I have been trying to get my car towed for 2 days. Yesterday I waited for 5 hours. Even after multiple assurances by phone that the tow truck driver was on the way, he didn't show. He finally called and said that he would arrive in 20 minutes, but the garage where I was having the car towed was closing so I had to cancel. I have now been waiting an hour and a half for a tow truck and am being given the same run around. Even member services does not seem to be able to help other than to insist that the drive will call and will be here in 45 minutes - the same pat answer I have heard so many times that I no longer believe it.

I had AAA for decades prior to this (had to cancel for a while due to financial circumstances but recently rejoined) and never had anything like this happen.

I have been trying to contact the O'ffalon, Missouri, area manager, David Patterson, since December 6,2023, and all I receive is the run around. I get told the employee had send him a email to contact me. Peters, Missouri are the Wentsville, Missouri Office.

When I contact them they just give me the run around as to where he is at. I then tried to contact the Regional Manager , Jeremey Hanna, leaving him a email asking him to please call me. As of the typing of this email I have not received a response to my request I left on his voice mail on December 21,2021.

Any help that can be given to my request will be greatly appreciated.

I when to the travel agent, Rebecca, in the Santa Fe office of AAA. I asked help to buy tickets to the Alhambra in Granada, Spain and flight tickets from Miami to Santa F6. The flight tickets were booked on the wrong date.

I found out about the wrong flight date when I recived an email to get boarding pass. I immediately called Rebecca about the problem and I could not reached her finally got hold of a AAA Travel agent who booked me new flights on the correct date which I had to pay full price.

The agent told me she would report the problem to her supervisor. On the tickets for the Alhambra Rebecca booked there was no time and Alhambra would not accept entry without a time. I sent multiple email days prior to the date of entry to Rebecca asking for the needed time with no response so we…

I did not get my automatic renewal this year because I had replaced my credit card and did not remember the AAA renewal was on that card. I never got a reminder or notice that automatic renewal did not go through. NOTHING.

Fast forward two months when my transmission blew and I discovered that my coverage had lapsed. They charged me $25 for same day renewal and use (so $141), PLUS charged me by the mile for bringing my car to the dealer.

I have been a member for 30 years and expect better customer service than this. I should have gotten a notice that my AAA renewal had not gone through. We need an alternative organization with more loyalty to long time users and better customer service.

I am so disappointed in AAA.

I called AAA at 10:30 to get my car towed to Lillington, NC. They said abt 48 minutes, never came, I kept calling and they kept giving me times and they didn't show up After our local office closed, when I called they said on 2 different calls that they would send me a text to area code 336.

My area code is 910. 00 because it was over the 100 mile limit, they were going to tow the car to High Point NC, I know I told them it was going to Lillington. Too much apologies and no action. Not good customer service

Am fed up with AAA road service - Called them because my Van wouldn't start so needed a jump. The guy came out and didn't check the battery if it would hold a charge or not. He said just drive it for 20 minutes and it will be fine.

I drove for over an hour to be sure. Next day go out and no won't start. I call AAA and they said well it will cost you $100 for him to come out. They said you used your 4 calls already. I said when.

They go on the 7th of February they came out and started your car. Well they came out and the battery was totally gone and I bought a AAA battery from him on the spot since he had them with him.

As far too many people know, the service absolutely sucks. I am Wasting my money I have Premier Membership, means absolutely Nothing. I bailed on my first request for a tow after waiting 6 hrs w nary a phone call nor text update.

Yesterday, I place my call around 10 Am, driver showed up close to 730pm Driver himself was cool once he showed up Zero updates, attitude from the gals answering Probably because they are getting yelled at all day from nobody showing up. Tho one in California was super nice and apologetic.

I called to have a car towed from a friends house in a very remote area we have no 24 hour anything in this town to my house so it could be repaired 8 miles away. And was told it wasn’t allowed because we were not an auto shop and the car didn’t have in’s.

