1 sound bar. Picked it up today at the Chehalis Aaron's, they told me everything was there that came with it, it was not in the box they had taken it out of box to put on the floor which I'm not understanding why because they were supposed to let me know when it arrived.

I had to call to tell them id like to pick it up. I get home I'm missing the remote, hdmi, optic cable and power cord. I call them to tell them what was missing Laura stated to me that I told her I'd come back for remote I never said that , they stated all was there that came with it.

Continued to tell me it was my fault. I hung up and headed back over there I get there and they tell me they are not sure if it's the right power cord. Very unprofessional no knowledge of the equipment.

I'm not sure what can be done about…

I will never do business with gun barrel city texas! Helen the manager thinks she can talk to a person like your a kid and be smart with you! I will not be talked to that way by anyone! I had them pick up the zero turn and I will take my business else where.

Where do I begin. Their service sucks. They don't honor their contracts. They give customers the run around but do not fail to mention they are a THC friendly company. I have so many complaints I don't know where to begin. Save yourself some Hassel.

My husband had called our local store to make a payment. We were a little late so it’s understandable. He was working during the call but one of the drivers answered and told him the manager said to call back they were busy so he did.

During the second call he told Tiffany he would pay $70 (out of $100 we owed) she refused and stated “you need to be responsible and pay I cannot except this payment) He was shocked because of how rude she was. I get it we were late twice but the way she talked to my husband when he was willing to pay more than HALF of what we owed. It’s unprofessional and rude.

She’s always always rude when we talk to her. I don’t think she should have a job at this place.

I returned a computer and was told that I would receive a refund but now getting the run arounds and excuses and yet to see it happen. I am so tired of the run arounds and I need that extra money for medical bills since I am now going through again breast cancer treatments and fighting for my life. I am NOT getting anywhere with the location (Store) where this occurred and the manager of the store quit to take another job.

Hello. My name is Octavia, and I'm a resident of Jonesboro, AR. I called my local Aaron's today to see if we had just paid the last payment on our living room set, and the Account Manager told me that I still had 18 payments.

I told him that was a mistake, because it was a used, repo set and when I got it this Summer, the Salesman told me it would be paid off by the end of the year. It was between $500 and $600, I couldn't remember exactly at the moment.

He told me to hold, and he would check the file. When he got back to me, he told me there wasn't any proof of the discounted price. I then asked to speak with the General Manager. He transferred me to the Sales Manager, Matt.

I personally experienced dissatisfaction with services after a sofa furniture rental was purchased. I was told that the furniture item was displayed on the store floor for 1 to 3 months and was not clean prior to delivery.

Do Not Rent From Aaron's I had a online order they told me that because I made an online order and canceled it I cannot get my money back they never told me that up front and the person that I spoke to said my money would be refunded it took them almost a month to even get my order in they was all nice when I was ordering it when I cancel the order they were very nasty attitude I don't recommend anyone to go to Aaron's because I feel they should have told me that up front I have been a loyal customer to Aaron's before but

I would never recommend anyone I am very disappointed being a regular customer a good loyal customer that they treated me that way they just lost a good customer and I advise people to check everything out before giving them any money

In November 2021, I signed for a 55 inch tv for a monthly payment of $55. I was never throughly explained about the leasing process or offered the protection plan that you advertise. My tv was damaged by my toddler towards the ending of ownership of payments, which I will expect responsibility.

I was then offered a pay out option, where the manager offered for me to make one last payment of $150 and he would “write it off”. He told me that this last payment would give me owernship and I wouldn’t be sent to collection and wouldn’t receive anymore harassing calls.

After making the payment I keep getting calls, text messages and emails about a past due payment. I’ve called multiple times and spoke with numerous employees and managers who told me that the “manager “ did not write a letter to…

Paid off my bedroom furniture. Matthew at Arron's in Kingsport, TN. Said that it was paid off. We were done finished no more payments. 00? This doesn't make sense. I can't find my very long receipt showing where I paid it off and I'm tired of getting treated and talk to like a dog by these people so I got a little upset with them today but

After setting up a pickup time and date for the couch I no longer wanted Aaron’s never showed they then came to my house after telling them I was having surgery and neither child at my house was 18 OR OVER they still came to my house and told my son “ITS OKAY WE WILL BE QUICK” after he STATED TO THEM HE WAS NOT 18. I have been a customer with Aaron's for over 10 years. My husband and I went in to the Hope Mills office on 9/16/23 To purchase something. They guy that was dealing with us was not friendly nor did he have professional attire on.

We got affected on what he was wearing. There is a time and place for gay pride attire when dealing with a business. We felt as if our business was not important enough to put on a smile and be friendly to the customer.

My husband said when we pay this item off we will not go back. We have spentv1000's in your store and his attitude and personality is not acceptable and he views are not professional. Everyone one else was wearing a Aaron's shirt. 00 in your store.

I called the store to simply postpone the payment out two weeks. Same month and would still make the monthly payment just delayed . Even though I let them know in advance the payment still came out my account. Which made my account negative for other responsibilities I have that are priority, my kids.

So now I’m negative and unable to take care of normal duties for them due to you alls IGNORANCE. 00 a month …. And you all can’t compensate me with what I’ve paid into this bs membership which is supposed to take care of hardship situation.

