Store #41712 @ 1515 63rd Ave E Bradenton, Fl 34203 is pretty new, big nice store, it seams to always in disarray, my particle issue is I have never been able to get a receipt at the pumps, I often skip it for a while and try again, but never have I been able to get a sales slip without having to go inside and stand in line, not trying be mean but whatever staff there does not seamed trained?
Today 1/4/23 I went to 7-Eleven in Va Beach 38165 to purchase gas before I had to go see patients working in Home Health. When the pump turned on gas began spraying at me and upwards due to a hole in the hose.
I couldn't reach forward to turn off the pump or I would have to go in to the rainbow of gas spraying out. I went inside and explained that the pump needed to be shut off and the two cashiers were like "turn off the pump".
Finally one of the cashiers turned it off from inside the store. I had to wait for the pressure to release to take out the pump from my car. After I did this I was at my car for a minute collecting and organizing my thoughts as I was now wet with gasoline and I had to go see patients and still did not have gas.

I was just in the store located at 831 East Palmetto Rd and watched as a customer disrespected an employee there. The 7 eleven in Ferndale, Michigan is always nasty and filthy, it's a wonder the Department of Health hasn't shut them down. I wanted to purchase fresh donuts I was told by the two young men in there that the fresh donuts can't come out yet until they sale the old ones that have been up there more than 12 hours.
The two men in there are lazy, not friendly or polite. Why would a business try to sale donuts that are over 12 hours old and very hard instead of just putting the fresh ones out. Your store in Virginia, in Newport News on Jefferson avenue and denbigh has an associate named Rebecca Allen, she has been consistent in harassment and to the point of belligerent with customers, making her husband's dui charges everyone else's fault, she's harassing other businesses to the point that now an attorneys advise for slander may be the next step, this consistently happens while she is working for your company. My complaint is in regards to a 7-eleven district manager Maria Ramirez. I happen to make her acquaintance and she had shared with me her rather racist views about people from Mexico which also struck me as odd since she is of Mexican decent.
Apparently she looks down upon Mexicans and she also doesn’t believe anyone has a right to social security retirement or disability. She feels that people don’t deserve help from each other. I was offended by her attitudes because I have family members who are disabled.
