We were told to have a seat and wait for someone to help us. After waiting for 30 minutes the receptionist told us we wouldn't be able to get the kit, all of the employees were busy on their telephones and would not be able to provide the Trip kit.

I've been with AAA since 2011. The year 2022 we used them on 3 different occasions for towing. I just received a letter stating they were canceling my membership. I have an allotted 4 towing's per year. I am beyond upset that they are treating me this way.
There is no reason for this. In the last 11 years there have been many years where I've not needed these services and now, because of circumstances out of my control I use them 3 times and they cancel me?
I would like to have some feedback or be able to speak with the vice president of this company, who is the one that signed my letter.
I have been a member for over 30 yrs and am very angry with AAA. On Sun (02/05/23) at approx 9 pm I had a one car minor accident in Lincolnshire,Il. The police dept called for a tow and the car was taken to McHenry,Il. (22 mi). I filed for a reimbursement ($241.)and have yet to get the issue resolved. Numerous phone calls to 866-255-6757 have gone unanswered. After filing another complaint,I finally got a call (03/17/23) six weeks after my filing my request from someone saying she was located in Nebraska? She told me the Post Office had held up mail???? She also said they were behind, and only had two people working on the mail and it would take another two weeks to process. It has now been three weeks since that phone call, and still no answer. I called for battery service or to purchase a new battery. The response time was fairly prompt for the time of day.
However when AAA Technician 155-Ronald G. arrived I explained to him that the vehicle was not starting and I believe it was the battery. He informed me that he would try to jump the battery. I told him that I had already tried that but feel free to try it again.
He attempted 1 time for 5 minutes to charge the battery. I tried starting the vehicle and it was the same thing. He touched the connector and stated the battery was loose. I asked him if he could tighten it he said no and that there was nothing he could do.

My 92 year old mother cannot drive and her car was sold last year. Unbeknown to me, her AAA membership auto renewed. I contacted membership to obtain a refund. They said they could not issue a refund because it was 2 days beyond 30 day window.
My mom needs the refund. Good customer service would refund the $77 premium. Make it right AAA.
Called for my vehicle to be picked up at 9:15am No one called me or notified me by text or e-mail until I called and was pursistant with them at 4:00pm (7hrs later) I talked to a manager and said this was unacceptable. Why does the cards have expiration dates a whole year in advance from date that it actually expires who does that. I think it’s a ripe off. Put the actual date no other company does that and when speaking with customer service they stated because the cards are laminated bunch of crap

Greetings, I am in need of Roadside Assistance. I have been a loyal customer with with AAA for many years. I am a Senior Citizen, and I am having great difficulty with renewal. I would like to enjoy this peace of mind of have roadside assistance especially in these dangerous times.
As a Senior Citizen it is a dsgrace of how your company has made a choice not to renew me and stated that this non renewal is final. If I have known that this is how you treat your seniors, I would not have patronize your company.

I have been a member since 2008, bit have been denied 3 times in a row for simple tow. Roadside assistance is not consistent with their promises. We have been left stranded and have had to reach out to local towing companies for assistance.
And I have the premier account. Even the tow truck drivers complain that AAA is their worst client. And rather not work with them.

The lack of attention to detail when handling customers travel . The lack of communication with customers when their office has caused several costly mistakes. The lack of follow through regarding corrections and or response time when major mistakes are made at the office level.

I followed my son to pick up our truck from the mechanic. It was deemed not fixable and running on 3 cylinders but mechanic felt it would make it home if we drove very slow. I followed my son with flashers and we got to the bottom of our steep driveway off of a heavily traffic road when it would go no farther.
The truck was stuck at the bottom of the drive with no way to get other vehicles up or down. I was in a business parking lot and my son in the truck with the emergency brake on. I called AAA and received a very terse operator who told me they could not help because the truck was on our property.

I was stranded on Christmas in 11-degree weather. AAA left my partner, my dog, and me stranded for 10 hours on Christmas. Here's the full story: I was stranded with AAA for 10 hours. I called in to request someone look at the battery and a tow truck came instead.
AAA sent the wrong service. then the bed on the tow truck didn’t work so they left. I called AAA back and they weren’t able to find anyone else to tow. I submitted a complaint then and then finally someone agreed to send someone with a battery (9 hours later).
I was also told by Shanon at station VA823 that she didn’t even know that I needed a service until we were in our 9th hour. I ended up outsourcing to another tow truck company to tow to the jeep dealership.

My complaint deals with towing service. I called on yesterday for service and ended up having to cancel because I was told that the tow truck would be arriving after the repair shop closing. I called and cancelled for yesterday.

My wife’s car broke down in Reed City Michigan yesterday about 4 pm. There is a tow service less than 2 mile away but we had to go through AAA to get it covered under my membership. 24 hours later they finally towed it to the repair shop.

We made appt w James based on checking to see what would be cheaper, our diagnostic w Firestone or them.
First thing we ask was do we need a diagnostic. 45 min later the answer was no and the estimate was less W 25,000mile warranty. We drove inpouring rain to drop off and Sean Riley, who was sorting 6 ft away on computer and dealing w other customers said he heard james tell us “several” times we needed it for warranty AND THATS A BLATANT LIE!

This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. I called your Wexford PA office in September to check on getting Homeowners Insurance and Auto Insurance. The person I spoke with was a Josh Lewis. At first he was very helpful seemed competent about the insurance.

My husband and I visited the AAA office in Toms River, NJ. to have photographs taken for the renewal of our passports. I checked their website for their Saturday hours. m. We arrived about 3:30 pm. m. m. on Saturday.
Your AAA website needs to be updated to include this information. A friend said the same thing happened to them at the Eatontown, NJ office. The manager in the Toms River office said that they have received these complaints in the past with other customers.

I have been a customer of AAA for nearly 30 years. In that time I have rarely used their service though I pay for it to the tune of over $100 a year for RV personal vehicle and motorcycle coverage.
I recently broke down on my motorcycle called AAA and they informed me it would be nearly 2 hours before I could get any service. The driver called me back after about a half hour and told me it would be more like 3 hours.

My wife and I are senior citizens and were driving through Georgia back to Canada on Saturday, Oct. 22. m. and accidentally locked both my keys and cellphone in my car. I was able to use a phone at a store at 35 Montague Rd.
I was told there was no coverage in this area but AAA would try to contact somebody and to call back in 30 minutes. I again told the agent I had no cellphone but would see if the store would let me use their phone again.