In July 2023, I leased a 75" CU7000 Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV from Aaron's on Louisville ave in Monroe, LA. I returned the TV back to the store but the Store Manager is telling me I didn't returned the TV but Aaron's delivery driver was responsible for delivering the TV. I have service with the Camden SC branch. And when i say the Manager Marcus Carter is very disrespectful and rude. My husband went into the store to make a payment and to ask a question about the billing process.

Marcus became very aggressive for no apparent reason. When my told him that he was there to make a payment, Marcus was being a butt hole and refused to take my hushband's debit card. Marcus then threaten my husband. With all of the arguing back and forth what made it worst is that my 5yr old son was standing right there.

The Arron’s in Oxford Alabama has a short lady with brown hair ( I think she maybe the manager). We had a ps5 that had had some damage to it. I get that she did us a favor by letting us sign up for the Arron’s club and get it fixed ( took 2 months) but every interaction with her is terrible.

She acts like a stuck up bitch constantly reminding us that she did us a favor but in such a negative way I honestly wanted to give it back to her and go to rent a center for a new ps5 with better attitude towards customers.

I have experienced too many inconvenience with Aaron's Customer Service Dept. On August I called to setup two payment arrangements with two specific dates. The representative who took my initial payment made four none authorized charges on my debit card.

I checked my account immediately then called back when I saw them pending. She told me they would drop the next day. I also was asked my debit card again when I called to dispute charges. Instead I was charged two more times.

The second representative told me 1-2 business days as well. I called at (833) 700-2486 spoke with Gregory rep name is J. Brown. Again now it's six time i've explained what is going on. Gregory put me on hold for an hour never returned.

Yes, I've been dealing with Aaron's in Pensacola, floridand it'll mobile. Hi, wait, and ever since I've been with him first. To start it off fine then I ran it till financial difficulties struggling between jobs. I'm a single dad.

The furniture I received was used and one of the pillows had a piece of foam in it and was lumpy,the pillows the back pillows were wrinkled across the top, I was told it was new,but it was not. A young.

I went into the Seminole TX store on June 14th and asked the girl to schedule my sofa to be returned because i don't need ot anymore and the payments aren't working for budget anymore. She just said ok. Nobody picked them up.

Yes I am submitting this email to the corporate office of Aaron furniture store. com. ul customer with Aaron for numerous of years. Majority of all my furniture have been paid in full. I have at this time a fridge and dinette set with you all.

I have been doing business with arrons for a few years and for the most part it's been fine. There is a rep who name is Brittany in the Easley SC store whose attitude is horrible. When I'm finished paying off what I now have I will NEVER do business with this company again.

I am a long time customer over 10 years and I have never had as much problems with my account as I do now. I sat for an hour with the store manager in my area to get my account correct.

When I left the store everything was straight. So tell me why I have had several calls from the reps at the store telling me that it was done wrong, by the Store Manager. Fast forward one week and I get charged for one of my accounts in three days later got charged for two more accounts.

Now they telling me I've been charged late fees and my accounts are all wrong. Now they are saying I need to make an entire months payment to get back on track instead of the difference from what was already paid and the agreed amount.

We have done business with Aaron’s for many years. Made several large purchases. We found ourselves needing a new refrigerator and a living room couch and loveseat. Went to our local Aaron’s. Two people working. Nobody even acknowledges we are there. The store was ghetto. Blasting music loud.

The appliances were very damaged and disgusting. The furniture was not nice. There was no leather or fake leather only cheap looking fabric. After a walk through and seeing the conditions of the appliances, we left, still no acknowledgment of us being there This location, Texarkana, needs new management, new employees, and better quality items.

Never had a problem there before but it has really gone downhill. Very ghetto.

When I bought my bedroom furniture I asked the lady for her cheapest mattress and she showed me it but it was in plastic. She made no comments about it being used. The day of delivery I got phone call saying she broke the headboard but will fix it and get it to me.

Supposedly she went and bought ne legs for it she just needed to paint them. What kind of show are you guys running here. Then when the deliver the other stuff I ask the guys to take the plastic off the matress and it was dirty.

I put in a Online order for furniture 1 week before relocating from GA to Olive Branch, MS. Guy name Charles have been very Rude and Unprofessional with me trying to get my purchase order by me and my son.

They played on phone saying I was talking to Charles but it was some guy named Sonny pretending to be him. I explained to them me and my husband has diabetic and humira to be refrigerator at all times. They said it would be out Wednesday, than Thursday and know Friday.

I've purchased 2 tvs and a refrigerator from Arrons and payed it off successfully. Last year I purchased a queen mattress and boxstring,which I pacifically said I needed split boxsprings. And they bought a solid one that would not fit up my stairs.

So I had to lay on the mattress on the floor. The next day the spilt was bought and the solid was taken back to Aaron's Adam's Ave Philadelphia PA. On May 1st 2023 I called to see how many payments were left.

I was told 3 1/2 on the mattress and 9 1/2 on the boxstring. I was never told the mattress was for 18months and the boxstring for 24months. And now their telling me the person who wrote up the contracts no longer works there.