I have had several cars towed with you that did not have ins and don’t understand why tonight was different. I spoke with a supervisor and she was very rude and unhelpful we never got the car towed and I’m going to file a complaint with the az bbb if you can’t rectify this issue ASAP

I recently tried to purchase a set of four tires from your location at 124 Greentree Drive in Dover Delaware. The representatives name was Amanda Szymanski. The tires I wanted to purchase were Michelin Defenders with a higher price from my local supplier.

She recommended the Continental tires, Cross Contact LX20 including a rebate of $110. 000 limit, that I would get an additional 5% discount. By using your Auto Care Department I would have spent $300 more than I had planned. She scheduled me at about two weeks out.

On Saturday, Aug. 26th I waited 12 hours for tow service as a AAA member. The first time I requested a tow through the app and the driver cancelled after I waited three hours. The second time I called AAA by phone and the driver went to the wrong city/wrong address.

The driver called to let me know he was 20 minutes away and then I realized that he wasn't at the right place based on landmarks. I told him he was in the wrong place and he said he would re-enter the address information and then get me towed.

Turns out, he never came because it was "out of area" (about 15-20 minutes south of where he was), but instead of letting me know that he wasn't coming, just had me wait an extra 45 minutes for no reason. The third tow that I requested was at 10:59 am (also by phone, same day). The tow…

AAA has overpraised and underdelivered on at least 3 occasions where Roadside Assistance was requested, assistance was dispatched and a 60 minute ETA was promised, only to be dismayed that the technician didn't arrive, I had to personally call back the AAA 800 number only to find that the service was delayed, cancelled or re-routed, the service company didn't bother to alert AAA nor me that my call was to be delayed, and the AAA call agent had nothing to offer other than to say that you service is coming with no further establishment of trust that the technician would actually arrive by the rescheduled time!

In the first two service calls, the technician didn't arrive for less than two hours from the original call. In the third call, again there was no prior update on the delayed service…

I called at 2:30 pm I told them my wheel was not rotating and I work at a school so it's in a gate. I also told them I would not be there and the mechanic would have the key they said okay.

they didn't arrive until 5:20 pm with a flatbed truck, which was the wrong type of truck. They sent another truck that would arrive at 8:35pm, that truck arrived and it was a flatbed. They then said they can't send a truck without the key because the company won't allow it.

I explained that all representatives said nothing about it. They then wasted so much time that no one would come without me being there. I had to leave my car unattended in not so great neighborhood. The lady wouldn't give me the complaint department number.

My daughter has a triple A membership.

However after waiting three hours in almost 100 degrees for a tow I would never purchase this service. We received terrible customer service from Kayla at the 800-272-2877 customer service number. Very dissatisfied and would absolutely not recommend triple A.

On Saturday, August 12th, my car broke down around radium springs nm. 15 miles north of las cruces.. Overheating. I called AAA at around 9:10 pm and eventually got a response saying someone will be at my location at 10:30pm to tow it back to my residence which was 65 miles away.

Then I got an up date it's going to be 11:30pm. I was at a bar and grill place in a very remote area. So I got some water and put it in my radiator to drive and get in a more populated area. Which I did.

I informed AAA verbally and by text where I was. They kept assuring me someone will be there to give me a tow. No one showed up. Everytime I called , they said someone should be there in 45 minutes.

Terrible customer service on multiple occasions. Unprepared technician dispatched. Long wait times on phone, longer wait times for service (over 2 hours waiting for a tow) with no show results. Current situation is a simple battery. Was told the driver would have a battery, he didn’t.

Car was jumped and running when service guy left but stopped shortly after. Placed another call 4 days later and still no guarantee that they will have a battery. The wait for service continues.

On 8/2/2023, my car got a flat tire. I called AAA that night to schedule a pick up the following morning. I was advised that a wrecker would be at my house between 8-9 am. The following morning I received a call from AAA advising that a wrecker was on the way and should be there between 8-9 am.

At 9am, no wrecker came. I called in and AAA advised me that the wrecker was 15 minutes away. I waited 15 minutes and still no wrecker. I called AAA again, and again, I was advised the wrecker will be there in 15 minutes.

