There are several complaints about this particular store, but I will add that most of his employees are nice and somewhat courteous. Todays was buying @buy one candy bar and receive the second for one dollar. ) name. Well, Sam doesn’t fix alot!!

This is one of several times this has happened and I am NOT shopping there again. I saved the receipt so that I might show “Sam” at a future date. Most all of the 7-11 stores my husband and I frequent, (he smokes) this is by FAR the worst.

Went to get 2 slices of pizza and 2 Buffalo rollers. The cashier was on her phone video chatting, she held the phone in one hand and got my food with her other hand. The phone was very close contact with my food, this is a huge safety violation and very unsafe food practices.

She never dripped her phone even when getting the Buffalo rollers. I told her that she needed to get off her phone as it's unsanitary and could potentially make someone sick or cause death. I'm in the culinary field and take food safety with upmost regulations.

The 7-Eleven at 10274 Okeechobee Road Royal Palm Beach, Florida 33411 Every time I go in there the fountain drinks are out. I have been asking for weeks about when they would have the fountain drinks restock and they just say they don't know.

Your store in Shinnston West Virginia is a joke.You go in to buy items and a gift card specifically and they can't activate it the manager is the only one who can,buy the way she was setting in her car outside. 7/11 boronia At 5.30 am I called up asking if he could put a car battery for my key on the front desk because my dad is coming down as my car won’t start and the 7/11 worker was yelling at on the phone and hangs up on me. Tonight I went out to get a cup of coffee. 2711's near my house right out of the house brand coffee. Both night employees refuse to make a new pot and suggested I drink a stronger brand that I do not like.

The first star is at darling way and Riverside in Roseville California. The other store is at Kirby way and Riverside in Roseville california. So I went to a third 7-Eleven near my house. That night employee was also out and refused to make a pot.

He only made a new part of coffee when I threatened to talk to his boss tomorrow morning. So my question is is just saying give the customer what he wants when he wants just a line or do you stand by it.

I was in Pflugerville Texas again tried to make a deposit on my chime card and they told me they couldn't do it. I am not happy with this. As I was traveling through town and needed to put money on my card.

I don't understand what it is with foreigners managing 7-Elevens nowadays, but they refuse to do any normal services that they are supposed to do. Put me in a big bind. I needed to pay for gas my credit card and was unable to do so.

I went in to put money on a bank card using cash, $115. " She replied, "no, the first one took," and she gave me both cards and the receipt. I have never had any problems with loading cash on my Varo card and 95% of the time, the money shows in my account within five minutes.

This narrative has already taken too long and I'm sure you probably know where I'm going with this. After four hours, back to 711, clerk said look at the receipt, says approved, go home, kick a puppy, call bank, get more pissed. Hug kicked puppy. Email bank three times.

Response from bank is the account number on the receipt does not match my Varo card, the second card I gave her or any card or account belonging to me. Both bank and 711 both say whatever they say, so, what the hell?

Here we go again! There's a new middle eastern guy who works evenings at 7/11 on Milmont in Milpitas, Ca. Who refuses to learn customer service or even his own company policies. Yesterday he refused to sell me (0a partially crippled, 50 year old stroke victim a beer!

I bought a gallon of milk as I do 3-4 times a week on my way home from work. I got home put milk away and didn’t think anything about it. I poured a glass of milk the next day and it’s completely spoiled!!! GROSS!! No biggie!

I was recently a employee of 7/11 and subway in brackettville TX 78832. Management is taking employees hours, making employees work while having fevers of 104 on multiple acassions risking spread of covid to customers and employees alike. There's been money going missing and paperwork being mishandled and blamed on employees, when the current managers are doing very well for themselves, going on vacations, nice cars, and very odd statements are made at meeting telling employees to do not mess with paperwork cause she can't risk being having stores finances investigated.

Hi, the nature of my complaint is starting to look like it's because of the color of my skin. A few weeks ago I tried to purchase a cup of ice from this 711 and the lady tried to charge me like I was buying and entire soda.

On 8/21/22 about 11:30 I went to this store to purchase a pizza. The store clerk tells me the oven is broke. This the 4th time I went to purchase a pizza to be told the oven is broke. I live close to this 7-11 and have visited at least 6 gas visits with no paper receipt at the pump. The trash cans by the pumps are overflowing with trash. The cashier help aren't real friendly. The guy the other day was but morning shift won't speak nor even look at you.

Hello, I worked my 2-10 shift yesterday. I had a thousand dollar and some money order to do yesterday while I was on clock. I am terrible at doing money orders that are that high. Now I am going on vacation in 2 days and my ex boss Jessica from the park road 7-eleven saw that I apparently rung up $700 for money order on my register yesterday but not on the money order machine.

I called off today and got fired for calling off. Now because I’m going on vacation in 2 days she’s trying to accuse me of stealing that $700 but I NEVER STOLE ANY MONEY FROM THE COMPANY. The offer screen at the register say if you buy 6 drinks then the next is free. I get a drink a day and do not get a free drink. This is false advertising and complete deception from 7-11. Even the employee just laughs and says it's false.

The male employee working the register didn’t appear to be very knowledgeable about working the register because he wanted to bring up my items separately from gas and card. I told him that was fine and handed him $35 to pay for all of the items that weren’t food.
