city and today at 2:53 am. I was not allowed to walk in to my new favorite 711 store with there open 24 hours a day hours of bissness. There was a metal hook and or look that prohibited me from entering 711 and after I video recorded the two front doors with a external looking hook on the door I was forced to drive away. Brand new 7 11 in mount juliet TN. I purchased gas then went inside at 8:20 pm, Saturday 6-11-22. I went to the beer cooler. It was almost empty. I looked thru the empty shelves and saw beer. The coolers just needed stocking.
I had a coupon for a free taco. I walked up to the counter and no one was there. I looked at the hot table and there was no food. I had seen at least 4 employees in the store earlier.
I exited the store and tossed the coupon, (a mailer inviting customers to visit), in the trash. Very disappointed with my visit.

First of all I love 7-11’s, however this one located at 3628 Lock, Ft Worth, 76107 is the worse. It is unclean, dirty baby diapers in the gas bays along with other trash. Inside the store is dirty, smells bad, and the sandwich rack is a mess.

On May 25th 2022 I went in to 7-Eleven on Shawnee Drive in Kansas City Kansas to add $500 to my cash app card. I gave the clerk $505 cash. 95 fee to put money on my cash app card.
The clerk completed the transaction from what I could tell on my end although I did see him hesitate when he went to give me my nickel back in change. I received my receipt from that transaction and then I proceeded to buy lottery tickets and paid cash for that transaction.