Another 15 minutes and still no wrecker. I called AAA again to get a status on the wrecker, and the lady on the phone again told me the wrecker was 15 mins away. I waited another 30 minutes and still no wrecker.

My daughter and her friend called AAA on Sunday 7-30 because the breaks went out in her car. They kept telling them someone was on the way and no ever showed up. After 21/2 I went and picked them up.

They left two 20 year old girls on the side of the highway in 107 degree weather. If it wasn’t for me picking them up I don’t know how long they would have been there. We left the keys on the drivers seat for the towing company.

I called AAA again and told them this and told them where the car is parked it cannot stay there overnight because it would be towed. They assured me they would have it towed before this morning. That was another lie.

I've been a AAA member and insurance customer for many years and have always, until now, been very satisfied with your services. This past Wednesday my car was damaged while parked. I reported it to your claim department (claim # 1005-29-6173) arranged for a rental car and waited tor my damaged vehicle to be picked up.

I contacted my adjuster, Hope Emmons and was told that I would be contacted to make an appointment with your tow truck. Called back on Thursday, same response regarding waiting to be contacted. I called triple A at 8:44 because I had a flat tire. I was home and I had a spare I was told I would get a phone call from the tech with a time. I got a call at 9:30 stating a tech would be here at 10:17 pm At 10:40pm, no tech.

I called again and they said they couldn't locate my driver but it was ok because I was home! Unacceptable! I asked to speak to a supervisor. I got a lady by the name of Judy. She said she also couldn't find my tech but because I was home, no problem.

Opened a ticket for a tow at 3:23 pm And the car did not get picked up until 11:30 at night and delivered to its location until 2 am I literally sat in the airport parking with my grandson for hours! I called multiple times and got a different answer each time about the location of the driver This is completely unacceptable .

Total rip off!! I have triple a plus free 100 miles got stranded at the beach !! With five kids !! Triple a never found a driver to tow my car back home 98 miles away!! Its been a week and nothing i feel like what a waste why have this service for???

Now my car is 2 hrs from home !! I my membership covers the miles i don’t understand what is the issue! I also spoke with a zombie sounding customer rep over the phone who had no concerns in helping me and also said it was to far that most likely thats why no tow driver has taken the order SMH!! At 3pm today it was about 115 degrees, very hot, in Palm Springs when I called AAA for Roadside Assistance. " I replied "California" which it understood. " I requested a live operator and she repeated the questions and I replied "Palm Springs" and gave her an address.

At 3:13 I got a text that my technician from Inter City Towing would arrive at 4:25, over an hour later. " He explained that he was sent to an address in Los Angeles by AAA and not Palm Springs.

As a result I called the main AAA number again and talked to another live operator who had no problem understanding what I was saying and she dispatched a truck that arrived in about 15 minutes and towed my car to a nearby Mobile station for repair.

Approximately 3 weeks ago I had a automobile breakdown on a dangerous highway in CT (84 west in Farmington) I called AAA and they said it would be about 2 hours for service. I waited the 2 hours and no one came to my assistance.

I called AAA again and the driver was in the wrong location. I went online and filled out the form AAA sent to me so that they could pinpoint my exact location. After receiving no service I called and complained and was given a case number.

The person reviewing the case NEVER returned ANY of my calls and to this day still hasn't. AAA has no problem receiving my yearly payments but when it comes to their service they do NOT stay true to their word. I am very dissatisfied.

The current Visa card processor, Comenity Capital Bank, is absolutely the worst choice AAA could have made when they switched from BofA.

Comenity Capital has horrible customer service and some policies even border on illegality. And their software systems are inaccurate with respect to some billings.

As just one example of their ineptitude, their system requires each cardholder on an account to have a separate card and PIN. My wife therefore has a different card number than me. But she has never been able to obtain her own PIN after more requests than we can count. A PIN has been sent about every time it has been requested. But it is always my PIN and is sent to me. This issue has been escalated within Comenity but their system evidently cannot provide a PIN to the second cardholder.…

They have dropped me 3 years in a row in the ninth month of coverage citing non payment. I have been on auto pay from start , then all the sudden they say it was rejected. No problem prior, account the same.

On top of that I drive without insurance, they have my number and my email. This last time I procured insurance from AAA , a different office, cheaper but was told i hadn’t separated from AAA at least 30 days.

Then my office sends me a bill for a “grace period” which she said i was insured . 3 years of year round payments and unable to insure my vehicles. I contacted AAA , in writing also , with the proof of insurance, when I received letter in mail saying i had been cancelled, in mid march

my member #620 065 6166395701 On June 14 at approximately 5 pm I was stranded when my car quit just outside the rest area on I40 W a few miles East of Forrest City AR. I called AAA to ask for a recovery to take my car to a shop in Forrest City for repair.

I was led to believe that I would receive updates concerning the arrival of a tow truck. After several hours of waiting, that never happened, the only update I ever received was when I called back to inquire and that was to hear that they had made 3 or 4 calls and hadn't yet reached a tow service.

On June 11th at approx. 1pm, my husband called Triple A at 1-800-222-4357. It was not until approx. 6pm that a Tow Truck came to provide service. The time of attendance kept changing. One moment we were told that a truck would come to help in an hour.

Then AAA would call and say the time had changed. This happened about a half dozn times. We could not rely on when a Tow Truck would really show up. I took a Taxi Cab home as the stress and heat were affecting my health.

Wife and I have members for 30 years. Within those 30 years we've seen and witnessed changes, but none as disappointing as our most recent experience. Saying that we've been inconvenienced is an understatement. Yesterday my wife was traveling alone, from New Jersey back home to West Virginia.

Traveling through Pennsylvania her car became disabled in Bradford PA on the Pennsylvania Turnpike and needed a tow. When she called Triple A she was told that AAA contracted garages were not allowed on the turnpike. The representative instructed her to dial a special number to obtain a tow to an area where Triple A can respond, then be towed from there.

Once this was accomplished, my wife called Triple A to be be towed back home. It should be noted that mileage back home was just short of 150 miles.…

I called AAA for a tow on May 10th 2023, because my car felt unsafe to drive. Lake County Tow came out to tow it. They arrived (not with a flatbed), looked at my jeep, took pictures, then preceded to hook it up at the back & start dragging it.

Well, the ball joint had come off (that's why I couldn't drive it any further) & when the driver started pulling it my tire flare broke off & started getting bent, & the tire was coming completely off my car. I had to make him stop pulling it.

What originally was a simple fix became MUCH more because of Lake County Tow & their driver. I was told (by that driver) that I needed to call AAA again for another truck because I needed a flatbed. Then that driver drove off leaving me stranded again.

Had a flat tire on my way to work. When I got a chance, I requested assistance with the flat tire. They called me back a little while later stating that someone would be out to help. ” He repeated this several times, even when I showed him the diagram in the owner’s manual. “No, broken,” again.

” After telling him no several times I finally had enough. I told him to get his stuff and that I would figure it out on my own after work. He called and put me on with his dispatcher, who informed me that it was broken and that they could have it towed.

This is not an ideal situation when you need assistance! I now am going to tell my 88 year old mother to drop AAA because she will certainly not be able to use it with her dumb phone!

we called for road side assistande at 8:30 pm, we called back at 10:00pm and was told to call back in 30 min if nobody called. At 10:30pm we called back and was told it would be noon tomorrow before they could get to it! MY WIFE WAS STRANDED!!!!

I went and picked her up and we had to leave the car. We were lucky it was not vandelized, or should I say AAA is lucky. This is a complete breech of contract. We have been members over 30years.

I've had AAA Road Service for years and the Customer service Representatives are Always Friendly. My Complaint is I pay $90 for the membership and I had to wait 2 1/2 hours one week and then the following week 5 hours.

I tried to tell myself that people don't want to work and they must be short handed. But really 5 hours for road service is RIDICULOUS!

On May 11 a 11:30 AM i was driving on the freeway and had a flat tire. Called AAA at 11:22 about road service. And I received a text that it has been scheduled. I waited on the side of the freeway for over 2 hours and no one ever came or contacted me.

Fortunately at aroun 1:45 PM an MDOT freeway patrol stopped and changed my tire. I still have heard nothing from AAA about what happed, what the problem was or even an iquiry about what happened. This is totally unacceptable as I have been paying due since 1966. i

Worst service I've ever had. Been a member for 30 plus years in California. Never had an issue getting service. Moved to Texas and was told needed to switch over to AAA Texas and added our RV to the account.

When my tow vehicle broke down waited nearly an hour when the tow truck was less than 10-minutes from my location. The AI operator is worthless. We I finally spoke with someone she was very rude to me. Needless to say I won't be renewing.

Waited almost 5 hours for a tow truck. Called several times and the operator said each time that they were trying to get some one out to help me with a tow truck. Several companies were contacted. None of them could make it.

I was given misguided information which turned out to be lies via their computer system. Computer system said the time with would be within 1 hour and 30 minutes another call said the time would be arriving very soon and another call said that they would come in an hour.

I called some of the companies they said they tried to hire and none of them would take the order. For various reasons. They were closed or they were too far away etc customer service said that they would not pay for a hotel for me or anything else because of my inconvenience.

Person who came to my house to replace a car battery. This person was a five star person. The company AAA, doesn’t carry my battery? It’s a Toyota Corolla le? 2022. Wth. How am I gonna get a new battery. I live alone. Don’t walk well.

No I cannot have it towed. You must come to my care and find a better that will fit and work . This is not acceptable that you don’t carry a popular car battery? I’m so upset with you. I have had you for year, no complaints.

DO NOT USE AAA TRAVEL SERVICES! You cannot make airline changes yourself. You have to wait for AAA to do it. It takes DAYS for them to make a simple flight change, IF the flight is still available by the time they get around to it.

This is the worst service ever.

I'm absolutely seeking legal action , I'm unable to speak to anybody from the corporate office to help me. I worked for California coach towing . From Dec 2021 until Feb 2023. They let me go because there were having money issues and they let most of there staff go.

They are a branch off of hadlys towing. They still owe me thousands of hard worked dollars. They no longer answer my phones and when I went to do my taxes they have the wrong social security number on my w2.

And won't answer there phone calls to fix my w2. Not just that but while on the job working. At a red light some lady crashed her car into my tow truck I called my manager he came to scene and told me to get back to work so I did .

Now I'm being sued for 19 thousand dollars and the want to take my drivers license for…

I wish I could give 0 stars. The service provided was extremely unprofessional, and downright infuriating. I requested a tow service, and Elijah (Hadley tow truck) answered the call. Despite insisting that my car was not okay to drive home in due to it overheating and smoking from the hood, he continuously pushed me to drive it on the freeway to my home in the next city over.

He did not refuse me a tow service, but kept urging me that it was okay to drive home. After getting him to tow my car, he did not confirm the address with me (nor my ID at the beginning of the meeting, for that matter), and took it to the wrong address.

I told him that my house was a block away, but he told me to just drive it the block to the address I provided in the initial service call. " I kept insisting he…

4/10/2023. Card #429 014 703515780 9. Called for roadside service at about 11:30a. Called back at 2:30p. I was told they were searching for & unable to find a provider; dispatch would call me with a time to expect service.

I called back at 3:30p & again at 4p to inquire as to exactly what the problem was with the lack of service. On the 3rd call, I was told I could call someone outside of AAA and submit the bill for "consideration".

When I asked for clarification on that, I was told I may or may not be reimbursed. I wanted to know if the person I was speaking to was with dispatch because I wanted to speak with someone who could give me more information on why I was having to wait so long & the woman kept repeating the the original statement over and over.
